My time in Reno was amazing. This hotel on the other hand had a few hiccups. It has been recently taken over by Hilton and there are definitely a few issues. With that being said the property has some really great things as well. The cons. I was given a room with an adjoining room. The doors that connected the rooms were insanely thin that on my last two days there a family that had two children checked in next to me and I had to repeatedly call down to have them send someone up to address the new neighbors. The children kept opening the door trying to enter my room. If it wasn't that they would be yelling and banging on the door. Now I get it this happens. The issue for me was the hotel wasn't full. Why would you book someone right next to someone else when there is space else were to give everyone a little breathing room? Next the property doesn't have a casino which is not really a con I guess unless you are wanting to gamble where you are staying. Then I am a diamond member and have some extra things available. The lounge are that was assigned for the happy hour was not the bar area. It was a room on the second floor way out of the way and with zero windows. Was odd. The pros Location was perfect Super easy getting around from this location. The staff ( majority) so so friendly and welcoming. 1000 percent the only reason I would come stay here again would be the staff. Love Then the really cool thing. They have a bouldering project type set up on the second floor as well. Was very cool to see. Over all I'm not super impressed with the property as I think there is some room for growth but I'm sure things will change in the very near future. So if I end up staying again I will definitely update this review. Either way it's worth a check out if you don't mind being woke up at all hours when the hotel is busy. read more

The Whitney Peak hotel is a nice moderately priced mid range hotel. The lobby was small nicely decorated. It is pet friendly. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. We had a King suite bedroom. It was clean, well decorated and modern with a beautiful mountain view. The window was quite small for the size of the room and I wish it had been larger to lighten the room and so I could take in more of the beautiful mountain tops. My biggest issue was that we requested a bathtub but were told that they didnt know which rooms had a bathtub and which only had a shower so we were stuck with a shower. Boooooo! Hated it! That said the room came with a refrigerator to keep drinks and food cold. The bathroom was medium sized with a few toiletries. They hotel featured a restaurant called Cafe Whitney which was really good. Not bad for a quick weekend get-a-way. When in Reno, I highly recommend over the Silver Legacy, El Dorado and definitely better than the Circus Circus. It is located right across the street from these hotels which have additional nice restaurants to visit in close proximity. read more

Whitney Peak is a solid three star. There is definitely good and bad. Pros: Super dog friendly. They even give your fur babies a goodie bag. The rooms are nice and updated with a huge tv that allows you to log into your favorite streaming services. The valet guys and bellhops deserve a raise. They are working super hard and are the nicest people we met. The dog park is right behind where they park the cars and I constantly saw them running to and from to ensure guests got their cars in a timely manner. Each room has a mini fridge. It was nice to put our drinks in. Location, location, location. Situated right next to the Reno arch it is within walking distance to almost everything you could want to do including the river walk. Cons: It's either valet your car at $25 a day or park in a garage a block away that you have to pay to go in and out of. The first employee I encountered at the front desk could use some more training on customer service. Coming from the entertainment capital of the World, maybe I expect more. We were emailed about getting an upgrade. I accepted that email and chose the upgrade I wanted, but no upgrade when we checked in. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I guess I built up my expectations throughout the week leading up to our stay only to be let down. There was an event going on during our stay that made the elevators slow and packed. The water filling machine on our floor wasn't working the whole four days we were there. I decided to get a soda from the machine after a long day and it was hot. Not even cool. I got charged $10 for two waters I didn't drink. I brought my own waters that happened to be Dasani. Their two bottles were never touched, but I guess having the same brand confused housekeeping. The shower glass would not stay shut so all the hot air escaped and it was a cold experience even though the water was hot. We did have an issue with our room during our stay. The air never got below 75. I did contact the front desk and they sent a maintenance worker to fix it. They did something to the blower in hopes that that would fix the issue. I called again the next morning as the room was still 75. They insisted on sending maintenance again instead of just offering to move us. The maintenance worker confirmed the air was not moving through the register and had the front desk moved us. Which should have happened the first time I called. Now in this new room, the sink never really drained. So we had backup water the whole time. I don't believe we would stay here again and couldn't give a recommendation to family and friends looking for a place to stay while visiting Reno. read more

