Imagine eating SNOW IN THE SUMMER! The Bingsu shaved ice is fluffy, snow-like texture that melts in your mouth. The dessert is layered with condensed milk and top with strawberries and mango slices. I prefer the condensed milk on the side since I like to eat my dessert semi-sweet. It was already perfect balance of sweetness without the condense milk for me. The large size is enough to be shared among 2 people perhaps even 3. The Croffle is delicious! They don't have this yet where I live! The ice cream was a plus and it blends perfectly with the Croffle. Customer service was great. Being my first time there, I had ask for recommendations in what to order that suits my needs. She was very attentive and very patient. The place is very inviting and suits an everyday casual hangout for family especially during those hot summer days. I would definitely visit again when I am in town.
Loved their Wicked Half & Half (strawberry and mango). Their regular size is enough to share for two! I wish they had a smaller personal size too. Service was super quick! The line grew throughout our visit but it moved quickly.
Employees are helpful and friendly. Lots of seating but it can get full during busy times or when there's larger groups or family. Lots of delicious looking treats but I just grabbed a latte since I was out running errands. Great coffee and tea options and flavors. Latte was a little sweet but still coffee forward.
I'm excited to see more Asian dessert spots popping up in this part of town. The space is clean and has ample seating, perfect for hanging out and catching up with friends. We ordered the black sesame bingsu, which was fairly sizable and definitely satisfying. The flavor hit the spot, but I did find the toppings a bit sparse, which left me wanting a little more texture and variety. Overall though, it's a solid dessert stop, and I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors.
Came here on Saturday for some Korean shaved ice and it does not disappoint. There was plenty of seating and it's self service. Since I rarely travel so far up north, I got both the regular wicked gold (injeolmi flavored) and the strawberry nutella croffle. The regular size shaved ice was quite large and absolutely delicious. The croffle was alright. Between the two, I recommend getting just the Korean shaved ice as the croffle wasn't really anything special. I would definitely be back again before the summers over.
Updating my review. Got another wicked cream latte my last visit and it was significantly better than the first time I got it. Like it tasted like it was freshly whipped and it came with a spoon so I could easily take bites of the whipped cream.

Austin~This place is relatively new and in an outdoor shopping area near H Mart. I'm from Orlando where we have several options for shaved snow, so this cafe was a bit underwhelming. The counter girl was sweet and explained items to us that we were unfamiliar with. We decided on a wicked coffee and a wicked taro. Both of these snows left much to be desired. The flavor on both of them were good, but the originality was very lacking. Just a couple pieces of mochi on the Taro, with way too much red bean paste. A couple of small brownie bites on the coffee snow, with a few shaved almonds. I would've loved some lychee, or some other kind of added fruit attraction. Overall, this was just kind of a ho-hum experience. Maybe as this shaved snow phenomenon grows in popularity, there will be more shops opening in and around Austin.

Service was a bit slow only because it was the weekend and they are still getting slammed with so much popularity. We loved the mango and strawberry duo and can't wait to try another variety next visit. Ambiance is great with good amount of seating, every table taken and they were consistently cleaning, with good serving trays and utensils to eat and hydrate! We loved wicked snow and can't wait to return!
We came on a Saturday evening and it was packed!! And I can definitely see why. This might be my new top bingsu spot in Austin! Located in the same plaza as Kohl's and Hmart, it's a pretty convenient spot for Asian desserts and there's a decent amount of parking. I feel like once they're not as new here, hopefully it won't be as crowded because it took a while to get through the line and then to get our order. But the sweets are worth it! The grapefruit sparkling ade was really refreshing. I thought it would be like sparkling water but it was more like sparkling juice. It wasn't too sweet and the grapefruit flavor was really strong. And the bingsus were so so good! Definitely on the sweeter side, especially if you get the fruit flavors. But strawberry and mango are a classic! The fruits were decently sweet too. I did have some mango chunks that were on the harder side or not as sweet, but it would probably be better when they're in season. I was a big fan of the black sesame though. The black sesame flavor helped cut through all the sweetness, and the flavor was nice and deep. I really like their bingsus because the shaved ice is so milky and creamy. And I really appreciate them layering the toppings inside too, so every bite can have some. They also have croffles so will have to try that some time!

There was a small layer of syrup in the middle of the ice which was nice. Staff was nice and told us what we ordered was enough as well. The shaved ice came out pretty quickly and you just go pick it up at the counter. The shop itself is a decent size. I saw some people on their laptops and some people playing online games there too with their setups. Plenty of tables for people. Next time I want to try some of their drinks and see how those are.
I only got an Americano Coffee. The price was similar to other coffee shops in the area. The taste is strong but not too bitter. It was crowded today, but its "Smokin Hot" outside and lots of people getting cold desserts. Once I ordered my coffee, I had it in a couple of minutes. The place is larger inside than I had anticipated. It's a modern look and the AC was cranking...such a relief. Thank you Wicked Snow for coming to Cedar Park and giving us another place to socialize over a dessert or coffee/tea! read more

Tasty but expensive. You can find snow ice (bingsu) at other places for almost half price. After tax, it was $16. Got the regular half and half (mango + strawberry) to share with my husband. Mango is sweet but strawberries are a bit sour. That was fine since the snow ice with the sweet condensed milk balances it out. I think the portion is already super big and filling especially after a meal. It's not necessary to get the large if only two people are eating. It a refreshing dessert especially during the hot Texas summer! read more

