Since it was Buffalo Trace Thursday, I asked Avery if the bartender could make me an off-menu "Cowboy Spritz." I explained the ingredients (which features Buffalo Trace bourbon), and he didn't hesitate to make it happen. The bartender, Eileen, made the absolute best rendition of a Cowboy Spritz I've ever had--exceedingly better than expected, completely delicious, and so refreshing. I really hope Eureka! considers adding it as a permanent specialty drink on their menu because it was incredible! We attempted to use them last month and were told it's only 2 max per table even though it says "one per guest" on the back. Fine, we saved the other 2 for next time. The next time was tonight. We were told tonight only 1 max per check, it's "our new policy". I asked her if the back of the card said one per visit and she said "no, it says one per guest, but the cards are our old ones". We literally just used 2 last month. She stated the GM said she would not let us use both cards. In my opinion, management should honor the cards we have as what they state on the back. Regardless of them being "old" cards they still need to be honored as per the restrictions on the back. I'm extremely sad because we enjoy this place, but the decent thing to do is honor our cards that are legitimate cards. If you are refusing to honor them, at least put a sign up that states you are no longer honoring them as per the terms in the back of the cards. Will have to find a new spot. Any general manager could have easily honored both cards to keep loyal customers. Not a good business practice.

The server seemed confused when I questioned it, which made the whole thing even more awkward. And unfortunately, the crème brûlée itself was also a miss. The sugar topping was torched too long and had a noticeably bitter, burnt flavor. The server (and possibly a manager) apologized, and I was given $2 off the drink, which I appreciated. Between the okay food and the especially strange service and lack of communication the experience left me disappointed. The atmosphere is definitely the highlight, but for me, the service experience was enough to say I probably won't be back anytime soon.

It's very cool that it's in the old rainbow movie theater that I grew up watching movies with friends and now it's a cute little row of businesses. The doors into Cornerstone are the theater doors and the ticket booth is still to the right, painted over of course. Great decor and nostalgia. I was expecting just meh, but I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and quality of the food. I would love to try their breakfast too. What a cool concept, bbq and breakfast. We will be back.

I'm writing this to formally express my outrage and disappointment regarding a disturbing incident that occurred at your establishment. While visiting Whiskey Republic, my girlfriend was sexually harassed by one of your on-duty security guards while I stepped away to the restroom. This individual--who is supposed to ensure safety--acted in an entirely unprofessional and predatory manner. He made unsolicited advances, inappropriate comments, and physically invaded her personal space. This is not only morally reprehensible, but potentially criminal behavior. Let me be absolutely clear: I will not allow this to go unanswered. A police report will be filed documenting this incident, and I am prepared to pursue civil legal action against both the guard and the establishment if immediate disciplinary action is not taken. I expect the employee responsible to be terminated without delay and for management to address this situation with the seriousness it demands. A simple apology will not suffice--this is about safety, accountability, and basic human decency. Your security staff is a direct reflection of your brand. If you permit predators to wear your logo, you will be held responsible in the eyes of the public--and the law. Came here one night as I have heard mixed reviews about it so...... Here's an honest and upfront review. Firstly upon entering we sat at the bar. The barmaid was quick to take the drinks order but no so quick to get the drinks. She was more interested in having. Conversation with the other staff. I though customers were supposed to come first. When the drinks affived the coke was like pure syrup. Sickly. The beer I ordered was flat and had a very weird taste to it. I found out it was a CO2 mix not nitro and the CO2 was way off. Way to kill a beer. I questioned the barmaid as to the drink and CO2 and she told me that Rhonda knew it was off and that the staff should just figure it out. No. Are your staff trained or qualified to mess with CO2 or do they understand what it is. Doubtful. You need to get a professional in to set it up properly. There is something seriously wrong with it. As a manager you should sort these problems and not ignor them or leave them for your staff to resolve. Pure stupidity and laziness. Wrong CO2 mixes will make people ill. Plain and simple. We weren't offered any other drinks nor did we receive an apology. I've felt crap all day after drinking there and I will not be returning. Sheer incompetence from the owner/manager. Get your act together. Worst beer I've ever had read more