My cousin had his wedding reception here and it Such a beautiful venue for events! I think that makes it its own is the decor, the brick walls with the portraits of entertainers gave it a vibe. Once you go up the 2 escalators, including taking a peek at base camp gym, you are welcomed immediately to the cocktail hour. The collapsible walls were up so you couldn't see the rest of the venue but it was. Nicely decorated with couches to sit and high top tables to place your drinks and appies on. It was open bar for 2 hours. I will say though by the time it was close to sitting, the bartender was getting flustered as she was waiting on ice and had ran out of cocktail glasses, eventually you would have to bring your glass to have it refilled should you need another drink. I was able to try their pork belly banh mi which was yummy! The pork belly was nicely marinated and the pickled veggies brought out the flavors. We were asked to walk around the walls to the entrance of the rest of the venue where we would have dinner and dance. It was beautiful walking in! There were probably 14 or 15 tables nicely spread around the dance floor, the walls were still up which my husband and I thought felt cramped, however as soon as dinner started, the walls were taken down and it opened up the whole venue! I'm glad they did that because you were able to take advantage of the look and feel Whitney peak was going for! We had a platted dinner and I chose the Caesar salad. The lettuce was a little wilted so the crunch only came from the croutons. I asked for extra dressing, which was perfect. The main course most of us ordered was the tri tip and all of ours were cooked rare. It was so hard to eat. The asparagus and truffle risotto was delicious! Another friend who sat at another table also said hers was rare. We took a bite of the kids chicken tenders which was burnt and overcooked; It was dry. My husband & sisters boyfriend went downstairs to eat at the restaurant downstairs because they were so hungry but he said the pasta was good! Dessert was served and it was a buffet style with different treats including, eclairs, chocolate mousse, matcha mousse, fruit tarts, creme brûlée, mini red velvet cakes to name a few. The desserts were good, my favorite was the chocolate and matcha mouse! The creme brûlée was also yummy! Another drawback was similar to the bar, they had run out of dessert plates. It was like the facility didn't have enough cups and plates or they weren't prepared for the amount of people. Maybe they were short staffed? Service was great and we were tended and checked on regularly during the dining time. Our water glasses were always filled, coffee was offered, food was delivered and plates were taken away without waiting too long. All in all I wanted to rate this 3.5 as the experience was great, but the only drawback was the salad and main course. I know when planning for my wedding food was very important to us and to pay for a pretty penny on this venue you want to make sure the food is great and this fell short of the expectations. read more

The service was exceptional. Every person we came into contact with was kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. They offered free filtered water on each floor. 2 1/2 Stars Nice lobby, great location and terrific employees. Our room (1621) was spacious had a magnificent view (through the the dirty windows) but wow did it need maintenance. The tub did not drain properly (it's gross standing in a foot of soapy water). There were stains on the duvet, the remote didn't work, the door needed to be manipulated to close properly and it was terribly scratched up. *Please see photos. One of these issues would have been more than enough. We didn't bother to request a room change as we had a very busy night scheduled - we simply didn't have the time. The location is terrific, as was every employee that we encountered. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the continental breakfast was much more than that, with several options. This review is for a holiday event in their conference room. Quality/Quantity - Food was good. Not sure if catered or made in house. The asian noodles were my favorite, followed by the beef skewers. See picture for all the other foods. Atmosphere - Non gaming, non smoking, full service hotel. Looks like there were a few holiday events happening that day. The restaurant was booked for an event, but not the one we were attending. When we walked to the front desk, the lady knew exactly where we needed to go... Even before we asked, scary! The event room was way more spacious than we needed, or was it just that not enough people showed up for the holiday event...? Basic, but nice decor. They are known for their rock climbing wall facing the strip, but I rarely see people on it? Service - Excellent, from the front desk to the event team. Food came out consistently. They cleaned/cleared the tables often. $10 shuttles (currently unavailable). Entertainment - see website. Price - Free for us, but I am sure it was not inexpensive. $5 self parking, $20 valet (per day); the parking garage is also a block away. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2014, I watched you remodel this place and build that climbing wall. I am glad we finally got a chance to visit. I have stayed at the Whitney Peak Hotel four times now, three for business and one for personal reasons. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Reno and has a decent restaurant (Cafe Whitney), a large gym, rock climbing, and comfortable rooms. I would say the first three times were better than this current trip. My room isn't the best, but I am making due with air conditioning malfunctions and two dirty pillows. Reno hotels can be hit and miss, great on one visit and crappy the next, so it is all but your mindset and what you want to put up with in the moment. read more

