First time there only one server one bartender and the bartender spent most of her time chatting with her friends at the bar. She was actually rude when I tried to get her attention to cash out because we waited 30 minutes for an order of fries. There also a $3 fee for paying with a card . Came in on a random Tuesday night, first server was great but the second server was too drunk to even serve me gave the guy who walked up his beer for free. I'm not sure how this establishment works or if you have to know people but I don't like going to places where they sort of treat you like shit. I don't see myself coming back here. Came in here early Friday afternoon. Good country-style music over the speakers. Definitely a friendly/ welcoming feel to this place. Ordered a whiskey flight from Ashlee & Taylor who were friendly & knowledgeable. Very good selection of bourbon and whiskey which is what initially brought me in. Ordered some wings and got great service & attention from Amanda & Stephani; definitely the amongst the coolest & most attentive servers around. The wings (bbq) we're tasty and reasonably priced. I just want to highlight one of the owners, Rhonda, who is very approachable and always walking around greeting the customers making them feel at home. Looking at the name, I would assume they have a large variety of whiskeys. They have more than other dive bars. But because it was a dive bar, they don't know how to make whiskey cocktails. I ordered an old fashioned, and it had no adherence to what a traditional old fashion is. This was again, a dive bar rendition. Now, that being said, the staff was friendly and very beautiful. If you're going there to take shots of whiskey, or to drink beer, than this is a great place. The music was a bit on the loud side, but it fits the theme of the bar. If you're going for an experience with good whiskeys, this is not the place. read more

I can't give ZERO stars. Cool vibe, okay food. We're legit still eating our meals and ordering drinks and the staff tells us we have to leave or put down a deposit because people are waiting for a table. Bad business kicking people out who are still eating food and ordering drinks. I'd love for the establishment to respond to this review and attempt to defend their actions. UPDATE: The owner came to the table, grabbed one of the tickets, and said, "Oh, you've been here a while." Mind you, we're still eating and finishing our drinks. I show her the 1-Star Yelp and she starts backpedaling, and not very gracefully. My friend is a big whiskey fan , so we met here last Thursday to check it out.. We had a really hard time finding the entrance. Finally had to call and the bartender came out to show us the way to the front door. .We loved the atmosphere . Got there right at 11am , so not many people which suited us fine... My friend like the selection of whiskey and her hamburger, I got a 50/50 martini which was good and a flatbread with bacon and brisket which was very good...Since we enjoyed it, I arranged another get together today with more friends. Again , we got there right at 11 and the girls were very helpful setting up our table for 10..We were told that they required a card to hold for each check , which I don't really understand, cause several of my guests were only ordering food. We were also told that the mashed potatoes, the bbq beans , and the mac and cheese were not ready...Now, I did have a reservation for 10 for 11am, so I would have thought the kitchen would be a little more prepared..A couple of my guests decided to wait on the bbq beans..They were very disappointed..No bbq flavor or much flavor at all. The checks were not itemized at all, so we didn't notice , nor were we told that the added a dollar charge for using your credit card..until one the the guys went up to pay just for a drink and the $1 was added ..Went he told the bartender that we should have been told about the added charge ahead of time, she very rudely told him that everybody was doing it and it was only a $1....We are very disappointed that we thought we had found a new , fun place to go, but guess not...We expect a little more respect than that read more

The setting of this place is really fun you can tell people have a good time here. Came here for brunch, we had to track down a waitress after waiting about 30 mins I went to the bartender who was AMAZING by the way, he was able to help us and track down someone to help us. By the time my food came it was cold, again had to track down the waitress for silverware at that point. I would still recommend this place but only for a fun night out and some drinks. read more

I've been coming to this spot since it opened. It's a cool spot with country flavor. I mostly go during day/happy hours. I have tried several items on the food menu and none disappoint. On the drink front, they have a great selection of whiskey, from basic to upscale. The bartenders make the experience that much better. Attentive, fun and pour a solid drink. Go see Ashlee during the day. She is the best! I am looking forward to experiencing the nights. Line dancing, karaoke and bands are all on the weekly schedule. We had have a great time in the past when they opened. But, now strangely getting told to leave because we are having a good time and told to hold a table for $200?! Ridiculous! We loved this bar for over 3 weeks until now. Very sad to say it's another bar in Redlands that seems to cater to the ridiculous crowd.
