We decided to stay here again this year because we had tickets for bull riding at the Reno events center. Then we could just walk the 2 blocks no issues with parking, etc Our room had a great view of the north side of Reno. The bed is comfy. We enjoyed the large tv and refrigerator, too. We could use another outlet on the other side of the bed. One side has the clock with plenty of ports and outlets. The other side, meh. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the good at all but the temperature was perfect, so I adjusted the shower to pulsing and it helped. The front desk had some technical difficulties while checking in but both clerks were polite. Sidney checked in with us via text and helped when our key wouldn't open the Club Lounge. Next time we want to take advantage of the fitness center. There is a restaurant on site and plenty to choose from in the neighborhood. A nice staycation.

This is by far the cleanest and best in class hotel we've stayed at while traveling in the last several years. They went the extra mile for us with privacy, organization and comfort with inside and out. Perfect location in Reno and walking distance for all needs efficiently met. Hats off to the front desk crew and valet who were helpful and friendly. Keep up the stellar hospitality.

Conveniently located in downtown Reno next to the famous arch sign. This hotel is non-smoking, pet friendly and no casino is perfect for visiting the Reno/Tahoe area. Hilton properties follow a high standard with clean rooms, pleasant staff and relaxing accommodations.

My second stay here. I immediately realized I just lost my diamond status and so the nice perks were gone. Had it for years and immediately no love from the hotel. No free parking (which is across the street, but only costs $7), nor executive lounge. Total bummer. I still made it work and used my F&B credit at the HH, which was great! I really like the 7x water filtration dispensers on every floor. It's nice to be able to refill your own bottle. Good thinking Tapestry.

Very nice hotel, for Reno, the restaurant at the lobby is great and it is nice, clean, reception personnel was great.

I had to come back and review the event staff and 3rd floor venue space. I held my daughter's 15th birthday here and it was perfect. I was able to customize a menu and everything turned out better than I expected. Allie and Carlie, very responsive and helpful and so was everyone else on the catering and service team. Big shout out to Christian, the head chef I believe. He made our antojitos dreams come true! The rooms also were very nice, love that this place is smoke free.

The stay was nice and very convenient. The hotel is located right downtown, which made it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant was a plus the food was tasty, portions were generous, and it made dining really convenient.

Could have been a great stay. Hotel has a good location, updated, spacious rooms, and is mid price range. Parking is self or valet. We chose self as we didn't need in/out access. There is an executive lounge. I have no experience with it because the guy at check in said it was only open during happy hour for drinks. Not true. It's open in the morning too. There is an actual piece of paper that talks about it that I was never provided. So we wasted money on drinks in the restaurant when those in the lounge would have been complimentary. I have an annual lounge pass for Hilton. I have Diamond status with Hilton and couldn't believe how stingy this staff is with upgrades. This tier is supposed to receive an upgrade and there was availability in every category. Had to text and call and was told they only offer paid upgrades. Greedy and doesn't honor loyalty benefits. Not fun to beg for a "perk" that is given automatically by most other properties. Wouldn't stay here again based on uninformed, unfriendly staff and poor treatment of loyal members.

We had Turkish coffee, traditionally strong, and an assortment of bread, cheeses, spreads, Turkish sausage, honey with clotted cream, eggs and pastries. Everything was delicious, savory to sweet. They even have additional requests section on their booking page where I requested extra things like towels. We did not receive any of those requests. Room: King, Tuscany Suite with a balcony. The room was really nothing special, as time went on we began to notice more small concerns. The first was that the ottoman at the end of our bed was stained which felt off putting. Much of the furniture and room decor was dusty. It seemed like the whole room just needed a deep clean and detail because it appeared well used. The "balcony" was just a patio space with really well loved furniture. It was also funny because our view was the worker entrance/exit so we really one saw people coming to and leaving work. Casino: This was by far the worst casino I have been too. The machines had very low RTP and rarely gave bonus games. It wasn't very well kept, drink glasses would pile up and sit. The staff seemed off putting and not very helpful. The bonuses offered weren't all that great either. Pool: The pool was decent but could use better planning. My hope would be that one of the pool decks becomes a 21+ space. Adults on vacation at a "luxury" hotel don't want to swim with kids. The hot tubs were even occupied by kids which made it unenjoyable and hard to relax. Spa: We didn't even bother with the spa because I called them prior to our stay and got sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail hoping for a call back but never received one. Overall, not worth the expensive price and we will likely not return to stay at the Peppermill.

To get privacy, need to close the entire large room to shower or bathe. Otherwise; it's a beautiful place; a bit "outdated" but still luxurious. But it didn't affect my stay in the suite. I can't understand why this hotel doesn't have any reviews or has terrible reviews. My guess would be, the majority of the guests here are here to patron the casinos, and would not pay attention to the stay of this hotel.
