When in Redmond, this is a "must stop." Great beers and ALWAYS friendly service. It's real comfortable whether you sit inside the large seating area (lot's of room) or outside where you can enjoy some great Central Oregon sunshine. I recommend this place whole heartedly and if you are in Prineville, they have one there too.

In an area of Oregon known for beer, the town of Redmond doesn't have as much going on. Wild Ride Brewing was a standout and worth visiting especially if you're just passing through on the way to Bend. Wild Ride is right in downtown, a quick drive from hotels in the area. It's a large brewery with many tables, bar seating, and tons of outdoor seating. At the time of year I visited it was still really cold, but they have fire pits and warmers making it cozy for any area. The indoor area is cement floors, big open windows, and garage doors that can be open or kept closed depending on the weather. I came here a few times during my stay due to the fantastic experience on my first visit. Flights are $10 for 4 tasters, the glasses are large and uniquely served in old skis. Their taplist is long, filled with mainstays and limited releases (look for the additional board for those as new things drop all the time). Beer is priced cheaply for the quality - you can easily enjoy a long evening here without a huge tab. They offer cans and bottles to go; merchandise is also reasonably priced. For food, they have a selection of multiple food trucks outside; it's a great place for those families/groups that can't decide on a single restaurant. You can get full meals or mix and match appetizers from different trucks. Availability and hours vary for each. Simply order and pay, they give you a number and find you outside or inside. The staff here was wonderful on each experience - friendly, fast to serve, and happy to be there. Restrooms are clean and in a separate area near the bar but inside the brewery area.

I always have a good time when I go to Wild Ride! Wild Ride was the first brewery/food truck lot in Redmond and it continues to thrive even with additional brewery/food lots opening up around town. Wild Ride has both indoor and outdoor seating (there are fire pits outside for those chilly Oregon nights) and there is even a little fake grass patch area where I have seen kids playing and dogs chilling. There is plenty of seating for large groups. Food wise - when I was there, there were four food trucks running with a great selection of food. Beer wise - I got the flight (a Taste-ski). I love Reds and Browns and it is hard to find those where I live now (las vegas) so I was very happy that both of those were offered. Family friendly wise - kids were welcome at this establishment and mine were entertained the whole time by the plethora of games that are along the wall. The only thing that would add value is if they had a little playground like another food lot down the street.

K I D F R I E N D L Y Do I need to say more? This place is freaking awesome on all levels. Fantastic beer. In fact, they had the best beer out of all the places we hit in Bend. The food truck scene is fantastic, tons of options. The honey glazed shrimp from the food truck on the end were life changing. The Pilsner the brewery does might be the top 3 Pilsner's I've ever had. We will definitely be back when we're up that way

I flew in late at night and luckily Wild Ride was open! We grabbed a flight and some dinner form the pizza and taco trucks parked outside. It was a cool night but they had a fire pit going and nice music. .Great beer and the service was friendly. Just the ticket late on a chilly night.

First a confession: Wild Ride Brewing is one of my favorite, but I didn't click when we went there a couple of weeks ago. However, I did buy some of their hefeweizen beer, and I only noticed their emblem on the cans when I got home. So much for being a loyal customer... I would have bought way more... I love loved the setup they had outside. The tables were spread apart. You order food outside from the few carts they are in the parking lot, so you hardly have to go inside. In addition, all the roll up doors were open, so even when you went in there, they didn't have to worry, as the ventilation couldn't get any better. The bartenders and the waitresses were awesome. Parking was easy where you can either park on the street or their private parking lot. Next stop is Cheap Charlie to get some of Wild Ride Brewing beer!

Good brews but even better food from the 4 food trucks that seem to have a permanent place in their parking lot. Their tap room is large and so is the patio seating area. I'm not normally in Redmond but I will go back for some beer and definitely the for the Caribbean food in the parking lot. They have got quite the nice large spot for the area. read more

This place was great. In the summer it has to be the perfect hang out spot in Redmond. Pretty much all their beers are $4. I had two seasonal IPAs and was good. They don't serve food, but there's always food carts in the parking lot. The food was good too. On a nice day they'll pull up the garage door. Sit back, have a beer, and enjoy life at the wild ride! read more

I love beer. I really love local beer. I really really LOVE being able to stop at Wild Ride and have them fill my growler with a tasty concoction that was brewed just a few yards away. The atmosphere at Wild Ride is so cool. Easy, laid back, friendly, very welcoming. The gal at the tap was very kind and knowledgable. I should point out that this is a beer-only location. This is not a restaurant. There are a few food trucks in the parking lot. So, order your beer at Wild Ride and be prepared with cash to order your food from one of the vendors. read more

Have always loved Wild Ride. Always first stop as we get to central Oregon. Went yesterday and despite signs everywhere stating that "masks are required" there was absolutely no enforcement of the rule. Patrons were allowed to enter the serving area without a mask and walk around and no employee ever asked any of them please put a mask on. Lame Wild Ride. You can do better. If you want to stay Covid free avoid Wild Ride. read more

Um well. We bought a flight of beers ! There was not one beer that either my wife or I liked. We were disappointed that they were giving last call as we walked in but as we tasted the beer, we left as soon as we could. We even left the Brain Bucket IPA full. We could not finish it. Oh and don't try the Nut Crush Stout. It's god awful !! read more

