save your time and money and take your truck somewhere else. They either didn't use new parts or are incompetent and didn't install my pitman arm correctly, because they forgot to install the bushing and the arm failed eventually. When I called and told them what happened, they said they couldn't guarantee their work since I towed my truck to my local mechanic first to diagnose the problem.

This shop will take your money, cripple your truck and lie to your face. Spent thousands with this shop to install a Banks system on my truck. Got my truck back and it was blowing smoke. Suddenly its burning oil horribly, over 7 quarts in less then 6 thousand miles. They tell me they can't find anything wrong but also manage to fix the smoking issue. Then I can't figure out why I have low boost and high EGTs. 13psi boost on a full banks system and EGTs going to 1150-1200degrees just driving around. I pop the hood. Bolts are literally falling out of my turbo. So I bring it back again. I'm told by the owner, Bill, those numbers all totally normal and to be expected AND that my gauges are wrong. Bill tells me one of the other owners personally checked the truck out, test drove it and got 19psi on the MAP sensor. So they got 4psi boost and are trying to pass it off like everything is fine. I get it home and I can push one of the intake band clamps around with my finger. I pulled the turbo myself and rebuilt it. Here is what I found: 1. The brand new compressor wheel was destroyed. 2. The bolts holding the turbo together are so loose I removed them without a wrench. 3. Some of the intake band clamps were so loose they moved freely. 4. Big Head Wastegate turnbuckle was set to half the proper preload and it was missing the E-clip. 5. Down pipe was welded so short that it wouldn't even reach the turbo flange while jacking it up into place. 6. Exhaust leak between up pipe manifold and turbo housing. Now that I've rebuilt it, I actually get 20psi of Boost and 35psi on the MAP. My EGTs never reach 1000. No oil consumption. Additionally: They charged me for the two gallons of oil my engine lost. I have already directly contacted Bill about this and demanded a refund for the job. Bill asked my over and over how I want to procced. For the 10th time Bill: I want my money back.

Simply the best, they keep my 2012 F250 purring like a kitten, never overcharge or recommend unnecessary upgrades. I had terrible experience at Ford and these guys restored my faith !

They also have pretty cool shirts hats and hoodies.

I am a YouTube bandit when it comes to car repair. I have a hard time playing the exorbitant fees for repairs I can teach myself. This time I had a misfire on my 2016 Odyssey. When doing my inspection, there was a large hole in my air intake hose. I figured it was likely due to old spark plugs as well. I have been scared off from doing this because then engine compartment is so dang compressed. Dacian at this location was so helpful. He found the intake hose and suggested a few other parts, like getting a magnetic socket, instead of using one of the extending magnets that were in the tutorial videos. He made a few other suggestions and was just super kind and helpful! I can say the socket was a game changer! I am so grateful for the suggestion and the car is working great!

We drove straight to Auto Zone on Guerneville Road. My husband went into the store and came out with Dacian, the associate who had a diagnostic tool. He plugged it into something on the driver's side and after a bit, they walked back into the store for the report. It showed that our voltage was low so they recommended we replace the battery. Dacian and my husband returned with a battery tester and it was inconclusive but it was recommended that we replace the battery since it was the original one. The manager mentioned that we needed a coding/programming machine after our battery had been replaced (for our car), so we needed to go somewhere who had that machine. Auto Zone did not have one on the premises but they would be happy to sell us a battery. Their prices are competitive. We thank Dacian for his expertise and patience. He is definitely a car enthusiast who knows cars by the responses he had for us. We are so appreciative of the knowledgeable staff here and the honesty for telling us that we needed one additional step after the battery was installed. We were delighted to hear that the engine light wasn't a bigger problem. Thank you Auto Zone! Located kitty-corner from the Chevron station.

So I went to autozone to have them test the battery which it failed for health so I took it down to this location where I purchased with receipt in hand. There I wasn't greeted friendly, spoken down to almost like I'm lying about my issue, they say there test shows that's it fine but they wouldn't test under load. I insisted I've broken down numerous times and they said it's fine battery is good. Then again took it down to Autozone same problem, all test shows bad battery but there's seems odd like they don't want to replace it!!!I broke down and had to be towed since the tech over tightened my terminal cables and they won't make contact. So I had to buy a new battery and terminals thanks to them shooing me away!! I Spent an extra $500 for new battery and terminals for them simply not replacing under there 5 YEAR WARRANTY!!! She begins talking about the torrential rains that have been hitting our hometown and the entire North Coast. To which I reply: "Wow, since the roads are dangerous and curvy (like me, ha!) and it's getting dark, I sure am glad you have good brakes." Her response: "Yeah, my brakes are great. But I only have one windshield wiper, I broke the other one washing my car last week. When it starts raining, you'll need to be my eyes." WTF? WTF? WTF? Umm.. last I checked, windshield wipers driving up Highway 101 at dark, in the RAIN, were a pretty freaking good idea. Kind of ESSENTIAL, you know? After a discussion of "stop being a backseat driver" vs. "stop trying to kill me" we turned into Santa Rosa and found a Kragen Auto Parts. My sister and friend both go into this store and return with two windshield wipers, because my sister wants a set that match. Hmm. Then, they proceed to begin to install the wipers themselves... Obviously, I surround myself with girlfriends who change their own oil and windshield wipers... NOT. A+ for a serious effort, however :o) So I went inside to Kragen and requested some assistance. Although they looked a little confused, since my twin had just been inside telling the mechanic people that she didn't need any help from men and she can do this just fine by herself, thank you very much, a nice man came to our rescue. And attached the windshield wipers. And was nice about it. And threw away the windshield wiper wrappers without request. (Try saying that five times).. And we survived the six hour drive home. Thank you man at Kragen's for saving my life. Next time my sister is driving through town with something vital (headlights?) missing, we will turn to you for guidance.
