After dropping off our voting ballets, as it was getting late we decided to get quick take out. We had Wendy's coupons in the car so we decided to get burgers and fries. We ordered two Dave's single, one order of large fries, a value chicken sandwich, and a large mango orange green tea. They said they only had enough tea for a medium and asked if that was okay and adjusted our total. The woman working the drive thru was very polite, kind and apologetic for tea. We ate the fries right away and they seemed freshly made. My partner ate the chicken sandwich too and seemed it was fresh. The burgers seemed a hastily put together, as the cheese wasn't melted or warm. Overall, it was an okay experience and i would revisit this location if i were in the area and wanted a fast and inexpensive meal. The 4th star is for the service quality. read more

Excellent customer service and a friendly and courteous staff. This team was quick as well and very helpful. They greeted me and said thank you. The order was correct and the food was warm and delicious. Much better than McDonald's or Burger King. The burgers are great and the breakfast combos are wonderful. This is one of the only food joints within walking distance of my work. With that said I will walk the extra minutes to Dick's from now on. I've come here pretty consistently the last few weeks and they have progressively gotten worse. I repeat 4-5 times every time I order that I don't want mayo. It has little to do with healthy choices as I'm eating fast food. I just hate the taste. Never fail... there is always mayo on my burger. Ick. Today when I tried to order a double baconator (sans the mayo) I got something else entirely. Fortunately I checked my order in front of them, right? Right. I tell the cashier/order taker this isn't what I ordered and repeat my order back to him (it's like dealing with a 2 year old child that has a limited vocabulary and grasp of the English language). No problem; we'll fix it! Right? Wrong! To fix my order they simply slapped another beef patty on the wrong burger and gave it back to me (did I mention there was a ton of mayo?). At this point I gave up and left with a burger I gave to a coworker and "enjoyed" my mediocre fries. It takes a lot of screw-ups to get a bad rating from me... good job gang! Ordered a large fry and soda. Got to the window and they say they didn't charge me for large because they are out of large cups. Great, appreciate that. Then they forgot my order of chicken nuggets. Consistently gets simple orders at the drive through wrong. Without holding up the entire line behind you to double check THEIR work, you don't find out til you're home. The problem seems to consistently lie with the kitchen staff, as the people taking the orders sound competent, repeating the order back at the window. This is the only reason they're getting two stars instead of one. read more

"Where's the beef?" Evokes memories of Clara Peller (RIP 08-11-87) in 1984 when she spouted those words off with some tenacity. The HOT & JUICY DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER, of the 80's, has not fully returned as the locally posted advertisements say. The round bun covers the square patties, unlike How recall the opposite then. Prepared the way the customer wants? Novel idea to seek customer satisfaction. I ordered mine without mayonaise (allergies) and was told, "No Problem." While waiting in the Drive-Thru lane, with another vehicle behind me, I received it 5 minutes later. I was stupid for not checking it. When I finally had a chance to, I found mayo on it. Upon disassembling the two-patty - half pound cheese burger adorned with cheese, 3 pickles, 4 small(!) single rings of onion, lettuce, ketchup and mayo. (I guess Joe Pesci was right when he spoke of drive-thrus in the Lethal Weapon movies.) In their defense, it was about 17 minutes to closing, they had just turned off the grill and turned it back on for me even after my assurance to them that I would be okay if they said they were cleaning up. The cashier assured me it was okay and no problem at all, as the grill was 'just' turned off. Lastly, if the burgers are juicier then shouldn't I have been given some, at least one, napkin? The clerk, order taker, took my $15 for the $5.46 burger. Was honest and returned the extra $5 bill. I could tell they were anxious to go home from my change of the $10 bill. $5.46. The exact same amount as the total price. I returned the change and asked if he could verify what I should be owed. Two Stars mostly for the positive and friendly attitude but it would be One Star for Quality Control and failing to deliver what was ordered, stated could be done and more importantly the health risk with delivering it with mayo. (Yes I do agree with 'Personal Responsibility!' Ultimately it is up to me to check and keep myself safe.) read more

Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars for this joint. I live pretty close to this Wendy's so on nights that I've come from work, and wanted something quick I turn to Wendy's. Unfortunately every time I end up regretting my decision! Tonight I waited 30+ minutes at the drive through. And when I did finally get to the window there was horrible service and they forgot lots of what I had ordered. When I did finally get to eat my food, it was very stale and dry- like it had been sitting around for hours previous. They have a poster up always, saying now hiring- and I can really tell that they're short staffed, the staff they do have needs to get it together. Usually I wouldn't bother reviewing a fast food place, or any place for that matter. but holy shit. It's every time I go here I now. I wish I had gone somewhere else. read more

They always seem to have a surplus of staff, yet frequently get orders wrong. They've forgotten menu items many times. When I call in to get a refund, it always goes to voice mail and no one ever gets back to me (yeah it's a small amount of money, but it's the principle). Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I was trying to make an order when I was cut of midway I'm the drive through and told my total. When I pulled to the window my order was incorrect. (Big surprise since I wasn't allowed to complete the order). To make things worse the man at the window acted like I am the one who screwed things up. I used to work retail when I was younger so I have him the benefit of the doubt and said " have a nice night." He looked at me like I stole his lunch money and never responded. It's just a fast food so I don't expect red carpet service. I do expect to be able to finish my order and pay for my order without getting mean mugged. I find it funny that the fast food workers in Seattle are lobbying for $15 an hour. I think this guy deserves a raise. read more

