    Oil and grease pulled off from drivers door, steering wheel and seat.

    Hate to do this, but look elsewhere for service. They will leave your car covered in grease and oil on the outside and especially on the inside. This happened to 4 of my families and friends cars (One was an all electric). They will lie straight your face and say this will fix major issues they know their dealership needs to work on just to get you out of their office. Don't expect any of the service people to have pride in their work...it's all about making more money and billable shop hours. There is so many other Kia shops in Portland area to ever give your car to these hacks and liars!

    I would highly recommend working with Carter, he is an amazing sales rep and his empathy and professionalism speaks volumes. I firmly believe Carter could sell a fish water and the fish would swim away happy. I warmly welcomed in and was treated better than the other 7 dealerships I went to. Carter also did a fantastic job getting me deals that no other dealership could offer, I left feeling confident I got the best deal possible.

    After a dismal experience at Beaverton Kia, my experience at Weston was enjoyable from start to finish. I found the 2025 Sorento Hybrid that I wanted and at a great price. I worked with Cameron Scruggs who was very friendly, knowledgable, and patient. He is true class all the way. I received an acceptable offer on my trade, and there was no upselling of any other product or service, though I did purchase an extended warranty along with protection packages but was not pressured to do so. The gentleman who handled the financial transaction (I'm ashamed to admit that I forgot his name) treated me like I was an old friend - conversational, light hearted, but also very informative. To summarize, I drove home with a smile on my face in a vehicle I love. Isn't that the way it's supposed to be?

We canceled the warranty on a vehicle 4/6/26 in writing sent to the email address they provided us with. Well they've been giving us the run around. Called the warranty company they said they aren't even the ones that refund the money. The dealership is and the dealership never actually contacted them to cancel our contract. I purchased a Land Rover Defender from Diplomat Motors (DP). The staff was friendly for the most part, and the facility itself is beautiful and gives a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the experience with the vehicle has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, the check engine light came on. DP did address this by replacing a sensor at no cost, which I appreciated. However, the issues didn't stop there. The vehicle continued to shake when braking, which led me to have it independently inspected, something I now wish I had done before purchasing. That inspection revealed multiple leaks and additional concerns that should have been identified during routine maintenance. Given that DP provided maintenance records and also worked on the vehicle (including the O2 sensor repair), it's concerning that these issues were either missed or not disclosed. These are not minor problems, they are things a thorough inspection should have caught. To make matters worse, I purchased a $5,000 warranty, yet the car has already been in the shop three times, costing me over $1,600 out of pocket for repairs that were not covered. Overall, while the customer service and presentation were solid, the condition of the vehicle and lack of transparency around its true mechanical state have made this a frustrating and costly experience. I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before purchasing any vehicle from DP. If that's what you decide to do.

Our salesman, Seth was very nice and helped us quite a bit by going to another dealership to pick up the exact color we wanted. They matched the price by the other dealer. When we talked final numbers, there was a charge for cilajet, a coating they put on the seats and paint. We had made it clear we did not want that from the beginning but they charged us $1495, because the other dealer had put it on, but took the price down when we objected. The following day, Mark Harris, the manager called us to see if we were happy with our experience and my husband again told him about the cilajet. Mark made a good compromise with us, so in the end it wasn't that important. We are waiting for a partial refund check from them. We enjoyed Hamid, our financing was very easy since our credit is excellent and he went through our credit union. All the people we talked to have been very pleasant. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it takes hours to complete the process, it would be awesome if somehow buying a car could be quicker! I should also mention we traded in a vehicle and was given a decent trade in value. The car was definitely worth more, but the convenience of trading it in was best for us. We were very happy with Seth and Hamid and impressed Mark cared enough to call.

They tell me the brakes are at 10-20% and quote me an absurd price for brake pads. I take the car straight to Nolans tires and they said you brakes are at 80%. Too funny Swickard. #2 Bring our daughters 2017 Prius in for 1 of the 2 service appointments that came with the purchase of the car. Dropped car off from 30 minute drive only to get home 30 minutes later to get a call that the Prius is done with service appt. Get to Toyota and look at paperwork. They didn't change the oil or rotate the tires. They lied. My daughter called the dealership back when she got home and the service manager could not even tell her what they did to the car and then never called us back. You guys are shafty. #3 Today 5/9/2025 I bring my 2023 Rav4 Prime, which I purchased at this dealership, they tell me I need 30k maintenance and quote me $1030 for the service. I was like I will go look this up. Just change my oil and do a tire rotation. In the service manual it states to check all the fluids they quoted my $1030 to replace. Come on guys! I called my mechanic and he quoted me 1/3 less than what Toyota quoted me and told me I don't need to change out all these fluids but just check the levels. This dealership is a true ripoff and we will never purchase a vehicle at this dealership every again. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Up selling is a trick for the dealers and techs to make extra earnings. Go on google and search out Toyota Dealers Up-Selling customers for unnecessary fluid and maintenance. Also search out just exactly what the factory recommends and take it with you. This dealership at 30K wanted a brake fluid change for extra $400 plus fuel system cleaning $200. that's on top of the basic cost for hundreds of dollars. Don't be fooled. I'm doing the whole 30K service for $100. do a YouTube search "Toyota Scams".
