I recently got me a new refrigiator, but the sumbich wouldn't fit in my truck. I just put a new camper shell on the back and hurt my back gettin her on there so I wasn't about to take the sucker off for that frigiator. So I called the boys at West Coast cuz my sales lady told me they was good. I talked to a feller name of Kyle first and he was helpful as all get out. Sounded okay for a city boy anyway. Said they could bring my new frigiator the next day. I was worried the little fellas that came out wouldn't be able to get her in my shed, but sure as shootin they did. I was given a time window between 3pm and 6 pm, no show. I called them and an 1/2 hour later I get a call from Kyle and he informs me the truck was in a fender bender on the freeway and it didn't look like they were going to make it. The thing that pissed me off, was I have a business to run and I was hanging out for three hours and they don't have the decency to call me. I had to call them! If I ran my business like that I'd be out of business. No wonder these guys get so many bad reviews. Between having babies, fender benders, etc. they sure seem to have a lot of excuses. Business Hint: when you make a commitment to do something, follow through with it, no matter what it takes or cost. And to think, these guys are recommended by Pacific Sales. read more

Totally impressed! Called last week, they were able to accommodate my schedule. Arrived today one hour into the scheduled window. Michael & Isaac were a pleasure to have in my home. They are obviously experienced & know what they were doing when installing our 30" Wolf dual fuel range. They were able to answer all of our questions. They were conscientious about keeping the area clean & not damage our hardwood floors. They even had to crawl under the house (without hesitation) in the 18" crawl space! Thanks guys!!! read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! My refrigerator arrived 3 days late. It arrived at my home in the rain with no protection of any kind except a piece of plastic which looked as thin as Seran Wrap. Although the refrigerator was supposed to be installed, the arrogant driver refused to deliver the refrigerator inside the house--I believe I was being set up for a shake-down for additional money. I had to threaten to report the driver to the local police. Then, I was subjected to harassing telephone phone calls from the driver/his company when I refused to pay more money. LIARS and THEIVING CON men are the best things I can say about this shady operation. I strongly suggest using another company. read more

Bought my appliances at Pacific Sales and was referred to West Coast by the salesman Juan. On the day of the installation Issac and his helper showed up in the time frame given to me.When they arrived they checked out the job area and and noticed the cabinets where to narrow for my Sub Zero refer but said not to worry they could correct the problem.At first I was a bit upset because the salesman told me that everything would fit. Also the cabinet for the Oven was one inch short he also said he could fix the problem. When all was said and done Issac and his helper Steve had installed all my Sub Zero and Wolf appliances in a very professional manner the proceeded to clean the work area and haul away all the trash.Issac even showed my wife how to use all the appliances and answered all our questions.I will make sure to recommend them to friends and family. read more

I needed to update previous review. It turns out the installers wife had a baby and that's why they didn't come. They came next day and were amazing. Love the personalities and helpfulness. Less than 1 star. DO NOT hire these guys. The installer Steve was incredibly rude. First, he installed my microwave trim upside down. Second, when I made an appointment to come fix it, they came two hours late. Third, he argued with me that he did it right when the installation guide clearly stated that the vents should be facing downward so that the air wouldn't shoot at your face. As he argued with me, he OMG'd me. There was no apology. Not only was the workmanship terrible, the customer service was even worse. read more

We were moving and the company where I purchased my washer and dryer said they did not do uninstall/installs and recommended this company handle it for me. I contacted them and was quoted a price of $195 plus any necessary parts and was told the installers would have everything needed to do an installation in the event there were any parts needed. They moved my appliances and when installing the dryer they said they needed an attachment to connect the dryer vent box to the vent where it goes into the wall but they did not have that attachment. So they asked me to find a block of wood. I did and they shoved that behind the dryer and pushed the dryer into the wall basically to hold the vent box in place. They left and then when I did my first load of laundry the washer was off balance...they did not level it or the dryer. When you opened the dryer door even just an inch it automatically swung open. read more

