Love the breakfast buscit sandwiches. The staff here is always nice. The restaurant is always clean even when they are busy.

This Whataburger is always busy! The drive thru lane is always wrapped around the building. If I can, I try to go inside and it seems to go a bit faster. The staff has always been friendly and accurate with orders. The food is exactly what I expect from Whataburger. I tend to just get a kids meal or the junior Whataburger because the burgers are huge! Their small sized drink is like a medium, too. If you're from Texas, you should know what to expect. I like to take my Cali family here so they can experience it. read more

THIS WHATABURGER HAS THE WORSE PERSONAL SKILLS AND WORST WORK ETHICS! Waited almost 30 min for a dang BURGER AND FRIES ONLY and no apologies no nothing! My husband went up to the counter and told them it took too long and What did she do? NOTHING she said okay and put the receipt back down. I GOT UP AND TOLD HER and she came back and then said oh did you want a burger with ketchup mayo mustard lettuce... etc, literally reading me all the ingredients and I said yes that's what's on the receipt and she STILL ignored me! I asked for my money back and Saebeih (however you write it)- is clueless, but handed me my money after 5 min of her trying to figure out HOW to- The other girl who looks like she could be her daughter was rude as heck (she was the one who began ignoring us and continued) and needs to find another job I have no idea how they qualify as managers! Instead of saying omg I'm sorry let me get that for you and idk here's some extra fries for your patience- SOMETHING but no! Never had Whataburger before but heard from multiple people that it's their fave fast food burger. Had a double Whataburger and was...seriously underwhelmed. Diced iceberg lettuce instead of a whole leaf? Flavor was ok. Buns are big...no-no for a low-carb guy. Cheese (American) is $1 extra...20% of the cost of the burger itself! But the onion rings were good. One burger and onion rings set me back $9...sheesh. Much better options out there for 9 bucks for lunch. Open 24 hours but don't think I'll be back unless I'm desperate. read more

Nasty facility. Floors were covered in mud and trash. The tables had trash on them and must've been washed with a syrup soaked wash cloth bc every table was sticky. To the point, my 5yr old noticed how sticky and nasty this location was. Usually only do drive thru at this location, but due to the long drive thru decided to go inside. The last two burgers I've gotten there the meat is cold and looks old and gray. I've been eating at Whataburger my whole life, and eating at this location for 4 years. They are not even close as good as they used to be. It's a shame. read more

This location is usually very busy in the drive-thru. At least 3 times out of the last 7 times I have gone there in 6 months I received stale fries after specifically requesting fresh fries. Each time I go back in there so they probably know me by now. Whataburger offers great food, but it's always 50/50 trying to find a good or clean location/ franchise that offers fresh food. read more

I don't understand. It's 11:00 pm and I just wanted a nice taquito so I walk up to my local whataburger. Across the street. It takes 30+ minutes for this taquito to be made and when I open it up this is what pops up in my face. I'm confused on why it was in there. I did not order a hash brown in my taquito. I'm allergic. Worker asked if I'd like ketchup and I said no . I just wanted 1 ranch and 1 bbq. She then said the new policy was to charge 75 cents for them . Ridiculous because I had two meals and I just wanted 1 of each . I can see if I wanted multiple but I didn't . Seems like every order is messed up, in some way. We order burgers a certain way and by the time we get home with email it's not the way wondered. For fast food Whataburger is pretty decent spot. I found the location to be clean and the staff is always friendly when I come in. The food is one step up from fast food, but I don't feel like their prices match the quality of their food. Its a bit over priced in my opinion. My wife and I come to this location decently often. We had always had awesome experiences, however the last 4 times have been extremely rough. The staff was very friendly, but the quality was lacking. Our foods been ice cold, numerous things forgotten, or even completely different from what we had ordered. Everytime I go during the day, the service is terrible! I have to either wait a long time or my order is incorrect. Yesterday, I went through the drive through and they forgot two of my sandwiches!!! This is a very good place for hamburgers, don't like the fries, drive-in is a little slow, better to go in to place your order. Always be sure to check your order to make sure it is correct. Overall I like this Whataburger better than any other. read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I go in order a double meat cheese burger and chicken. As I'm watching the lady in the back WITH NO GLOVES ON make several burgers I say 'aren't you supposed to be wearing gloves' which they reply with 'no, we wash our hand after ever order we make' um no you don't I waned you make at least 4 before I said anything. I think that is very disgusting. And to top it off we didn't even get the right burger, they gave me a kids burger. Will never be going back to this whataburger. read more
