Terrible pest control service, I have cameras and the guys literally never even went in my back yard to spray. They never checked nor changed out the termite prevention things they put down (they got blown away in a storm 2 months into my service with them and they were never replaced). When you try and cancel have fun dealing with the most rude individuals you will ever deal with. They don't care to listen to you or explain anything and once they know you aren't going to continue service with them they get angry and become even more rude. I wasn't under contract and they still charged me half my service amount to cancel service with them which I am currently disputing with the BBB. Save yourself the headache and do pest service with literally anyone else, you'd honestly be better off not doing anything than dealing with these clowns. read more

I am a big review reader and I failed myself to come and read the terrible reviews this company has. This company caught me off guard the sales rep showed up at my door ending of May. We just moved to Texas from California we had pest control for 5 years through a local hometown company. When the sales rep came I was just settling in and my kids were beginning to get a lot of mosquito bites I was going to start looking up companies that night but the rep showed up and sucked me in. The initial service was $30 and scheduled the appointment for June 1st although the tech was nice and respectful he failed to see a wasp nest right next to a trap he placed for bugs in the garage. The next day I had a welcome home get together and my mom noticed it was a wasp nest I thought it was poison they placed. I have no experience with the bugs from out here because where I lived we had small ants, and major flies problem. I contacted the company regarding this matter and I felt like what ever they put attracted the bugs more than it got rid of them. I called to cancel and I was offered for someone to come re treat the house. I agreed and gave them a second chance. Come July 1st the tech comes and immediately says he's not treating the outside he goes and grabs his spray and begins to school me on pest control. I just wanted them to come do the job they were meant to come do. I work from home and I have 4 kids to chase after the tech spent more time talking than he did the job he kept asking me where I wanted him to spray didn't spend no more than 10mins which half of it was talking to dang much. I have vivint cameras and my cameras records. From the time he grabbed his spray and was in my house it was not more than 10mins. I also have indoor cameras and this tech was not doing what he was supposed to I was unsatisfied with the poor job. To avoid confrontation for my own mental state of mind and my kids. I contacted White Knight Tuesday July 5th and I was transferred to Nadine in the customer advocate department not sure what her purpose is because she is rude as hell and is not a customer advocate she is the rudest person I've ever spoken to and kept pushing for a manager to come "RE-TREAT" my house I immediately told her no I want to cancel and I want nothing to do with them why would I give them a third chance when the first "re treat" was their let's make this right but it wasn't their first visit should have been let me WOW the customer but it wasn't so why would I stay in a contract when they did not hold up their end of the contract. They said I needed to pay $184 for the initial appointment. I told her I would not be paying that, they can bill me all they want but I'm not paying for a service I did not receive. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I will never recommend this company! My advise is do your research and find a local company in your area look for high rated reviews from my experience no other company than a family company will take care of you like a local home company. I had to hire some other company to finish the job because when you do not subscribe to their monthly service fee, they run a poor job and barely sprayed here and there. They conned us into a contract the sales man was great but NEVER mentioned a contract and to be honest with you we only said yes because it was said to be a one time service for $35. A month later i was charged $86 and they didn't even knock on the door let alone go in the backyard. they half-a**ed did the front yard and left. customer service is AWFUL. they lied and said we would get a refund to the card (never got it) that was in february it's now may. they spoke to my husband and said to have closed out the contact and a refund would be issued. now month of may (current) thinking our contract is ended we said screw it we lost $80 forget the refund. they charged me $107 for picking up a ball of lint and spider webs by my front door and left (all on camera) didn't spray didn't do their job! after once again speaking to unprofessional customer service they are refusing to refund me, running around in circles. This company is clearly confused about who to exterminate. For some strange reason they do so to their clients. I would name them Black Knight Client Extermination, Inc. Let's start from the very beginning. After talking to them over the phone I have never signed any service agreement with them. Nonetheless, they showed up and started their service. My understanding was that they would charge about 43$ per visit, which I though was reasonable and paid full balance for their two visits. But then after not seeing much of the affects and thinking that I can do it myself, I attempted to cancel their service via email. Anybody would think it should be easy nowadays. Right?! no, not with them. They took my brain out that they can't do so unless I talk to their people. I tried to call to no avail. Eventually, I got through after several emails stating that I can't reach them and just cancel the service, and you know what they told me?! that my account is no longer active, they canceled it. Ok, they didn't stop their, they sent me 260$ bill and put a charge on my card. What the hell?! :-) then they refunded it and here is the extract from their emails: "team@whiteknightpest.com Tue, Aug 16, 2022 at 8:39 PM Dear Mr. or Mrs. Please do not be confused. Us reversing the charge was not us acknowledging that you do not owe it. " LOL. Honestly, I'm not sure who runs this business, it's more like a special needs facility. I asked them multiple times to produce any contract or recording of verbal agreement to no success. Eventually, they sent one but there was absolutely different person, different signature. Not me! Just a month ago I received a letter from collection agency. that I owe this so-called pest control company 113$. 43$ for a visit and 70$ in some kind of fees. So honestly they constantly change their story. they constantly change the money they think I owe them. it is a mess, how they do business is beyond me. We recently purchased a home in a new community. We received several offers for pest control services. Latu stopped by my home one day to discuss. He was styler friendly and explained services. Though I didn't immediately sign with White Knight, I kept the flyer. After comparing services and prices it was by far the better choice. I contacted Latu, and within days my home and yard were treated. Byron, the service technician was also friendly and answered any questions I had. Signed up after having spoken with the salesman walking around my neighborhood because he promised that WKPC communicates with their customers which is largely why I was frustrated with my (at the time) current pest control service. The initial service, the technician left halfway through doing outside because he had an emergency with his wife. No problem. I completely understand. Please go handle your business and I hope his wife is safe and sound. He said he'd come back later that afternoon and I said I'd be there. He never came back or called. I was called at the end of the day by a young woman from WKPC to ask about my service. I told her service wasn't completed but I understand. Let's reschedule. I rescheduled on two different occasions, both with a no show. No phone call. No technician. I waited on both days at home as I work from home and not a word or a soul appeared from WKPC. Figured I'd go ahead and cancel because it became clear to me that the salesman got me (as they often do) with his pitches for customer service and communication. I call the line for their customer service and am transferred over to cancellations. The cancellation woman proceeds to argue with me over the phone that a technician will still show up despite my 8 am - 10 am scheduled block (with a confirmation email I was looking at, it was also past 3 pm). Then she told me if I cancelled that I would be charged $150 because they used something special and I got in at a discounted rate on my initial service... the service they never completed. The service I attempted to reschedule two separate times. The cancellation woman hung up on me as I told her I wasn't going to pay for a service they never completed...because I never received said service (A partial charge had already been made to my card before the initial service's first attempt). At this point, I'm just going to walk around my home punching spiders and kicking snakes because I can't rely on the people I want to pay to do this service to do the thing they said they'd do. I rarely get frustrated. I normally roll with the punches and understand that errors happen in any system. Terrible. The manager is a liar. I had 4 quarterly services and cancelled after 3. The manager then called me to say they were going to do a 5th service (5 quarters), I said no. He said they would bill my credit card for a 5th service whether I had them perform it or not. (4 quarters = 1 year, the length of the contract) Yesterday they called and said they would be coming to do a service. I called them back and responded to their email and said "NO!" What part of no don't these people understand? I guess they want me to report them to the BBB. Never use this company unless you want to be lied to. And our service finally ended, we called to cancel already, but they still showed up announced to spray only the outside the front yard just like any of other times, then forced us to pay. I have dogs and would always have my service on days that I know would be home to allow me to let them in while they come to service my home. No one gives me a call to let me know when they are here I think when they know that there are dogs that they say they service my home and just leave so I am very upset and will be looking into a new company to service my address. read more

