Been here several times, their sandwiches are pretty good and I usually get a cup of clam chowder to go with it. They have a few tables to sit, place is a little dark. I do takeout, when you walk in they greet you and take your order or you can use their app to place your order. They are pretty fast depending on how busy it gets. They have a good variety and you can do mods on your sandwich. The sourdough I feel makes their sandwich, that's why I like this place.

The sourdough is decent, I got the Hot Pastrami and it was good. the bowl of clam chowder was just average at best.

The #17 BBQ Brisket sourdough sandwich tasted good! Customized with mozzarella

I was craving a nice Italian-style sandwich, and we happened to come across this sandwich shop. They had a custom option to pick and choose ingredients and the size of the sandwich. The employees were super nice and friendly with a smile. They were great. I ordered the bbq brisket sandwich as that was an option for customization. The bbq brisket itself was good, smokey, and was tender. That was good. But the size of the sandwich was a little underwhelming. I was looking at all kinds of giant Italian sandwiches from places all over the SF Bay Area and also internationally. But I got the largest 8" one here and it was nicely packaged. It was handheld. Hmm. The sourdough itself was excellent and well textured - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The location is nice, and it felt cozy with a spacious interior. It was sunny and the vibes were fresh.

Ordered a veggie sandwich. The main ingredient is avocado, yet there was no avocado in the sandwich. I paid extra for jalapenos - there was none. In addition, the bread wasn't fully cooked? And of the few ingredients actually added - there was half as much as usual. Quality is not consistent. Doordash refused a refund, so I just paid $20 for a sandwich that tastes like untoasted bread. It's in the trash now. Cannot recommend.

Freshly baked sourdough bread, fresh ingredients and perfectly fixed. So important for bread to filling ratio is on point for any good sandwich. I tried the turkey pesto sandwich. The toppings are not all listed which they should definitely should fix, but the ones I have discovered are: pickles, lettuce, tomato, artichoke hearts, carrots, cucumber, onion, pepperchini, cheddar, fresh mozzarella, olives. They don't have honey mustard which is a bummer. The sourdough bread is baked fresh every day. It us the perfect texture of crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Definitely will be back!

Coffee tasted old and a bit burnt. The 4" sandwich was tiny!! One slice of rye bread cut in half. $9.00! Clam chowder ok. I won't be back.

The line was long but we got to order and had a table for 4 which was nice. There are seatings in the out door but also full. The service is great but extremely hectic, everyone is running like crazy. We ordered from the outside and the server brought the foods to our table. The prices are average $20 a plate. We ordered Fried fish tacos instead of grilled and a burrito. The chips and pico de gallo for $5 is very good, we ordered at the bar. The garlic fries are so good, every piece with great flavor and crispy. The burrito is huge and very filling, but our fried fish tacos are excellent, my wife really liked them, 2 on a plate with everything on them. It's quite messy to eat these tacos, they're big. Anyhow, compare to the Halfmoon Bay fish tacos that we liked, this is quite delicious. There are quite many beers served here but we didn't have any. This is a great fish place, but quite hard to find parking and in a very busy street.

The Sweet & Sour Chicken was the highlight--perfectly crispy with a glossy sauce that struck a great balance between sweet and tangy. The addition of pineapple, bell peppers, and onions kept every bite fresh without overpowering the chicken. The Mushroom Mapo Tofu was rich, deeply savory, and packed with silky tofu in a beautifully spicy, numbing sauce. The mushrooms added great texture, and the generous sprinkle of crispy black beans and scallions on top made it even better. The Jade Fried Rice was a great supporting dish--light, flavorful, and studded with egg, greens, and bits of meat without feeling greasy. The portions were generous and perfect for two people to share. They also offer rice plate combinations, but we opted for individual entrées and were glad we did since it let us try more dishes. The restaurant itself is casual, cute, and very clean, making it a comfortable spot for lunch or dinner. Excellent food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere--we'll definitely be back.

As for wait times the wait to order was longer than the wait to get our food! I had a craving for a nice bowl of clam chowder without the trek and crowds of sf and this was the perfect spot. A little fyi: The chowders are served right as you order. The garlic bread was delicious, a lot of parm on it, some slices of fresh garlic and it could've fed 2 yum. You get a plastic number (shaped like a tent) and they either deliver your food to you when it's ready or sometimes they'll call your number if it's crowded and they want to get the food to you sooner. Water is served in a glass jar with a slice of lemon. The line can get long but it does move. There was still a line (about 12 people) at 3:00 on a Sunday. We ordered white clam soup, garlic bread, fish and chips, poke, pasta with clams. All was tasty. White clam soup was very thick and packed with potatoes and included a slice of bread. The garlic bread was flavorful and liked by all 6 of us. There were quite a few clams (more than 15) with the pasta. The only dish we weren't able to finish was the fish and chips. Some of the dishes are a little pricey so it does add up. Overall, food is very flavorful.

We had dogs with us so we were waiting to be sat outside, the server made eye contact from inside, but only came to greet us after we waited a few minutes and finally called out to her from the doorway. After being seated and given menus, we waited another 10 min with no service, and I decided to walk in and wash my hands. On my way out of the restroom, the server was finishing chatting with the only customer inside of the restaurant. I asked if we could have some water brought to the table, and she nodded. 5 min or so after I asked her for the water, the customer who was inside was walking out, and we chatted for a bit. Come to find out the sushi chefs and kitchen staff were not available due to the traffic on the freeway. I was in the same traffic, and I knew it was really bad. That was not the issue. The server never came out to our table. She never told us what was going on. We were left hanging for almost 20 min with zero contact, other than dropping the menus, and requesting waters that we never recieved. At an empty restaurant. There was no notice posted out front, there was nothing said from the server. If I was stopping in during a lunch break, I would not have been able to dine elsewhere due to the time I wasted sitting at this place waiting for service. All it took was for the server to let us know the situation and I would have tried to come back some other time. There were 20 full minutes - plenty of opportunity - to make best of a bad situation, and none were taken. Absolutely unacceptable.
