My husband and I thought this little gem was a breakfast only place. A friend recommended and we tried it out. The name is deceiving because it is actually a breakfast, lunch, dinner place. We have enjoyed all 3 and have been so impressed. From excellent food, ambiance, and service, we rate this cute place 5 stars. The chicken and waffles and the eggs benedict were amazing. They even cater to Gluten Free patrons. For lunch, we had green Goddess Protein bowl and Nashville Hot Chicken. AMAZING!!! We have since dined there two times for dinner and have enjoyed the grilled artichoke, tuna tostada, New Zealand Lamb Chops, and Crispy Eggplant. I am looking forward to trying the salmon with coconut rice which I have heard is outstanding. The service has been OUTSTANDING every visit. We also appreciated the manager TA stopping by to ensure everything exceeded our expectations. A few other neat employees that have made out visits great include Carson, Alex, Allyson, and Rhami. Wide Awake did not want our business today. My husband and I made a special trip to the restaurant. We were seated immediately in a corner booth. However, it was downhill from there. We saw servers all around us; some even looked our way. We waited to be acknowledged for a 1/2 hour. A waitress finally came and told us that no one told her we were there. She left and came back with water, 2 glasses and a pot of coffee. She began to pour coffee into the water glass and it broke. She picked up the glasses and left the water decanter and never came back. We saw her minutes later go outside and wait on someone else's table. The table next to us had a server visiting the table, refilling water and picking up the check. The manager was busy straightening tables with two other servers. After close to 40 minutes we got up and headed for the door. I told the manager we were leaving and why. He said he saw us sitting there with the water decanter and he had seen us in the restaurant before. The place was half full and we were beyond the point of patiently waiting to receive service. The performing artist they hired for brunch was really good. Too bad their brunch service was not. read more

Had lunch here hoping to be impressed. Service was good. Food was pretty sad. The "Nashville" Hot chicken sandwich was likely the most boring I've ever had. The sauce was identical to the bottled Sweet Baby Rays Nashville hot sauce, which is pretty awful. Little to no spice, tastes like Chipotle and doesn't resemble Nashville hot in any way. The chicken was so thin I couldn't even tell there was chicken in the breading. The cocktail was decent, but very expensive! Great time! Got in right away, no reservation on a Tu afternoon needed. Staff was friendly, they noticed i brought a birthday gift for my mom and brought out a cinnamon roll on the house! There is an option for curbside and to have them bring your food out to you but there is nowhere to park around there. We asked for sourdough and got white bread. There was no balsamic on the avocado toast and was very bland. My husband had a weird bone in his sausage links. Eggs were over hard when we both ordered over medium. I was so excited to have a new breakfast place in Castle Rock. We have been to their sister restaurant and loved it, so I was hopeful for this opening. Our server was friendly and the atmosphere was good. The food was less than desirable which was a huge disappointment. We got the bangin burrito and the rock and would not get either again. There is chili powder in everything we tried!!! Couldn't get away from it despite ordering very different dishes. The burrito had chili powder, the sausage gravy had chili powder, the side potatoes on the chicken fried chicken had chili powder. It was just overpowering. I suppose if you like chili powder you will love it. The sweet dishes looked incredible but I need protein in the AM so we passed on those options. We will try one more time and order different things, fingers crossed we might find something we like. read more

Silver dollar pancakes were rubbery and we found a plastic bread tab under the last one. Our cinnamon roll plate had a large chip in it and had some sort of juice mopped up as it was splashed with purple. The cinnamon roll was very rubbery. The Reuben meat was dry looked burnt on edges of meat, bread was soggy, waitress suggested fruit instead of fries or chips. When bill arrived, fruit was upcharge she didn't mention upon ordering. Server rushed us to pay, I think it may have been end of her shift, do not like to be rushed out spending that amount of money for less than par meal. Overall, we will probably go back and try something else and at a different time of day. The waitress was great, attentive, and really good understanding a gluten (celiac) allergy. The food was good. It was nice they had gluten free bread and understood celiac. However, a small omelet and one piece of toast for $17 was a little ridiculous. They could have added tomatoes on the side, fruit or something (yes, I understand with my disease I couldn't have the hash, but something could have been substituted for the price). Others enjoyed their dishes. It is also VERY, VERY loud in the dining room - you could barely have a conversation. We will try again and hope it's not as loud and another gluten free dish might be better and worth the price. read more

Not ready for prime time. My wife and I came in on opening day. The cheddar biscuits were dry, my medium rare burger was dry and well done, and my wife's sausages were dry and burnt.
