Was looking forward to country bar but last straw was the bartender from Romanos swinging on our friend out of no where then our friend getting kicked out. As a Redlands native who frequents downtown regularly. I assumed this was another establishment serving the usual hipster/high-end clientele. Strangely, enough it's the complete opposite. Unless you're wearing a printed t-shirt or flannel with a baseball cap you should head over to another place. It doesn't fit the vibe of downtown. read more

I came in a lot and the bartenders were quick to make me feel like a regular, they new my name and my drink the second time I came. One of them named Kevin will have my drink ready before I sit down and always make sure he ask me if I want another one before I have to flag him down. This place has AMAZING service & great food as well as a ton of events to do throughout the week (I listed the ones I know of below). When first hearing about this place I was a little intimidated to go because people were saying it was a whiskey/country bar. Two things that aren't my favorite! But I'm so glad I gave them the chance. The music is not always country they go based off a Jukebox most of the time & if you have the app you can play your own songs. The bartenders & servers are always so sweet. Even when it gets busy, most weekends, there's always someone asking every table if they need anything. The manager Mary was very attentive and always has a smile. I love coming here now to meet friends, hangout & even attend a lot of their events throughout the week! They even have some pretty phenomenal food for a Bar it's definitely RESTAURANT QUALITY!!! Lastly, THEY HAVE OTHER LIQOUR THAN WHISKEY! Been coming here for a while now. Wanted to shout out one of my favorite workers, Jess. She has been one of the reasons I continue to come back. Very professional and yet very personable. When she runs the game nights, it's always a good time. She was also very quick to remember who I was and remember my name. If she isn't already management she deserves to be. She runs the show! Haven't seen her in about a week now so I'm hoping she will be back soon! You can tell how much people like her by the way they continue to come in solely to see her. Happy to see a new set of hires as well! I was helped by a new brunette last night, Rebecca. She was being trained by one of my other favorite workers Aubrey. Rebecca did a great job checking on me consistently and was very sweet and talkative. You would never have known it was her first day. I will be hoping to be served by her in the future. First time to visit here and so glad we did. We were there to see a band from Yucaipa, Stay Tuned and had the best time. Dinner was pretty good and the service was amazing. So it's my first time here, It looks like a fun place but I'm disappointed to find out the line dancing doesn't start until 9 PM!?!? Much better last week as I heard it was at 8 PM but even 7 PM or 6 PM... would be better. We have to work tomorrow during the week, so I'm hoping they will change this! I've been going to the different establishments from this owner for many years now and this place does not disappoint! I have been waiting for the doors to open and the moment I walked in it's a country girls dream. The signage on the walls is a great touch! Can anyone say photo ops?! First I'm really excited that a country bar is in Redlands. Just for that fact we will be back on other nights. We came on a Friday around 5:30pm just for a quick bit and to check things out. The place was a simple country bar, it is small and not a lot of sitting, so by 7pm they were almost full. The dance floor is towards the back but no real seating and tables for food and drinks. We had a real nice waitress but the service was still really slow and they had a lot going on. Even at the bar the girls seemed to be "running into eachother". They have a pit house bbq menu. The rotisserie chicken was good, ribs ok, cornbread and Mac and cheese were basic. The appetizers , garlic parm fries were delicious and we enjoyed the mozzarella sticks. I know the later it got more help came in. We do want to come back to see the line dancing and try other things on the menu. They are new so we are hoping they are still working out the kinks. read more

This place has great potential but that wasn't the case for us a Sunday evening there was only 30 ppl there I counted with six ppl be-hide the bar it took over 20 mins to order a drink at the same time we were never asked if we needed anything else the hype s there but not service. This is like a country version of top dog with bad food. Cool place, good drinks but the food was terrible. I have an iron stomach and never ever get sick and the chilaquiles legit made me barf just to get the taste out of my mouth. Been to Whiskey Republic a couple of times in the evening and had a good time for the Karaoke nights on Thursday. Great party environment. But I also enjoy a good bar to head to for some day time drinks and some good food and this place has both . The Happy hour beer pricing is ridiculous. Only $3 for some filled to the top ice cold beers. The wings there are better than 90% of the wings of most restaurants and I suggest getting the 16 piece since you'll get more bang for the buck. The bar is beautiful inside and the music is of choice and I like the music I hear in there during the day, it reminds me of being in Key West enjoying some good beers . The hospitality and service from Mary is top notch and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed while she is working there. Her drinks are amazing and love the attention she gives when making my Old Fashion's, my favorite drink to order there . Overall love the place in the day time . They got so much going on every night that I would suggest checking out their sites and find the night that is best for you. read more