My father had an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience at this hotel. He stayed for 7 days, and on the fourth day, he realized he had bedbugs in his bed. He went to the front desk to report it, but since the manager wasn't there, he asked to be moved to another room. The next day, when he finally spoke to the manager, this person treated him with complete disrespect, telling him that he 'must have brought the bedbugs with him' because the hotel 'didn't have any.' This is UNACCEPTABLE! Not only did the manager fail to offer any kind of apology or solution, but he actually blamed my father for the problem. The lack of professionalism and respect is shocking. My dad will never stay at this hotel again, and as his daughter, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. It's a total disaster!" read more

Booked my stay through Booking.com a week or so before the holiday. Upon arrival, about 1:30pm, we parked and walked into the lobby. Check-in was easy and the front desk agent was pleasant. I asked if they had any room's available for early check in as we had a meeting to get changed for and get to. They easily accommodated us and sent us up to our room on the 11th floor. The walk to the room was nice, the hallways were decorated very cute and the room was easy to find. The room was very comfortable, bed, sheets and the size of the room was great. The windows opened just a little bit too so that was nice to let a little breeze in at night. Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. We didn't hear anything outside of our room or any noise at all. Our stay was pretty awesome and I am glad that I found Whitney Peak. The only downside is the parking, it's not onsite and walking to it can be kind of sketchy, esp if you are waking at night or alone. Highly recommend Whitney Peak Hotel! read more

I fled here from the La Quinta by the airport and stayed 10/22 to 10/24. It goes without saying this was the paradise I needed to cleanse the pallet after being in the hell-hole that is the La Quinta Reno. This Hilton property had a great staff. The front desk was spot on, everyone was helpful, professional and all around solid. The service staff was great too. Kyle from the bar poured some kick ass drinks, loved the restaurant. My room was perfect, spacious, great view and extremely comfortable too. I will be back next time I am in town for work. read more

I had a wonderful one week stay at this hip, trendy hotel. All aspects of this visit were outstanding, but what really stood out were the team at this property. Each and every team member went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience. Here's an example: I was sitting at a table in the hotel restaurant working on my laptop before the restaurant opened. One of the servers who was setting up came over to me and asked if I wanted a complimentary soft drink. Over and over these types of small gestures were prevalent from housekeeping, front desk, bell, parking, etc. Zeke the operations manager went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests. The facility itself is modern, ultra clean, the rooms are well appointed, and there's a great positive vibe you can feel throughout the hotel. Highly recommended I will definitely return. read more

We stay here at least once a year. Its a smoke free, casino free hotel in dtwn Reno. Rooms are good, great decor, clean etc. Restaurant fine. My family really likes the climbing gym. Parking in a structure near by. Its downtown so streets feel a bit sketch. I think this is the best option in Reno if you want somewhere nice and not smoking or casino. My only challenge is the staff are never friendly or welcoming. Over the 4 years we have stayed here its always the same at the front desk. Functional but never warm people, not a smile or joke. Just short answers and move on (even when no one else around). Does not give a nice impression of the hotel and disappoints me everytime because I feel its a nicer hotel and such service should go with it. I keep thinking each time it will be different but it is consistent. Not a deal breaker obviously because I stay here every time I come to town but it bothers me! read more

Room was clean, concierge/check in staff not very helpful with restaurant recommendations, literally couldn't give me one other than the hotel restaurant. Rock climbing looks fun if you're into that but the rest of their gym equipment was very outdated. Tried their bikes and treadmills but couldn't get into it because of all the noise they made and felt very rickety. One of the bikes wouldn't even let me pedal without skipping weirdly. Gave up after about 20 mins trying all the standard machines. They have free weights though. They also allow dogs but didn't provide anything for mine. No dog bowl, bed or treat or anything so I'm glad I brought my own. I would say an ok experience in a good location if you want to stay downtown. We have another night here so I'll add anything notable later if it comes up.. kinda wish I booked elsewhere to celebrate my partner's birthday. read more

