I work fairly close to this location so I come here quite a bit. They do put the fast into fast food here. Often times by the time I'm at the pickup window the bag is already waiting for me. It was fitting that the unfriendly service man was wearing drag makeup (literally) because that's what it tasted like-a drag. The drink was warm with barely any ice. No ketchup unless you asked for it. Fries had no salt. Burger was terrible and frosty was soupy. Plus we waited in line for 7 minutes. We were interrupted in the middle of our 2 item order and the guy came back after a few minutes and we proceeded to finish our order. He read it back to us and BOTH meals were WRONG. While I do enjoy the food and service is tolerable, never order a frosty from then. Every time I order one it's over flowing and spills all over my car. As far as fast food goes, great service. Location brings in some sketchy characters but the service when dining in is hard to beat. If you want to throw your money away this is the perfect location to be at. Spent over 20 bucks for cold fries and disgusting customer service. Apparently no one listens anymore, when I called the location a lady by the name of "teresa" was beyond unprofessional. I tried speaking to her and tried to inform her what happened and she kept cutting me off and would not let me speak. I started speaking to her in Spanish and she said "dont speak Spanish to me" (with her heavy Spanish accent.) "I don't want to speak in spanish." I kindly obliged at her request and I was beside myself but yet she listen to me with out cutting me off and she didn't hang up on me. She had previously hung up on me because she said the order was right which it was minus cold fries (both orders). The employee didnt LISTEN when we ordered our food nor did he repeat the order. He gave us the receipt after we received the food. I will be going to BBB because her conduct does not need to be in customer service if she is going to continuously mess up orders and be extremely rude. After she said she would help me she wanted me to come right away and I live 20 minutes away. I said I can not come back, she said she can't help me. Bought a small vanilla shake here. The service was bad. first of all there was syrup dripping all over when the lady gave if ti be and after driving away I had to go back due to the taste. My first time at this Wendy's. I have gotten the chillers from many different Wendy's and the chillers I got here taste like water!!! We asked for more syrup and the Hispanic manager told us it was an additional charge. I have been to many different Wendy's and this is the first time I got three water chillers. My brother accidentally left his backpack at that location for like 15 minutes, it was in the corner. He called the restaurant and asked them if they'd seen it, apparently he was on the phone with the manager and she said she did not. We went back and found the bag but not the money he had in it. Asked them ig they knew what happened and the manager said she saw somebody going in the bag. We asked if we could check the cameras she said no. Then she changed her story and said nobody went there. Then she said the was drugs in the bag. Then she said that only the police could check the cameras.