A great spot for bingsu! My only complaint is that it's so far from where I live. The bingsu is perfectly sweet without being overwhelming, refreshingly light, and always topped with delicious fruit. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dessert that feels satisfying without being too heavy. read more

One word: bingsu. This place is nestled in a complex across the parking lot from H-Mart and Honey Pig. This is the perfect place to have dessert after visiting these places. The portions are HUGE! 4 people could easily share a regular order. We got the mango and strawberry one, and the 9 of us couldn't finish them! I think it could be a little cheaper for what we got, but I think this is a great dessert place when you don't want ice cream or go to 85 degrees. Recommend! read more
Amazing dessert stop for the family! All of the desserts we tried were delicious Staff was helpful and food came out quickly. Nice area to sit and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Not a ton of seating but we are here for delicious treats not to spend all day We will definitely be back! read more
One of the best Bingsu places in Austin. The Bingsu has a creamy texture and not icy. One portion is good enough to share and there are small cups to portion out. Different flavors available and a good summer treat. They also have toast, tea, and coffee on the menu. read more

Great new Bing Su place. The snow had a great texture. Itwas soft and fluffy. It also had a good flavor and not too sweet. The matcha strawberry was very good. Balanced matcha flavor topped with fresh strawberries. Will definitely get this again. The mango was good. High quality mangos and clean flavor. The bing su menu options feels limited. I think we would have wanted half strawberry and half mango with a matcha base. We ended up getting both so maybe that's there strategy. Lots of parking. read more

I went on a weekend and there were a lot of people there. I have been here several times and their croffle is definitely unique and yummy. I also tried some of their drinks but personally it's still a little too sweet for me. If I have to come here again, I would get their croffles or shaved ice. If you are a sweet tooth person, you will definitely need to try this place. read more
We had the best bingsu in LA and enjoyed a variation of it in Houston when we lived there, so we were excited to hear about Wicked Snow's arrival. Has not disappointed. We have been a couple of times now and look forward to returning. read more
Wow! I am pleasantly surprised! I knew this place was expensive, but the size is pretty big for what you're paying. I just got a regular strawberry matcha and the matcha flavor was very good. I wished the strawberry syrup was more incorporated I'm throughout the ice but I liked how matcha was in the whole dish. Definitely want to try other things here, but pretty solid read more
Very tasty bingsu! I had the regular taro and it was delicious, finely shaved milk, with red bean center and topped with more red bean, taro powder and mochi or rice cake chunks and topped with condensed milk, yummy! I'll definitely be back! read more

Super yummy bingsu! I got the matcha strawberry and it was really tasty. We also got their strawberry yogurt drink which was pretty good and the specialty coffee drink (more on the milk tea/creamy side vs coffee but still good). Definitely will come back for more. read more

It was our first time here, and my kids loved this place! The restaurant is very bright, clean, and welcoming n good service, making it a great place for families. We especially enjoyed the chocolate croffle and the regular desserts. Everything tasted delicious, and we'll definitely be coming back! read more
Review for the service: they had an issue with the payment system and I Accidently got double charged, I went back to check with them and the owner very graciously offered a refund and offered a free drink. I'll be back just for the great customer service (plus their instagram is fun) read more
I loved it. We came on a Friday and though fairly busy, the wait wasn't long. The decor is clean and staffers are consistently cleaning tables. The Bings was incredible. One regular was enough to feed my wife and I. We had the strawberry and mango. So, so good. I will for sure be back. read more

Pricey for what it is but sooo good. A regular-sized bowl (shared by 2 people) was ~$15. It's the perfect amount of sweetness with an amazing melt-in-your-mouth texture. I always complain about how far Cedar Park is but if you tell me we're going to Wicked Snow, I'll be a lot more willing to make the drive. read more
amazing new bing su spot near hmart. create stop for dessert right after a meal or shopping. the ice was nice and fluffy with good flavors. the strawberry matcha was my favorite as the matcha was rich and flavorful along with fresh strawberries. i would highly recommend getting the strawberry matcha if you like matcha. their mango one was also delicious as the mangos were nice and fresh. their matcha drink wasn't as good. their menu seems small and limited as i would have wanted strawberry and mango on the matcha. during busy times the seating can be limited as well. definitely will be retuning and wish it wasn't so far from campus. read more

Friendly and fast service from order to pick up with KPop music in the background. My husband and I usually order the regular mango bingsu and add on the sweet red bean topping either before or after shopping at HMart. Btw, regular is the perfect size for sharing or maybe not depending on the moment. We decided to try the milk bingsu with mango as an add on. The mango here can be a hit or miss from previous visits. Sometimes it is sweet. This time it was really sour, we couldn't eat it. The milk bingsu with sweet red bean, almond, and injeolmi (mochi like goodie covered with soybean powder) was the perfect amount of sweet needed to satisfy a craving. The combination of shaved ice and injeolmi is quite fun together. For the price of a regular, I wish there was more than 6 pieces of tiny injeolmi. The shaved ice is so light and fluffy. As for the location, its near HMart and next to Kohls. I am really happy to see other businesses such as Mochinut and a Korean eatery, pocha, move in. I like seeing the expansion of Asian businesses in this area. Its like a little Ktown in development. read more

Unlike ordinary shaved ice, this one had an incredibly fine, fluffy texture--just like powder snow. I tried the azuki and kinako flavor, which was perfectly lightly sweet. Even though I'm not usually into desserts, it was so good I finished the whole thing. And amazingly, it stayed just as delicious till the very last bite without melting. Wicked Gold is what I ate.