Friendly staff in this well appointed hotel which doesn't have a casino (a plus in my book), unfortunately Diamond Hilton Honors status doesn't get you much here (15$ food benefit daily, 2 bottles of water, no room upgrades)...but nice rooms with good views if you get a room on a high floor. Limited but decent menu in their restaurant, valet staff efficient (your best bet as the cheaper self-parking across the street has no in-and-out privileges), there are some homeless in the immediate area but they basically leave you alone even at night so you don't feel unsafe (especially if you carry a gun or can run fast ;-)....overall a good selection if you're staying in Reno. read more

When first arriving to the hotel it is easy to park your car right in front of the hotel and they provide valet parking for you. It's $15 for valet per day but my bf and I decided to park our own car since it was around the corner. Checking in was nice and smooth and the front desk lady was really nice and really helpful with directing us on where the parking was. When you first walk it it is really nice and clean which I always look for when I first come to a hotel I never been to. We had free parking and she gave us a permit to put on our car. When walking out of the elevator there was this nice aroma in the air and and you could smell it all throughout the hallway. I loved how they had orange lights above all the doors, it was different and really made the place look well put together. I absolutely loved the room, we had a nice view from our window and the bathroom was nice and clean. They provided us with robes and and slippers which I thought was as a nice touch to the place. On the second floor there was indoor rock climbing area, gym, and a sauna as well which I never been to. I absolutely love this hotel and I would definitely recommend on giving this place a shot. It's right in the middle of all the action, I would definitely come back again!! read more

I only stayed here 1 night and did not have the opportunity to utilize all of their amenities. I strictly picked this hotel cause it allowed large dogs. After checking out the best way I can describe this hotel is that it's a great metaphor for Reno. I really want to like Reno. Reno is going through a transition period. It used to be a city relatively unknown and quaint. Now it's getting flooded by the CA Bay people. With that comes change, it needs to grow up. As a side note, I nearly lost it when I overheard a group of people at a nearby brunch place say, "I really expected Reno to be more sophisticated." ugh. My point is, the Whitney hotel when you first enter is glamourous and upscale. Then you get to the rooms and it reminds me of the Golden Nugget on Fremont Street. I do think this hotel will grow and maybe I'll be willing to give it another chance. My only complaint (besides the horribly squeaking beds and broken springs) is that even though this hotel lets you bring your dog (which I appreciate) I couldn't take him anywhere. The restaurant on sight turned us away, ok fine, but our hands are tied, we were given a drink voucher so we asked if we could order from our room, no, so then we asked if we go to the bar, order and leave, no, their response was we could leave our dog in the lobby while we went into the restaurant, and no that is such an irresponsible thing to do. We eventually came up with a solution. At the end of the day maybe i'm spoiled, i've gotten used to staying at "true" dog-friendly hotels that let me take him into the restaurant or bar. It was fine for 1 night, but by the next day I was ready to leave. read more

They charge you an additional $75 non refundable fee for your dog to stay here even though it's not mentioned when you make the reservations. Additionally I had a resort fee added to my credit card as well as another $37 dollar charge for what ? I had already paid $225 for one single night and then a few days later had another $112 fee tacked on . Horrible customer service . read more

Whitney Peak is EXACTLY the kind of hotel that represents the re-invention of Reno - right amidst the lights and excitement of downtown, yet nestled in its own little world of gaming-free hospitality. We chose this place for a quick "rocket trip" - a 24 hour little staycation while our kiddo was at Auntie's house. We opted for the Club Level upgrade - an small extra fee that included happy hour drinks and apps, as well as a complimentary continental breakfast. I HIGHLY recommend splurging for this upgrade! While the breakfast and hor d'ourves were minimal because of COVID restrictions, we still enjoyed our complimentary wine in this awesome quiet little lounge and were very impressed that the service that came with it! Our room included cozy robes and slippers, as well as an outstanding view of downtown Reno. What a sight once the sun went down! The King bed was HUGE and quite comfy! The room itself was quite spacious as well.. An added bonus was the proximity to their own awesome restaurant, Cafe Whitney, and the food there is KILLER!! (That review is separate!) So the thing that puts this hotel in a league of its own are the small touches - a phone # to text if we need anything, Drake on the "do not disturb" sign (haha), a filtered water dispenser, the dog-friendly atmosphere. Every little thing was so charming and made us feel so special, even though they were hosting 3 special events the weekend that we stayed. The staff made us feel like royalty, so we can't imagine staying anywhere else for our future staycations! read more

