This is our go to pizza place when in Westbrook. Lots of variety, quality ingredients. Would definitely recommend.

We had ordered takeout from this place last week and the pizza was just ok, however tonight we went again and had a horrible experience. We ordered a chicken parm dinner and a grinder as a quick dinner after a long day and as I was waiting the "chef" behind the counter said "whoever ordered pasta sucks" and was complaining about making the sandwiches, and overall did not make the experience enjoyable. Was very upset about the meal because the food ended up being cold after all that and the service was not enjoyable. read more

Interesting, according to these reviews, I'm not the only one to have a terrible experience at Westbrook Pizza. This was the worse, most unprofessional and immature service I've ever encountered. I will never go back there. Terrible customer service. Actually, it was zero customer service. There are plenty of other take out restaurants in the area with better food and who actually want your business. At Westbrook Pizza your meal is accompanied by cavalier employees who will mess up your order and could care less about it. Glad I left. Good luck! read more

Family just moved to the area so we yelped a pizza place. The pizza was very good! We had a cheese pizza, a meat pizza and a veggie pizza. All were good! The spinach was slightly over done but we will definitely be back! read more

I NEVER leave reviews for anything no matter how good or bad my experience has been at a place but i literally recovered my forgotten yelp password to log in and leave one for WBP. I get down on one knee every morning thanking Jesus Christ and the latter day saints that this place exists.. the food is never disappointing. I stop in and get their daily hot lunch choices once and awhile and it makes me wonder if the chefs are using some sort of holy magic to create it because it. is. delicious. If I for some miraculous reason were to serve a life sentence resulting in the death penalty and was allowed one last meal before my card was called, you bet your last 2 quarters it would be westbrook pizza. read more

We stopped at Westbrook Pizza today and I was pleasantly surprised. Although I didn't like the fact that they really don't have seating in the traditional restaurant sense. They did have tables set up in an alcove area which typically would bug me but it was actually pretty nice considering next door is an art store and while you're sitting there you're surround by artwork and beautiful furniture. The pizza we got a few slices of pepperoni and a slice of the burger pizza was good. The crust was crispy the girls at the counter where pleasant and I had a salad their selection at the salad bar was pretty good although the dressing choices where blah. But everything in that salad bar was fresh and tasty. Best part for 3 huge slices of pizza a salad and soda we paid only $15. This place will definately be on our list of places to go when we are up in the area. read more

The food here is great! However I was a little bit disappointed with the service which is why I had to drop this to 3 stars. I came in with my mom and some friends to order. They were a little bit busy and they told us our order would be ready in 30 minutes. (Two salads, a grinder and a gluten-free pizza.) we took a walk to the water and came back 35 minutes later to find that our order was not ready. We continued to wait another 20 minutes or so. I watched as they made our order, so it had not even been started when we got there. We got home to find that both salads were missing the cheese. I understand being very busy, but on a Saturday night next to a big resort, the restaurant should be prepared for that. I'm disappointed that I had to wait an hour. They should have said "this is going to take about an hour, is that okay?" We might have gone somewhere else. read more

Has to be my favorite pizza shop; their grinders and pizza are out of this world. The staff is beyond friendly - treat everyone as if they've known them forever! The atmosphere is great, a few seats in the back as well as outside. Their prices are reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. read more

Great pizza by the slice!! My wife and I each had two slices: chicken BBQ, Teriyaki, ham/bacon, and a garlic white w spinach and mushrooms. All great, and reasonably priced! $14 and change for the 4 slices and two bottles of pop. Although we didn't try it, the salad bar looked fresh and tasty. The one counter/server was very friendly and attentive. This location is brand new and not as "rustic" as the original location on the green. Best pizza on the shoreline, and we've tried them all. If you are an eggplant fan? Try the breaded eggplant pie. Call ahead of time and tell them when you want to pick up your pie and it's ready on time everytime. Staff incredibly attentive. Also, great salad bar. Gluten free pizza (we had sausage and mushroom) was just amazing (the regular pizzas looked hearty and delicious as well). One of the best GF pizzas we've had. Salad was not pre-made with every piece crisp and fresh. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys excellent pizza. read more

We ordered 2 large grinders but when we arrived to pick them up, there was 1 large and one small grinder waiting for us. The girl argued we didn't order 2 large, but when my husband told her he heard me tell her our order, she said if we wanted to wait they would make another large. Since the store was busy, and we didn't want the other hot grinder to get cold, we just went with what was prepared. I'm going to give them another chance by ordering pizza today, and see if it will amend my review. I ordered a large pizza today, and it was a thick crust, hot and spicy mushroom and cheese. I want to preface this review by saying that this is in no way a reflection of the food at Westbrook Pizza. Their food is some of the best greek-italian food on the shoreline, but this customer experience compelled me to write this. Firstly, their online delivery is great and works very well and one of the options that you can add to your cart is Contactless Delivery which is great especially during this pandemic. I don't think the delivery driver got the memo though. With Contactless Delivery, they say they will knock on your door and drop your food off so you don't have to have contact with the delivery person. There was a knock on my door and I waited, what I assumed was a good amount of time, before proceeding to open the door and grab my food. However, the delivery person was right in front of my door, I almost hit them accidentally, and THEY WEREN'T WEARING A MASK. I asked for Contactless Delivery for a reason and it's frustrating when not only is that request not met, but the person delivering my food wasn't even wearing a face mask, not only putting me at risk, but them as well! read more

Ordered pizza and salad last Saturday evening to take home as I have on many occasions for many years. I Had family & a friend over for dinner. In the past the pizza has been very good, however, last weekend, something went very wrong with the pizza. It was so hot from something added to the sauce, that it was almost impossible to eat. One person had a stomach ache after eating one piece & everyone's mouth was on fire including my two year old grandsons. They spit it on the floor and said it was hot. The salad was wilted, slimy and unconsumable as well. I called the following day to explain the problems we encountered and was told the manager, Kate, wasn't there. I was told to call Monday. When I finally received a call back from Kate, instead of apologizing for the problem in a professional manner and asked what she could do to rectify the problem, I was screamed at in a vile, disrespectful & unprofessional manner. I was lied to several times, told they have always put red pepper flakes in the sauce when it's made and told three times if I never wanted to come back and order pizza there again, that was fine with her. I was speechless! I could not believe how I was spoken to! My friend who had an upset stomach all night from the pizza stopped by Westbrook Pizza to talk to Kate again a few days later and he was treated with the same degree of disrespect and unprofessionalism. We are both very upset & will never go back there again!! read more
