They post their location for the day on instagram. I ordered an original funnel cake for $8. Once I ordered, I watched them make my funnel cake on a table in the back. I asked for extra powdered sugar and whipped cream. The funnel cake was delicious. The exterior had a nice light crunch while the inside batter was chewy and milky flavored. The addition of whipped cream and powdered sugar added a nice fluff and sweetness. Best part was that the funnel cake was hot and freshly made. Overall, it was a good funnel cake. My only dislike was that the funnel cake was pretty small for $8. I've had cheaper funnel cakes that were just as good but not as expensive.

It's excellent. I hadn't had Hotville since their brick & mortar space closed last year. Other than the food coming out of a truck, nothing seems to have changed. I tried the Dulanville truck for the first time when they were at Three Weaver's Brewery. I had the fish sandwich, fries, collard greens, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. The fish sandwich was spicy, fresh, and delicious, and the portion size was very generous. The sides were tasty, and the desserts worth ordering. I really enjoyed the banana pudding, which had nice slices of fresh banana and was topped with a Pepperidge Farm chessman cookie. The peach cobbler was really good, too. Service was friendly - just like it was at the brick and mortar space. And the wait time was short. I'm glad Hotville is back - even if in food truck form - and look forward to eating with them again.

The pancakes were warm, fluffy, and dangerously easy to inhale. The condensed milk + Nutella combo? Absolutely unnecessary. Which is exactly why it was perfect. Then came the fried plantain crepe and suddenly I got quiet because I was too busy having a moment. And PLEASE get the cocoa puff latte. It tasted like my childhood grew up, moved to LA, and developed a caffeine addiction. Sweet, chocolatey, comforting, and somehow still worked as a nightcap.