Bottom Line Up Front: Great hotel with excellent customer service. Pet-friendly hotel. And they really do cater to pets. It was a nice relief. But, the customer service was over the top by many of the staff. Derek - Evening parking lot attendant - gentleman, helpful, kind, and just wanted to ensure us that were taken care of. What an excellent human. Paul and Jolie - Bartenders - Paul came out from the bar to seat us when the cafe was busy...he didn't have to, yet he did and was super nice. Jolie took our order over the phone and was very gracious about a couple of misspeaks I had about our order...she was so kind. Those were the high performers, but almost everyone was superb! A bit of a could-be-better was a bit of the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. Hairs in places that should have not been there with a proper cleaning, and no place to hang a towel in that specific room. Overall, great experience. read more

I drove almost 10 hours to get to the Whitney for work, but when I went to check-in, they told me they had canceled my reservation. To make matters worse, for unknown and unexplained reasons, I would not be able to make a new reservation. I had called the day prior and spoke with someone at the hotel and explained to them my employer had made arrangements for nine of us to arrive within the next 36 hours. Some would be arriving on day one, but others, like me, wouldn't be coming until the next day. We all called the hotel individually, gave our credit card information, and informed them as to when we would be arriving. It was also pre-arranged to have that first night billed to me even though I would not be arriving until the next day. The man I spoke with even told me he put a note in the computer about my arrival time. When I arrived, they said I was a no-show! I was like, WTF?? Did I not just have a conversation with a Whitney Peak employee 24 hours ago about this? And it wasn't just me. They canceled most of everyone in my group's reservation for being "no shows". Lastly, downtown Reno is a dive and very scetchy. It felt unsafe and looked dirty. Also, there is no on-site parking. You are forced to either use valet or park in a nearby public parking garage for $7/exit. read more

Had a great stay here. On entry the lobby is beautiful, open, and inviting. Veer to the left and you will find yourself in the Whitney Cafe. I cannot speak for the food as we did not eat, but i can speak to the bar. The tender was great company and served an incredible "bacon dusted" old fashioned. Clean renovated rooms and comfortable bed. On the third floor you will find a dry sauna and rock climb facility. Obviously in a great location if you are planning to be downtown or midtown. Here is the downside... The parking is slightly inconvenient. The garage is across the street and has what seems to be little to no security. It was snowing during our stay and it was unfortunate having to walk to our vehicle each tome we wanted to venture out. However; the hotel will let you park out front and take your bags to your room before you park your car, so no need to lug your things through the neighborhood. read more

Great hotel, really good location and nice rooms, but the service is terrible. We came to the hotel kinda late(around 2-3 am) and we were super tired after a few hours of drive. I've already talked to receptionist guy on the phone about room and that I want to book it. But when we got to the hotel, the guy started again telling me about the services they had. I told him that I got it and he had told me about their services on the phone and he started from the beginning again. I was tired and I just wanted my room keys, but he took half an hour explaining that they had a gym 24/7 which I said I was not going to use. Also when I asked him about parking he said I could park my car in front of hotel for 10 min,go to the room, leave our bags and only then go to the parking. Basically he didn't want to tell me where the parking was until I go to my room to leave my bags. So I didn't ask him again and found parking by myself. read more

