Victor is the man! Seriously, I was having a lot of issues with my BMW over the course of 2 months and he was able to diagnose the problem ASAP. On top of that, Victor saved me $3K by informing me the issue (VANOS bolts) would be covered under warranty even if the vehicle was outside of the manufacturer's warranty. Head my car Repaired at this shop today This guys are very professional definitely know what they doing, They resolved the issue in 5 minutes it was a problem with my computer. Before I brought my car to their shop on the tow truck, I went there to ask a couple of questions, What possibly can be wrong with it. They told me right up front couple of Possible problems, And they were right. This is a 3rd time for the past 4 years I had to take one of my cars to their shop, And every time I'm 100% satisfied with their service. The BMW dealership would have cost $3,130 to replace coolant leakage all 4 lines turbocharge. With Victor it was $800 less parts. I found BMW Only by default as I used to take my 2007 x3 to SW Bimmers until things got somewhat fi$hy over there. Ever since, I DO NOT regret making the switch to Victor and his crew at BMW Only since they are straight up with their quotes (in writing); accessible via text; offer solutions for your BMWs problems (instead of just pointing faults out or even making problems up); and they also do their best to get me in/out same day whenever possible, and with the best service possible. Really! As a female, I can tell you that I felt especially savvy like any BMW owner might be at first -- hesitant to ask questions or even shop around. My car is my only life line around town to/from work and school. After over a year of taking my x3 to BMW Only, however, for everything from oil changes, to check engine indicators, drive by diagnostics, or even looking at my tires for replacement or repair, I am convinced these guys are the mechanics for my BMW now and in future. I always try to wait a few weeks/months before writing a review on a business where follow up and quality of the work long term matters. With that said BMW Only is the ONLY repair shop I would ever bring my 7 Series to in the future. Victor and the crew are honest, fairly priced, hard working and just really the type of guys you want to help. I can not count the amount of money Victor saved me..... Oh wait I actually can - BMW wanted $2200 for something that BMW Only did for under $700 and another item BMW wanted $400+ for and Victor did for less than $150 and so on and so on.......... I trust Victor 100% and in my life you earn my trust and it is hard to get, so he must have done a ton right to get that trust.... DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE...... Hands down the best mechanic I've ever had, researched for the best bmw mechanic in Las Vegas, found "Bmw only" had the most legit, really good reviews, been back 4 times since. When I bought the car,(2002 bmw 330ci convertible 5-speed 140,000 miles) service engine light was on, bmw Henderson wanted $2200, victor fixed everything for $1100, then I got all new shocks and struts because it still had the originals, then I had the maintenance done, oil plugs, filters, rear diff. fluid,etc. runs like a brand new car, amazing. Yesterday my light came on for coolant, checked it and it was low, he said, bring it in and we'll check for leaks, and do a pressure check, he texted me today and said, no leaks, topped up off and it's all good, I said maybe we should flush it and do a new thermostat, he said why? the fluid is good, let's wait until you need it. What mechanic would ever be so honest? really, the best, picked my car up today, no charge, what? no charge. Was recommended by a coworker and am so glad she did. Called first thing this morning and talked with Viktor. Was able to answer my questions over the phone and give me the quote for the work so I took my car in. When I got to the shop they were busy but Mon no surprise. Spoke with Sam and he took info and let me know repair would take about an hour and half once they get to the car, which should be quickly. Supplied my own belts and Victor told me one was wrong but they had the right one. As he worked on the car he pulled me into the garage to show me something else that needs done. However he didn't use any scare tactics or try to pressure me into further work today. They supplied me with quotes for the other work he suggested and finished up the work I went in for today. I've owned three BMW's thus far, have had different routine items/issues with each one as they are very complex machines that require maintenance. Have worked with multiple different dealerships under warranty items (in CA & NV) and had little success. I noticed over time that in many cases, especially with the rarer models, the dealership techs don't even know what to do nor how to fix and have to create "Puma" cases with BMW Germany in finding resolution (with weeks to months of waiting). I called BMW Only on three separate occasions, and have not ended up spending any money, due to the problems being resolved in other ways (clutch was slipping only in rain (yea...I know...impossible), did my own alternator swap since I was crunched for time, and a trailer hitch installation quote). I brought my car to this place thinking they'll do a good job because of their rating on yelp. My car wouldn't start and they told me it was the starter. They changed the starter and the next day it wouldn't start again and another tow to their place. This time they said they had to reset a fault in my system which fixed the no start problem. I wondered if it was really the starter or the fault that caused me a lot of money. They swore the starter was bad. Anyway, on our way back to California, I noticed that none of my steering wheel buttons were working, my horn, my cruise control, my visor lights weren't working and my clutch pedal didn't have to be pressed to start the car which wasn't right. I had to go to the dealer to get all these fixed and it cost me a lot of money because the technicians at bmw only don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't recommend them. read more
