The potato salad especially is criminally underrated. They offer charcuterie options. It's not a large space so if visiting with a group, reservations are recommended! I can't wait to visit again.

From the wine shop, we got a nice little pinot noir to take home. They offered plastic glasses and a bucket full of ice, so we could have had that during the concert. They also have beers and ciders, gourmet snacks, and many clever and original accessories and crafts. The wine shop's owner encouraged up to walk to nearby Joe's Deli, and across to the Patapsco Distillery where the band set up under a small canopy, and we also got some food and drink from them for our table. Over all we really enjoyed Snallygasters as the service of Piper was great and the cusine superb and the atmosphere lively and clean. My wife found Wilcom's Inn as she searched the internet for nice place to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. We wanted to try someplace new to us. The Sunday all-you-can-order brunch sounded great and special. I had never done this before, but I thought it'd be fun to surprise her by having a bouquet of roses waiting for her at our table when we arrived. So I contacted the restaurant via email and right away received a response that they would work with me to make this happen. They personally shopped around to find the most beautiful roses at an affordable cost. Thank you to Brian and Mark for making my surprise work! They didn't even charge me any overhead for the roses, just the straight cost they paid. The dining room was set up very nice - cloth table cloths & napkins, ceramic plates, ect.. The food was delicious and it was fun to be able to try all sorts of different dishes that you may not normally try since it was all-you-can-order. Our server was nice and efficient. They set us apart from the crowd and made our anniversary very romantic even though the dining room is small. We will definitely go back again and I highly recommend you do too! read more

My wife and I can't give a more positive experience. We came in Tuesday evening, we were greeted by a very nice person right away. Which we found out later he was the owner and his name was George. The way he interacts with his customers is stellar. We had an amazing meal and as we were leaving he again asked us how our experience was and we could not have been happier. Also I was speaking to my wife when we were leaving because we were enjoying seeing the folks sitting at the bar having a wonderful time. They even included us in a brief conversation as we were leaving. Btw they also welcomed us to join. If I did not have to get up so early for work the next morning we certainly would have liked to join them. Everyone there from the staff to the patrons seems very welcoming and almost like a family. If you want to be totally spoiled come to Wilcom's Inn! For their unbelievable brunch, there is no need to leave your table to fill your plate at a brunch bar. Instead, you simply order (and continue to order as much as you like) from the brunch menu. The friendly waiters were on top of everything, bringing whatever our hearts desired from the menu throughout the meal, making you feel like royalty. Mark, the gifted and extremely talented chef, will wow you with his amazingly delicious creations. The waiters are the best - we had David - very friendly, accommodating, and professional. All of the staff made us feel so welcome and at home. Even in setting our reservation, which I had to change three different times because of our schedule, George was so accommodating and kind throughout. As of just a few minutes ago me and my best friend made a reservation for this Sunday for 12:00pm. Heard great things about this place but of course that's not what we had already experienced before even eating there! Unbelievable the customer service here. We receive an email confirmation for 12 then a TEXT message that the time we reserved is no longer available. A Jorge F. said it's no longer and offered different times. We became Unhappy and disappointed with this service, asked why it was even an option and instead of responding with an answer we responded back after a few minutes and took one of times that were given. This is a little roadside place that at first impression looks like not much of a place. We started at the bar for happy hour and some football ($3.50 Dos Equis and $6 for a good Chardonnay). All the locals are very friendly. We then went into the dining area for dinner. The menu is unusual in that it features steaks, Italian, and Peruvian food. The ceviche was a huge portion and very good. We ordered a cup of some kind of Peruvian seafood soup that was off the main menu- so good and unusual! We finished with a ribeye with blue cheese butter sauce that was a thin cut but good along with a huge wedge salad. You can also order really good crusty bread for $3. The cream of crab soup was a cup of a thick mixture of flour and milk...it would have made good plaster of Paris. Out of curiosity, I did take a taste of the unpleasant looking cup of soup...it tasted as awful as it looked...flour and milk. I never saw a spoonful of soup sit so high on a spoon without spilling over. The crab topped pretzel was a fat pretzel with little crab dip on it...so dry. We ate a crab quesadilla, but it was lackluster. The paper plates, plastic forks and cups topped off our unpleasant experience. The server was lovely. The ambiance was so-so...the sticky floors should have been our first giveaway. Next try Liberty Road

We got there ariund 4pm on a Saturday. It was 4th of July, but we were able to find street parking. And because it was a holiday, we didn't have to pay for parking! When we walked in, the bar was prettyfull, but there were plenty of high tops by the bar that were open. They have 3 TVs set up in the bar area, playing the soccer games. We got there at the perfect time. Our server came and took our drink orders. I went with a classic guava margarita, which I really enjoyed. We ordered tacos, carne and birria and the mixed pupusas. Everything was really good with great flavor. I was very impressed. We stayed for most of the game, and it got pretty busy. They also have a dining area in the back, which also has tvs set up. I would definitely come back and try other options on the menu. This will be a go to in Frederick for sure! Great place for food, drinks, and to watch the games.

Been here well over 100 times and frequently get the hamburger special on Wednesdays and often get…read morethe taco meal. The service provided by the wait staff is above average to excellent. The servers work hard and are always attentive. Sometimes there is a bit of confusion when the person who delivers the food was not the same one that took the order -- the food sometimes being taken to the wrong table. The grill master is the one major variable when I order burgers. For one thing, I usually do not get the advertised full discount for the Wednesday night special. Things like cheese and add-ons can run up the burger a bit, but there always seems to be an automatic charge for cheese (either $1 or $2 up-charge) which I do not order. That is why I say I usually don't get the full advertised discount. Aside from that, there is wide variation in how the meat is cooked. "Medium" one night can be "Medium rare" or "Well-done" depending on the person on the grill. You best not order it "Well-done" unless you want to risk it being dry and crispy. The tacos are always excellent. Grilled or fried, either way is a diner's delight. The sauce has a nice burn without being too spicy. The two-taco meal may be enough for most diners with the three-taco portion being quite enough to satisfy. As far as putting Memories Charcoal House on my dining list, I will continue to patronize the establishment for its friendly atmosphere, cordial staff and wide variety of menu items.

The fish was incredible (Cod flakey and great batter) the fries were meh. 2. The burgers were pronounced good, same meh for the fries. 3. The chicken gyro was pronounced good The menu is wide, the selections were all good other than the fries. A great place to visit for an end-of-week night out! The desserts were good. Overall the food was very good I will add this to our "places we will return to" list.