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I was having new floors put in and needed an appliance company to come out and unhook and move my stove and refrigerator. We contacted Pacific Sales but they don't offer this service so they recommended West Coast Appliance. We needed them unhooked and moved and then reinstalled after the floors were done. We were quoted a price of $500 which I thought was high but I was desperate. After they unhooked and moved them I was getting ready to write a check for $250 with the thought that I would pay the additional $250 after they were reinstalled. The technician then informed me that it was $500 to unhook and move them and $500 to reinstall for a total of $1000!!!! They were literally moving them about 3 feet. When we questioned them about how expensive it was they said it was because they GUARANTEED their work. They said if when they went to hook them back up there was any damage or if something didn't work they would fix it. We did have extensive damage to the refrigerator and they will not answer our calls. We tried for several days and there was no answer. We then tried calling from another number and they picked up immediately. A man named Kyle said they would call us back to schedule a technician to come out but we never got a call back. We then called again after waiting a few days . We blocked our number and they picked up, asked who was calling and HUNG up on us! The person we did speak with was a man named Kyle. He has repeatedly lied to us, refused to take our calls when he could see our number and now has resorted to hanging up on us! I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism! I am now stuck with an additional cost of $1300.00 to fix what they damaged! read more

Only gave 1 star as it's mandatory!! Was referred by Pacific Sales for pre-measurement of numerous appliances than would apply cost to installation. Decided to go on the recommendation of sales person and contacted the company and Kyle. Called on a Monday and was scheduled for a Friday estimate between 3 - 6pm with a 1/2 call prior to arrival. Friday 3 - 6pm comes and goes and NO CALL/NO SHOW. I left a message on machine, didn't receive a call back Saturday morning, so I decided to call Kyle again. Explained the situation, Kyle seemed as he could care less and didn't really offer an rationale reason as to why, but was able to reschedule my appointment for Monday between 5 - 7pm. Made arrangements to be home, shuffled my schedule and once again, NO CALL/NO SHOW!!! In a matter of 2 appointments this company wasted hours of my time and didn't have the nerve to call to cancel. Kyle calls Tuesday morning, offering some lame excuse but no answer as to why the rep didn't have the decency to at least call either day to reschedule or make the appointment. This company needs to go back to the drawing board on customer service and customer satisfaction. They are not the only company that offers this service. Contacted Pacific Sales and informed them of the situation and hopefully WHOEVER ELSE has had this issue contact Pacific Sales so they can NO LONGER REFER THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY OUT and use other companies that value the customers time. ABC Installation was contacted via my sales representative @ Pacific Sales and they proactively reached out to me to apologize for my experience & have ensured their process will go much smoother. Well, West Coast isn't hard to beat, all they would have to do is ACTUALLY SHOW UP ON SCHEDULED DAY & TIME. IF you are interested in having your time wasted and not being valued and hearing excuses than West Coast is the company for you. I recently bought a refrigerator from Pacific Sales Kitchen and they arranged delivery with West Coast Appliance Installation. At the time I didn't think much about the delivery service since I thought they are all about the same. When they delivered the refrigerator, the first thing they said was they have to remove the refrigerator door in order to fit through. I was thinking I already have to pay $100 for delivery, and now I have to pay another $50 just to remove the refrigerator door. I pretty much had to just pay it to get the refrigerator installed, so I didn't have many options but to pay it. It turns out that he only had to unscrew 6 screws to remove the door. Unscrew 6 screws for $50!!! That was ridiculous!!! When they moved the refrigerator in, they were very careless and caused my kitchen door frame to have multiple dents. When I confronted them, all they said was it was a tight fit. They do this type of work daily, and they should know how to move a refrigerator in a tight space, so I believe they were just not professional. If your appliance store arranges West Coast Appliance Installation to you, be sure to insist on using another company. West Coast Appliance Installation will try to find ways to charge you more than what you were quoted and they might damage your house. I am very dissatisfy with their service. read more