After using this service for a couple of years, I had more pest problems than ever. The solution they use is ineffective. When I asked them to treat the inside of the house, they said I had to make a special appointment for that. When we asked them to spray one extra time, they said they would have to charge a separate fee of $250 so we said no. After we decided to close the account, I called and was told that I was not on the account so my husband had to do it. He called them and they told him his phone number was not on the account so they couldn't talk to him. Then she sent a reset password email so I changed the password and added his number. When he called back he was given the runaround and finally just told them to close the account. The claimed they did however on checking a few hours later it was still showing active. This company started out being very good. But gradually and completely went downhill!! 1st thing. Had them come and spray for spiders. Yet still were seeing spiders and webs inside. Finally got rid of them after 3rd treatment 2nd... these folks don't seem to know what the word "appointment" means. Every time they are scheduled to come out, the will call and tell us they are close by our area and want to know if they can come early. And every time we have to remind them the reason we made appointment for after 4 is bc we are still at work Most recently. We started seeing a few roaches crawling around inside so we called them. Guy came out, came inside, was there maybe 5 minutes, sprayed and left. Still kept seeing them. 2 weeks later came back out again, sprayed again, only here bout total of 5 minutes. Here we are , 2 weeks after that, still seeing activity, husband calls and they say they wanna come do "bombs" for $250. NO!!! It's not infested we told them. Just whatever they are using don't work. And they informed him the stuff is a "slow" kill. BS!!!! When it comes to roaches we want something that kills NOW. not a month from now. So. We are switching companies RIGHT NOW!!!!! read more

