Wow!! This is the 3rd time I have been thru this drive thru at 8pm and ever single time Im greeted with a very nice, happy and professional female at the drive up speaker. Her name is Angelina and ever time she has taken my order, she has asked if I want all beef or original hot dog, asked if I would like a drink or if there is anything else she can get for me. She has always repeated my order back to me and I have always received exactly what I ordered. I never do drive thru's because nobody can get it right but Angelina has every single time time. She knows her job well and doesn't skip a beat when you're paying and moves the line quickly. She is an asset to your company and needs to be promoted as she is all about accuracy, friendly, always a great positive attitude a great person to train others. Attempting to resolve the issue of cold food and a hair in one of the items their managers response is having you come down, taking a picture of your ID, and then coming back and saying there's nothing he can do because he worker saw a lewd act happen. First of all, total crap and offensive. Considering the guy levying the charge is as pitiful as his assertion not really upset by that, just kind of laughing at how the only thing worse than the food here is the leadership running the place. I agree with the other reviewer. This is one of the best Wienerschnitzels I've ever been to. It's rarely ever busy and when it is the food still is promptly given to you. It's clean and well kept. I also think this location gets frequent remodels because the interior seems to change every few years. After you place your order and move on to the self serve soda station your food is ready for pick up as soon as you place your lid on your soda. The best part is even though the food is prepared quickly and you see some ready made items sitting under the heat lamp it never has the sitting around for a long time taste to it. That is one of my pet peeves when it comes to fast food. Sure you get the food fast but at the cost of good taste. Or in some cases, any taste at all. read more

went Sunday at 11 am 3-28-2021 and wanted 2 of the 2 chili dogs and medium fry went in drive thru and the young man charged my credit 9.60 and I didn't notice till I got home I didn't get a receipt or 2 frys as ordered how can 3.99 x 2 come up to 9.60 thats 20% tax I wonder if this is something there doing to everybody if so they should be put out of business if I do go another time I'll be sure to check my order before I leave and ask for a receipt totally wrong I can't stand being ripped off read more

Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. Someone was not helping the drive thru efficiently and the cars started backing up into the street. It was gridlock. No one could exit their parking space. I went inside for my food and waited 20 min to get it. It was cold by that time. I waited another 10 min in the parking lot line to get to a driveway to exit. Good food, usually quick service , Delicious ice creams. And they usually bring you your drink if there's a hold up in the drive through.

They're ok for the hot dog franchise that they are. They should have management that can take heed on making decisions when asked about making exceptions beneficial to both the establishment and the customer's satisfaction. Repeat business is an on going occurrence if requests are made and at least met. For example asking for a #1 and instead of the fries it comes with get kraut on top of the chili that comes on a dog. You still charge the same amount sub the fries for kraut, you the establishment save yourself some fries and the customer / guest /patron gets his fill on what he asked for. Kind of a win win type of situation. But unfortunately society is so bent on rules that it clouds a judgement call that would satisfy both parties and everyone is a winner so to speak and no one gets disgusted and looks like a weiner. This is just my take on compromise. This establishment should learn from this. A reasonable request is not unreasonable if there is an item you don't necessarily want or want to waste because you aren't going to touch it / eat it. read more

So I just left here maybe 20min ago and I ordered a junkyard dog, 2 kraut dogs and then paused because my bf still didn't know what he wanted. 2 min later I order a Chicago dog and a #1 with Sierra Mist and chili cheese fries. She charges my card and doesn't give me a receipt but hands me back my card and one bag of food. I ask her if that was it and she said yes. I've been putting off this review cause I've grown up visiting this wienerschnitzel. I don't know what's been happening there this past month. I've never had so many disappointments returning home to eat my food! I always order the same thing... Corn dog meal or mini corndogs. I started ordering mini corndogs because the regular ones were not freshly made and I could tell they have been sitting for a while. The mishap started when I brought home my mini corndogs and the inside was completely runny and not done! I was starving so I popped them in my oven in hopes it would cook them more. Then last week my husband went through the drive thru and ordered my meal... Returning home there was a missing corndog.:( I understand mistakes happen but when your hungry uncooked food or missing food sucks! So today I went there for lunch In Hopes I would be satisfied this time. I checked my bag at the window to make sure nothing was missing. When I got home one corndog was new... Not done and runny...