Regular customer, very disappointed with todays service, Friday 05/05. First thing when we walked up the door, door person (female, long black hair and glasses, believe it was Mary) told us there was a line. No problem, we waited... and waited ... and waited. People came out and still we waited. Had enough and tried again to go inside, was advised again by same person, that there was a line. Waited in line more, people came out and now two girls went in before us saying they had to use the "restroom" they were let in and what appeared to be friends of the bar, 7 of them! Went inside. At this point there was a long line, we tried again to go inside because no one came to check the line. Again, were told that they were at capacity, even though they continued to let others inside and even provided them with wrist bands. People were fed up there was a long line and all that we were told "they had wristbands" even though we saw bouncer give them wristbands. Again, regulars and spend our money here often and usual enjoy this bar, only be told to wait in line when others are let in. Sad. read more

Good food and ambiance and service. But why sooo loud?! Came here with friends after work. The place is kind of hard to find, but I'm so glad I found it. I had the fries with pulled pork. Those were excellent. Fried pickles were good. Fried okra was ok. Even the broccoli was good. It was actually seasoned and cooked perfectly. Normally, places serve broccoli with no seasoning, and it's still really crunchy. The drinks were also very good. The only reason that I couldn't give it five stars is because the music is so loud that you can't hear people talking, even when they're sitting right next to you. I have been here twice and both times, the music was just way too loud. I probably would have stayed longer and had a few more drinks, but we just moved in to the next bar. If I just wanted to listen to music, I'd go to a club. But when I'm trying to hang out with friends and catch up, I like to be able to hear them and talk without having to yell. I don't know, maybe I could ask them to turn it down a notch, but I'm not trying to be one of those people that complain. read more

Okay so this is a little restaurant that serves alcohol the strong suits for this place is they've got more than enough security that's very important the best thing about this place is they have very pretty young cocktail waitresses there is a dance floor but I was there for 2 hours and nobody danced it's more like a neighborhood pub where people come they eat they drink and they leave now maybe later in the evening somebody showed up that went to dance they do have a girl they're playing music I don't drink alcohol so if I go somewhere like this it's to work out I was hoping it was like the rodeo that used to be in Redlands the rodeo was a skating rink turned into a nightclub it was bigger than your average Walmart it had a huge ring for two stepping and it had a huge inner center for line dancing most nights it was at least 3,000 people there some nights they were 10,000. The world's best exercise is dancing now this club looks like it's upscale and like I said before there is a lot of waitresses probably seven or eight and they're all young and very attractive so if you enjoy having a beer and look at pretty girls walking by and obviously they sell a lot of food too. My background is law enforcement so I always look for things concerning people's safety and it looks like a safe place to go it's in a business center. When you come there they security ask you if you got any knives on you I said no because I never carry and if I do carry a 9 mm 14 shot in my boot but they didn't ask me about that and of course I'm authorized to carry that weapon. read more

So disappointed, wish I could give a review based on the experience we had here but unfortunately we showed up for our annual company Christmas party with tables reserved and a deposit made to find the place locked up and a note on the door. I received no prior notification and my contact information was provided at the time of the reservation, not a good way to start out the opening of a new business. Not sure what happened but we were told that they had a fire sprinkler incident however I also learned today that the health inspector had showed up a few days prior. Regardless of the reason somebody should've been staged at the door to explain and provide refunds for deposits made or at the very least made a few phone calls so that alternative plans could be made. We had a large group of employees expecting to celebrate Christmas only to be sent home as there were no other local venues able to host a large party last minute on a Friday evening. read more