While I was simply trying to enjoy my night, one of your security guards approached me in a way that was completely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe. His behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, and flat-out predatory. He made unsolicited comments, got too close, and crossed physical boundaries without my consent. This wasn't some misunderstanding--it was harassment. I left feeling shaken, disrespected, and violated in a place that's supposed to provide a safe environment for guests. That guard does not belong in a position of authority or customer interaction, and the fact that he's allowed to represent your establishment is unacceptable. I'm demanding disciplinary action--immediate termination of the individual responsible. A police report will be filed, and I will explore legal options if this is not addressed appropriately. I had an outstanding experience at Whiskey Republic, and a huge part of that was Corina behind the bar. Corina is everything you want in a bartender--friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and fast without ever making you feel rushed. She knows her drinks inside and out, gives great recommendations, and makes every cocktail with care and consistency. Even when the bar is busy, she keeps things moving smoothly while still taking the time to engage with guests. After coming to the Whiskey Republic numerous times, I'd have to say that Hannah is one of the most attentive and thorough servers that I've seen. She goes above and beyond to guarantee that each of her customers is welcomed and immediately served. I always prided myself on the ability to multi task, be one step ahead & out sale my coworkers, but if her and I were working in the same setting, I believe she'd outwork and out sale me with ease. This bar is not safe for women. They allow predatory men in here and allow them to speak poorly and disrespectfully towards women. I had to leave because a man was harassing me. Of course they wouldn't kick out the man after I had told multiple people that he was harassing me and being offensive towards me because of my race. I do not feel welcome here and will never recommend this bar to anyone. It's rather disturbing knowing they allow these types of men into the bar and are okay with them saying derogatory things towards the women here. I really don't understand why I've seen so many negative comments lately. I've been coming to this place since it first opened. I have definitely been able to see major improvements since they opened. Some of these improvements include the kitchen and the wait for food. I used to wait quite a while for food that I had ordered, but now the wait time for food seems to be out within a reasonable time frame. There has also been a major improvement with their wait staff. They seem way more put together and organized. I was just there the other night, and my server was Abrianna. She was so sweet and on point. Have a good time with my wife and friends for her birthday Whiskey Republic in Redlands was perfect for all 4! We had Codhy the manager set everything up for us. Kailyn gave us our line dance lesson and it was awesome. My wife told me at least 10 times that it was the best birthday she has ever had. The food was great, we watched the fights, and the vibe was so welcoming. Everything was perfect. Ashley our server and Jonathan the bartender all made this a 10 out of 10 experience. We had an amazing time at Whiskey Republic in Redlands, and our server Ashlee absolutely made the night. She was bubbly, super welcoming from the moment we walked in, and gave us fast, attentive service the whole time. Even though she was clearly training Ari, she never missed a beat and kept checking on us without interrupting our good time. Our table was always cleared, drinks stayed full, and everything ran smoothly. The vibe was great, karaoke was on point, the food was excellent, and the cocktails were perfect. The food here is decent the ambiance is relaxed but the best part about this bar is the service. I've been coming here for six months and the wait staff and bartenders are great but where you really see a restaurant/bars quality of service is in their barbacks. Normally barbacks don't get noticed all that much but Heidi has been here for as long as I've been coming here and she is always so professional and hardworking. If the staff at my job were half as dedicated to excellence as Heidi I could fire half my staff and still improve on efficiency. She deserves a raise. read more

Whiskey republic it's a great location. Meet Mercedes that works at the bar there she was so sweet and kind and willing to help us with whatever we needed they have awesome bands that come in. The dance floor is big and I like that. Karaoke night wasn't bad at all. Would like to let whiskey peaks know people were in the bathroom talking about how great the bar was and people didn't even know it was there. GIRLS Do not come here!! Security made all my group of girl friends so uncomfortable!! Since when do girls get a Pat down? The security guards felt so entitled and felt ok to continue making sexual jokes to my friends even after they told him to stop and were not interested. After this was said our service from our server was bad too. It's like they were all having a bad day. Food was a 1/10. Every time I come into this place, I am greeted warmly as a regular. Whether it's on a Tuesday or a Friday night. From the staff at the front door to the bartenders, to the waitresses. I have bought several books from one of the local poets (shout out to Winry Hagerty!!) who sells her work at the poetry event. The last time I went there were stickers from an artist, some leather works, books by poets for sale. The atmosphere at The Vault during Open Mic Night is vibrant and supportive. I had been in there for literally 3 minutes at that point. And if I wanted to do that shit, my car was right outside. I tried to explain to him that I had just returned back inside from a smoke, but all he did was threaten to kick me out for literally NO FUCKING REASON. I am transgender, and while this used to be one of my favorite spots, I will never be returning. I have been made to feel unsafe and unwelcome at this bar and I regret the fact I spent money on beer just to calm my fucking nerves after the incident. If youre worried about people using the bathroom and taking their time, get more fucking bathrooms, and dont treat out of town talent like shit. Especially queer talent, if you're a so called "safe space"