I signed up and paid for a year contract for service with White Knight Pest Control. I NEVER had a pest-free week with them. I was constantly cleaning up dead and living bugs in my home. Daily! I've had times where the their technicians said that they serviced my home and even sent me an email with the date and time the technician provided the service. However, I was at home waiting for them to show and they did not. I also have security cameras which confirmed that I didn't miss them. When I contacted White Knight, they said it was a computer glitch and that they would send someone out. Of course I don't believe that at all because I work in the IT field. They didn't offer a credit or anything. The absolute last straw was that my home was invaded by carpenter ants while under contract. Thousands of them! Two of the main pests that I was assured that I would be protected against when I signed up with this company was Carpenter Ants and Termites. Once I noticed the Carpenter Ants in my home, I went outside and I could actually watch the ants marching in and out of my home at the foundation, right across the supposed chemical barrier that White Knight uses. When I contacted them, they came out and acted like they were doing me a favor by treating my home. They didn't offer an apology, refund, credit or anything. I'm still considering all options available to me once I find out the total damage to my home by the infestation. I canceled the remainder of my contract and signed up with Orkin. Worst company ever! I called to tell them I will not being paying for a full service when you technician left a door hang saying he only did the front because of dogs in the backyard. The best part is I was home looking out my backyard through the plate of glass windows to see if he was coming back there. (On going problem with bugs, so I stayed home to watch). PS there were no dogs in my backyard. They told me I was wrong and that he entered his notes that he did the entire yard. I sent them the door hang (door hang he left with his writing said did not do backyard due to dogs) and cancelled my service with them. Nothing worse for a company to allow their customer service team to treat paying customers that way. This day and age people forget there are cameras out there. Terrible company. Apparently when you sign a contract with them, it is one sided so have caution BEFORE you agree to anything with this company! We contracted them for cockroach extermination, but they never got rid of the problem. They came out 4 different times and FOGGED our kitchen (so thick you could barely see) with who know how many chemicals and never got rid of the roaches. My husband bought some powder from Walmart and got rid of them with 2 tries. The second time my husband used the powder was to get rid of the eggs that had hatched which was the only thing White Knight got correct. Even though we have paid them every time they have come out, they are now charging us a termination fee. This must mean they do not have to comply with what they contracted to do, but I have to comply to pay them. Their entire argument was, I should have kept calling them, they have organic solutions (which according to them work as well as the non organic solutions) so this must mean both must equal no solution. Before you contact this company, please go to Walmart and look for the powder that looks like it is in a big syringe. I hope to save everyone the headache and a lot of money! read more

This is the first time I've ever written a bad review. I normally just let things go but, White Knight was bad enough for me to leave one. They applied the first service to my house and within 2 days the problem was as bad as ever. The next time out I told them they'd have to fix the problem or I'd cancel. I showed the recurring problem area and they treated it with the same results. One major problem was fire ants, which my wife is allergic to and could kill her. I canceled the service and they are trying to charge me an additional $250 to cancel a service that never worked. read more

The tech that recently serviced my home, John Gamez did a very thorough spray inside and outside my home and gave me some good preventative tips. We were customers of White Knight for many years, and we enjoyed their techs and the services provided. We recently received a call from someone in one of their out-of-state offices telling us that our account somehow fell through the cracks and that the monthly service we had been receiving for years was not being charged properly. As a result, we would have to go to quarterly and be charged the same rate. So overnight, we lost 66% of the service we had been receiving with no reduction in cost. Oh yes, we were told that we could call anytime for additional services if needed; however, there was no working with us being long-time customers to ease into the higher rate. Even after calling their customer service and the rep, we talked to tried to help return us to the prior service, she was told no. So long-time customers have no meaning to anyone anymore. I guess they don't need the business. There are plenty of other pest control people out there, and we've already started with another service that offers more personal contact. read more

White Knights product is horrible. Does not kill anything that they say will they will kill. Have been using them for almost a year and nothing has worked. Crickets, ants and spiders everywhere. Changed to a different, more professional company and everything was taken care of on the first visit. After 3 weeks have not seen any of the above listed pest. Always got excuses from White Knight. Will not use them again and would not recommend them for anyone. Then went to cancel and they are making pay for the last service that I never was scheduled for because I did not give them a 30 day notice. Horrible customer service. They sell you into a promo offer and then offer a service window of 0700 and 1800 and then won't call when they say they will and then charge you when you are not there.