Went through the drive through this past Wednesday (8/30) and was treated to the abrasive and abusive tones of a rather angry young man at the window. I placed my order for the $5 JBC (Junior Bacon Cheeseburger) combo they have going on right now but when I got to the window I was only given my sandwich, no fries or drink. Honest mistake on their part so I tried politely asking for the rest of my food to which I was told by this perfect specimen of human de-evolution that I had ordered JUST the sandwich by asking for the JBC. No you unkempt garden gnome, I would not have asked for it by its abbreviated combo name for that specifically advertised combo had I wanted JUST the sandwich. I told him politely again that he is mistaken and he starts giving me lip about how if I want the rest of the combo I can pay another $7.59 and go back through the drive through. No thanks Danny Devito, but I ask for some sweet and sour sauce for my girlfriends chicken (which he had failed to ask us what sauce we would like for) and this troglodyte THROWS THE SAUCES INTO MY HANDS. At which point I had to pull my car away to avoid jumping through the window at him. The absolute WORST service I have ever had at a Wendy's. My mom and I come through here when we are in the area maybe once or twice a month. A year ago I would have given them 4-5 stars, food tastes good and they were fast. Now they are so slow its incredible. We were 4 cars back and it took us 10 minutes to get to the speaker, and that's WITH 2 of the cars pulling out of line. We have come thru two more time and service is just as slow, but went faster again because more cars were pulling out of line and leaving before ordering. read more

Went to Wendy's about 10:30am. Service was friendly, efficient and professional. Very fast. I got a crispy chicken, a Dave's single, and French fries. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there was no salt at all on the fries. Everything was hot and delicious. I will go back when I am craving Wendy's again. read more

This is my neighborhood Wendy's, which we use several times a year for takeout when we need a really quick dinner and half the family wants burgers and the other half salads. After our last order there, we probably won't be back. It has always been problematic to get a 'quick' order here, and last time was the worst. It took 30 minutes to get chicken nuggets, burgers and fries! No exaggeration. Half of the meal was cold by the time the other half was done. They apologized, but that's still totally unacceptable. It seems that they put all their energy into getting fast and hot food to drive thru orders--but I don't like sitting in an idling car for ten minutes. I suggest if you must go here, do not go inside to order, as I'm sure they kept giving all of 'my' food to the people in their cars. read more

I placed my order and was told to pull forward for my total. When I pulled up to the window the manager on duty leaned out the window and almost into my car (extremely intrusive and uncomfortable) and said "he was sorry, he was in the office taking orders and that's why he couldn't give me the total". Ok, no big deal. Then he told me that they were making me fresh fries and asked if I would pull forward.. Alright, not the end of the world and I can wait a couple of min. But, as I waited and waited he clearly was having a difficult time getting the order right from the next customer. I continued to wait as the car pulled forward and continued to try and explain their order I leaned out my door and asked "hey buddy, are my fries done?". He looked inside and said "yes sir they are", and then continued to talk to the group of village idiots behind me. I sat for at least another 1-2 min before a girl came walking around the corner. This is what is most infuriating about this experience, she was walking as slow as she could go with absolutely no rush and no concern about the customer. She walked out with my bag, open and getting the food cold, in one hand and swinging her i pod charger in the other as if she were strolling through the mall. She then handed me my bag with absolutely no apologies and said "here ya go!" I asked her if the burger was now cold and how long did it sit there while I waited for the fries. She said "he just remade it". A complete lie! As I pulled away I tried one of the fries, it was VERY clear they had been sitting for at least a min or two and were not the FRESH fries I was told I was waiting for!! The burger was also lukewarm at best! This was a complete let down and will likely mean I won't return for a while, if at all. I don't mind waiting, it happens, but I do mind being treated like I don't matter. read more

I have never had worse service or worse food from a Wendy's or amy drive through for that matter. I drove thru, no line. I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and half salad. I was friendly as usual, the girl taking the order was the rudest food service person I have ever dealt with. She recounted my order and I said OK, she said see you at the window I said OK then she yelled at me, "I SAID SEE YOU AT THE WINDOW, GOD." She never gave me my total. I said OK and pulled forward. I got to the window and she didn't even say anything she just reached for my card. Then she threw my food at me and the salad was missing the chicken and given to me upside down with a loose lid. What the heck! The salad was not edible. I was afraid she spit in my burger and all I did was order and pay with as polite a smile as I could after that attitude. I've been going here since the late 1970s at least once a week until last year 2013 the quality used to be good for a fast food joint but no longer, prices are sky high for the fast food ordered. and if you order from the drive through window you had better check your entire order before you leave. that window. To me extra pickle means a handful of pickle slices instead of three slice this is what I would get anywhere else, but to them extra pickle mean 4 slices of pickle instead of three. their frostys ( which are just soft ice cream) need to be colder so as to not turn to milk before you can get 5 blocks away from the drive through window and all the employees are replaced bi-weekly, or so it seems instead of keeping the old timers and paying them decently they have constant new people I am the type of person who believes that hamburgers are one of the four food groups or maybe the fifth food group and i have given up on eating at this Wendy's. the food is not bad but it is to expensive for what you get, i'll go somewhere else thank you read more

This Wendy's is usually on top of it. This particular time, Saturday 6-18 I had ordered a mozzerella bacon burger along with some other things. I asked for no onions on it. When I got home it had no onions and no bacon. I would've told them and not posted this review but they did not answer the phone. My guess is they reduced staff due to the wage increase. Understandable. Their prices did not skyrocket like some other places. Other than this one occasion they would've gotten a five star rating. Next time I go in, if my order is right I will give them one to offset this one. read more
