Terrible. Workers are so disrespectful and really rude for no reason. Not good service and very slow. Do not recommend.

Two #1 Whataburger combos and an apple cranberry salad.

They are super nice at this Whataburger! Haven't had Whataburger since I lived in FL, then ran into them here on vacation with the wifey in Austin, so had to get lunch. Really nice folks behind the counter and it's pretty good fast food. They even come out with our food and offer us a tray of condiments like some condiment concierge, pretty cool! Thanks to Michael N the manager and the cashier for giving the wife a good first impression!

    Flat/squashed

The majority of the problems after you purchased your food is by the time you get home and something is wrong like my burger being flat and hardly any lettuce it's a waste of fuel to go back and get another burger. As a customer we hope we can have faith in a good product to standard of what it should be. As a Texas native I hope my fellow Texans can live up to their values!

Whataburger definitely sliding downhill. The place was dirty and staff don't seem to care. Saw worker drop cups on floor (to join others already there) pick them up, and put them back on the sleeve to use. The cashier/server waited until all 6 peoples orders were taken to bring our food that was sitting getting cold. Burger was good. Fries were not.

The breakup of Pangea occurred faster than this drive thru. In all seriousness , if you do the drive thru, order two days in advance.

It's a standard Whataburger location. Same menu, same food as any other Whataburger. There's something to be said for consistency.

Came back to this location after a year. Nothing had changed except the lack of customer service has sky rocketed.

If you go to Whataburger, you pretty much know what you are going to get. It's good in a pinch.

We ventured out to Slice Street last weekend, in between a few brewery stops and convinced our…read morefriends to tag along with us. It's located in a shopping center location behind a McDonalds. Immediately, upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner who was very warm and friendly. They had detroit style or NY style pizzas with a decent amount of options. My friends got the NY style supreme and we got the the detroit style NY Omygosh its good style pizza which was essentially pepperoni and ricotta, which are a nice combo of mine and my wife's favorite toppings. Both pizzas were fantastic and different and delicious in their own way. We used their flat iron seasonings which we were all geeking out over while waiting for our pizzas. They were really good and a nice compliment to the pizza and I thought it was cool the owner had a partnership to sell those along with some hot honey too. The owner checked on us several times and probably was the most engaging owner I've met at any restaurant. For drinks, they had craft sodas in their fountain machine and I got the Dr pepper version which was tasty. Pickup seems to be the most efficient approach with not a ton of tables and no public restrooms.

We placed a phone order for a half-and-half pizza and a Caesar salad, and almost everything about…read morethe order was wrong. One half of the pizza was supposed to be pesto with extra pepperoni and jalapeños. The other half was ordered with extra pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños. Instead, my half arrived with only vegetables, no sausage, no pepperoni, and not even the extra pepperoni we paid for. My husband's half was also missing the jalapeños. To make matters worse, our $13 Caesar salad came without the Caesar dressing. We were also charged for chicken when we ordered it without chicken. When I called to let them know about the mistakes, the employee said she was transferring me to the manager. The person I spoke with did not sound like a manager, she sounded like the young girl who took my order and showed absolutely no concern that our order had been completely messed up. There was no apology, no offer to replace the food, and no offer to refund the items we paid for but never received. We spent over $55 on an order that ended up in the trash. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters. Unfortunately, the complete lack of customer service was even more disappointing than the food itself. If you're charging customers for extra toppings, make sure they're actually on the pizza. And if you make this many mistakes on one order, your staff should be trained to make it right, not act like it's the customer's problem.

First…read morewhen you walk in, instead of a warm welcome, you get glared at by the little girl who is the hostess. After you order your food, which the plates around us looked good, I was sadly disappointed by the burger I ordered. Husband ordered the chicken sandwich, his was great. Nice large portion. But not my meal. It was a massive patty on a tiny bun. There was no ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt, pepper, or sweetner, at the table. And while we were still getting glared at by the teenybopper by the door, I cut into the burger to see the bottom of the bun already soggy. Something that was already a turn off. When I pulled the two halves apart, it was a little hard to tell as the room is very dark, but you could see raw meat. I ordered the patty medium, so there should be very little pink or red. I used a fork to take it apart and the meat was beyond rare; it was pretty close to mooing. Our waitress, a little more friendly that the glaring teenybopper, said raw really, then ushered the plate off, came back a few minutes later to tell me they threw another patty on the grill. Let me just say at this point, I'm done. I will not eat another bite of food when I see that. I don't care if the patty comes out a hocky puck, not touching it. The waitress was like oh, okay, can I get you anything else. Hubby said the bill, wolfed down his sandwich, and we left, still getting glared at by the little girl. I was told this was a nice spot to have a good dinner, but even the table next to us had a problem with their order, the cook cooked the wrong food. I want to support local, but at this point, I would have been better off going to Whataburger or even McDonalds. Not sure what the deal is with the hostess, but learn how to host before you become the greeter, the first face we see. As for the food, I don't even know where to start.
