Just as my mother always did, I saved some of the zuppa sauce and spooned it over my pasta. The red clam sauce was outstanding--deeply flavorful, perfectly seasoned and filled with fresh seafood. Everything tasted as though it had been prepared with genuine care and decades of experience. Having spent my own career as a Certified Executive Chef and restaurateur, I understand the work behind food of this quality.