Wild Ride is a smooth hoops river drop in cruising class 1 and 2 Rapids. Take a curve outside to crash down a class 4 flavor rapid of multiple food trucks smashing your mouth boat. And if you're lucky (as I was) you get the unexpected class 5 sarcastic comeback from the swashbuckling crew manning the bar. Best advise is to saddle up, double fist, and get ready to subject your pallet to a beer soaked ride. read more

Top notch beer. Top notch service. Decent gear at a low price. The caution that they do not serve food is a good one BUT the advantage is that you can eat a wider variety from the carts outside. I'm always leery that this means, hey, we don't stand by the food, so you get what you get BUT they're a lot more up front than that. Get here. Drink a Nut Crusher on Nitro. read more

Great atmosphere... no keto friendly choices so I went with a cider that had a lot of sugar so I had a massive headache the next day but I loved the surroundings and the food has been great every time!! I love this place. The beer is awesome, the staff is super nice, the atmosphere is fun and original. I love that I can go outside and drink a beer by a fire pit! They don't have a kitchen or food menu, but finely get hungry I encourage you to try one of the food carts on their property! My favorite is Food Fella's fish tacos. Super delicious! Favorite beer? This is a large brewery and taproom with a very large patio and a few food trucks to choose from for food. Order at the bar from their pretty large tap selection. I went with their peanut butter porter on nitro and it was a winner! read more

Needs better kid area. My kid tried for a split second to go in between a couple of wine barrels that are on display as a block between dinning area and restrooms. Immediately grabbed her and before I could turn an employee was there to hastily tell me to not have her go in between them. Yes of course, hence why I was grabbing her. (Must not have any kids.) either you welcome kids or you don't. #HopworksVancouver. #laurelwood. I understand kids doing things they shouldn't, just as employees should understand we pay there bills;) #tact. This being said it's a great place with great beer. Food trucks are 4/5. Also, as my wife said, lots of people bring there kids here. read more

Stumbled across this place cruising through Redmond on vacation in August. What a great place!! Fell in love! Big Booty Golden Ale and Miss Berhaven are delicious. Cool brewery with an automotive, hot rod, Harley type theme. Beer was tasty, I had the 3 sisters red. The food trucks outside are a very nice addition. At the time there were 3 food trucks out in the parking lot. I looked over all the menus to find some vegetarian dishes, but when I stopped at the bbq truck the guy opened his window and I stated that I was "looking to see if he offered any vegetarian dishes", he then gave me a very puzzled look, and said "uhhh this is bbq". Somewhat rude, but I guess it comes with the territory. We ended up taking our business to Curry food truck, which had great food! read more

I love this place! The staff are quick and pleasant, both inside the brewery and in the food carts. The environment is easy to be in and it never seems to be so busy that I can find a decent seat. I love the fire pits outside and the small play area for kids. read more

I'm not sure what more can be added to what has been said about this company. It is such a great concept and great atmosphere for individuals and the whole family. The selection of the beers will satisfy even the pickiest of people. My favorite is the 3 Sister Red Ale. and the IPA. The outside seating areas with fire pits is a great touch. Great selection of beers; my partner and I liked all of them that we sampled. Pricing was fair, the tap keepers were friendly and helpful & the space was very nice. The only negative that I would throw are the sampler boards; while the reused downhill skis are very cool, they were a bit dodgy to transport; perhaps a handle on the side in lieu of the ski pole handle at the top, or route the holes on the top so the glassware fits a bit more snugly. We look forward to our next visit. read more

It sits in an old storefront on what feels like a once-vibrant main street. The cozy colorful lights are welcoming. They have a larger outdoor seating area, but on the freezing cold night I visited, I opted for a seat at the small bar. There were large boisterous parties nearby, it was clearly a popular spot. The beer selection is large, with various serving sizes. Flights of 4 are only $8 here. They also had a number of bottled and can selections, even some from other breweries. The bartender was very welcoming and friendly, as were other patrons so it ended up being a fun evening of beer and fun talk. If you're a beer fan, this is a must stop in Redmond. There are also other excellent breweries within walking distance.

It's a great place to eat, drink, party, chill, and of course sing karaoke! Everyone there is very nice. Parking can be a little congested but that's to be expected since it's such a popular place. Get there early! One of my new "go-to" places!

This time around Steve and I had the Red Thump. A very good red or amber that we really enjoyed. Nice and malty while drinking this beer is great to relax with after a long day, drive or whatever. It has enough substance that you are getting not a super light beer and it has complexity to it without getting anything too intense. She never brings it, 20 minutes later I can't eat anymore of this food ... there is hardly any meat in it, and what is there has been so reheated that it barely constitutes being called hamburger, you know the cheapest meat in the beef family ... and again, no salsa as it is described in the description. Then to add to the insult, our waitress didn't come back to the table to ask if we needed anything, let alone refills on our drinks.She couldn't even to bring the bill at the end, she saw me go to the register and everything, and only by chance was my wife able to wave her down. In the end the staff was without remorse for the worst service I've ever had in Redmond, let alone the entire state of Oregon. Bad food, bad service but apparently most people don't notice it because they offer a complete Bar selection from the time they open until closing so that might bring light to the comments on great this place is ... impaired eaters :P

We have been to two Toby concerts quite a few years ago, so we were not sure what to expect. Music was less than par, except for the young lady prior to the Toby clone guy. I enjoyed the shrimp & fries and the sauces. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking in a parking area on the side of the building.

Love this place! All the employees are respectful and willing to help you when you are unsure of what to get. They will even let you have a small sample (I usually do this because their ciders are always different and have a hard time picking one).