These guys gave me a three hour window. I stepped out to pick up my daughter from school (10 minutes at most) and missed them. I was pretty upset even thought it was totally my fault. I called immediately and they wanted to reschedule for the next day. I told them that wouldn't work for me so they called John, the installer, and came right back after he finished his next appt. He did a great job with my dish washer. His was courteous and cleaned up after he was done. I have read the other reviews and totally understand why others might not rate as high. that being said, I was happy with John and glad they went the extra mile even after I had missed them. My only critique would be that they should have the driver call the customer directly if the arrive and there is a problem. I could have told him I would be back in less then 5 minutes. Also, rather than just trying to schedule for another day, It would have been great if the person who answered the phone didn't need me to push them to come back. read more

I purchased a refrigerator from Pacific Sales last Wednesday. WCI called yesterday morning to say they would deliver it between 3pm and 6pm. Never showed up, never got a phone call. While I realize that things happen and the installers can be delayed for various reasons, a simple phone call would be very easy to make to the customer. I've left several messages with WCI with no call back. And since Pacific Sales has limited hours (only open Tues-Sat 10-6), I cannot reach them either for a couple more days. Frustrating. read more

This company is the worst and they were recommended by two appliance stores. The two workers came to my home to install an oven and hood. First they said they couldn't install the oven because they didn't put in fillers, although their price list show that they do. They got to my home at 2:30pm and I think they saw the job was going to take them awhile and they didn't want to get stuck in traffic. They put in the hood after they charged me to put the hood and chimney up and extra for hooking the vent to to the hood and extra to move the electrical. They said they were done and the electrical was not moved and in fact it was left exposed to the right side of the hood. The hood didn't sit flush to the ceiling and there were spaces on each side. They did try to fix the spaces on each side. It is not totally flush and they blamed my crooked walls. What walls are not crooked???? They constantly spoke in their own language. When my husband came home he was livid. I called the owner Kyle and sent him pictures. He said he would have a guy Ken come out. So Ken was scheduled and that day some other non-speaking guy called and it wasn't Ken. It has now been two weeks and Ken was suppose to come out today and move the electrical and I sent him a picture and he called and said to just push the electrical back and have it drywalled. Imagine the owner said he would take care of it and his worker doesn't want to be bothered. read more

Horrible customer service. Best Buy recommended this company for the installation of a replacement water line and new valve for the fridge I just purchased. The two people sent out were rude. They were offended when I asked them to please remove their shoes as I had new carpets installed a few days ago. They acted inconvenienced that they needed to install a valve under the sink and run a new line to the fridge even though that's what they were hired to do. Without even getting down into the sink cabinet they said it was too much work and told me I needed to hire someone else. They were here less than five minutes. This was not a complicated job. They just didn't like that I didn't have a valve already installed. When I called to complain the customer service rep didn't even apologize for his employees. He did offer to send out someone else the next day but he couldn't assure me they would be any better. WOW -- Horrible customer service! Needless to say, I've hired a different company with great customer service reviews. Best Buy should stop using this company. I'll be posting that on my fridge review in their site. read more

first of all if i could give more stars i would ! i was recommended to west coast by saddleback appliances. First of all the gentleman bob who does the scheduling on the phone was very professional and answered all and any questions i had. He definately knew his stuff! even better they were able to get me in the same day my appliance got to the store. i had a whole kitchen done . They sent out micheal who was wonderful! he covered the floors so it wouldnt get scratched and when he finished the kitchen was spotless! micheal was very professional and showed me how to work everything afterwards which was nice considering i went from old school kitchen to new school in no time, & the icing on the cake.. they will take away your old appliances for free! no surprise charges to deal with! prices are in my opinion very reasonable especially the quality of the customer service and installation made it that much better! i would definately recommend them if you want a professional installation! read more