Any longtime Reno-ite will remember when this was Fitzgerald's. But now it is the first non-gaming, non-smoking hotel to have opened downtown. Upon arriving and exploring a bit, I was quite taken with the décor choices, with sort of minimalist approach, but lots of cool lighting fixtures, and pictures on the walls that celebrate local ski life, art, and views of the region. The in-room amenities are pretty standard; a mini-fridge, safe, iron and board, hair dryer, and television. The inclusion of robes and slippers in the closet was a nice touch, but no little bars of soap or bottles of shampoo to purloin... I mean, to make use of... since those are now in dispensers in the shower. I also liked the Keurigs in the rooms, with the K-Cups from local coffee roaster. Pretty much all power outlets are built into the furniture, with the desk appearing to have television inputs in case you want to stream or play your own media. You can still clearly tell this is an older building, but I found the recessed window alcove to be a neat touch, and can give you some nice views up towards Mt. Rose. The only negative observations I could make on the room weresome damage in one window frame, some coffee splatters on the wall, and a few stains on the ottoman. The in-room WiFi is free, though there are options where you can pay for higher speeds than the standard connection. As for the hotel's attractions and features, there are some good ones. First, this is a very pet-friendly hotel, having treats for your four-legged friends, and a block away from the downtown dog park. Soda vending machines, as well as dispensers for ice and filtered water are on each floor. There are several places to host meetings and events within the building, and on the first floor is their concert venue, Cargo. Most other amenities are on the second floor. Having things like the gift shop, guest laundry, and 24-hour exercise room. One thing I liked a lot was the inclusion of both a dry sauna and steam room with the fitness center, though these aren't open 24 hours. But the biggest draw is the climbing gym, with a full bouldering gym, and a separate room with walls more accessible to kids. And of course, you can't miss the giant climbing wall on the exterior of the building, at the time of this writing still the tallest in the country. The gym is open to guests and the public alike, and I'd have liked to have tried it out, but unfortunately access is not included in your stay. Instead, guests get a discounted rate, but you also need to pay to rent climbing shoes and gear, if you don't have your own. Circling back down to Café Whitney, their in-house restaurant on the first floor, I was struck by the cool design aesthetic, with lots of quirky wood, plant, and rock accents. Open in the mornings for breakfast, it closes around mid-day, and reopens again in the later afternoon for dinner hours. For about $15, the basic breakfast sandwich is quite good, with very fluffy eggs, to which I added bacon, accompanied by yummy country potatoes on the side. But I found their happy hour, from 4:00-6:00, to be quite excellent, with food specials as well as half-off cocktails and draft beers. The Strawberry Fields, a sort of strawberry margarita, was delightful. But their Whitney Old Fashioned was simply outstanding! And as for the food choices, I must recommend the Onion Tart, with goat cheese and figs, topped with arugula salad and balsamic. Getting here is very easy, as they are right downtown. Shuttle service is available, as is valet and self-parking. The garage is located kitty-corner from the hotel, so a tad inconvenient, but still very close at hand. Gusts do get free parking, but make sure that you ask for a parking pass at the front desk, as otherwise you will be charged $5 each time you exit the garage. One downside to the garage is that it appears to be in need of some refurbishments, but the upside is there also appears to be plenty of electric vehicle charging ports. And being in the heart of Reno, you are close to things like other restaurants, the Riverwalk, and the casinos, should you want to actually try your luck. Most of these are within walking distances, but just be aware there are tons of homeless setting up camps all over the surrounding area, and there is some confusing traffic patterns given the recent rearranging of Virginia Street. As for price, I wound up paying about $190 for the room, which included the taxes and fees. Certainly not a cheap stay, but a decent price for a one-night getaway. And as a last note, I must say "thanks" to the very friendly staff, who made it a fun and memorable time. I think it is safe to say I was impressed with what I experienced at Whitney Peak, and I feel good in recommending it for anyone wanting a place with a few less bells and whistles than the big resorts, or just looking for a novel change of pace. I enjoyed my 4 night stay at Whitney Peak and will be back again in another week. I'm a frequent traveler to Reno for work and have stayed at Whitney peak many times in the past, but have been looking forward to the switch to a Hilton property. Check in was quick and the person at the desk was friendly... The complimentary hot apple cider in the lobby was a nice touch after coming in from the cold. The rooms have been renovated since switching over to a Hilton tapestry. It was clean quiet and had a water refilling station on every floor as you step off the elevator. If you are a Hilton Diamond member you'll have access to the executive lounge which has a small breakfast (coffee, juice, potatoes, eggs, bagels, cereal. etc) as well as evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The executive lounge was temporarily located on the 2nd floor during my stay due to renovations. If looking for a more substantial menu, they have a restaurant downstairs thats open for breakfast lunch and dinner with happy hour specials 4-6pm M-Th. The pork belly ramen and the short ribs were so good that I've been craving them ever since! read more

This place used to be my favorite hotel in Reno for its location and service The rooms but now I just visited this last weekend for two nights I had to cancel one all for the lack of customer service Staff is very rude and careless My room was supposed to be noon smoking but there was cigarette burn on carpets on my room the smell was strong Asked to be moved they say no I ask to speak with the manager guess what yup manager not on site Our room was a mess broken doors and corners table/bar in our two room sweet that cost $600 plus per night all broken and disgusting air vents no one clean this please in months Still waiting for the manager to contact me But no luck Don't stay at this place unfortunately it's not worth it read more
