This was one of our favorite stops in Bend! They have an awesome patio and inside area! We sat inside at the bar because it was pretty hot that day. We decided to try one of their tasting flights where you can choose four beers. We couldn't choose just four so we had to purchase two tasting flights! They are served on skis with holes for the beer tasting glasses in them. Super cool and creative! They had some pretty amazing beer! My favorite was the Whoopty Whoop Wheat. It was one of the best wheat beers I have ever had! They don't serve any food but there were a couple food trucks parked outside if people get hungry. Had some awesome Nitro beer, Coconut and nutty stout, delicious! But they offer a wide selection from draft beer, wine, and bottled beer. The brewery is visible and cool to sit next to. Great place to hang out and eat from the food trucks. There is fire pits with bar stools to keep warm. Very neat and clean inside, they sell growlers, brand clothes and hats, handcrafted artisan soaps, super cool mugs and beer glasses. This place would fit right in , in Los Angeles. I enjoyed all of them but my favorites would have to be: Nut Crusher Hopper head Mount Up Maple Brown 3 sisters red ale Bitch Stout Quencher Stand up and shout stout The brewery itself is really cool. They have TVs posted so you can watch the game, plenty of seating, and a outstanding staff. There are also food trucks outside that serve some real good food. This was one of two breweries that were the farthest north on the Ale Trail. There is 3 Creeks in Sisters as well. There were a lot of people sitting outside on the patio which is also dog friendly and there were 4 food trucks in the parking lot that smelled delicious. I didn't get to try any food just came in for a drink, actually a flight of 4 - 6oz. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have any cider on tap. Beer was good nothing special. Bartender was nice and welcoming. The t-shirts were only $12, the cheapest that I found at any brewery. If you are in Bend I don't think it's worth the drive out. read more

My girlfriends and I visited this brewery while waiting for our flight home. Glad we got to stop in! The beer and the space were awesome. We didn't get to try any of the food trucks but what people were eating around us looked good. My uncle lives in Bend and this is his favorite brewery and I can see why. "Minors allowed", I knew, would offer my family and I, the respite needed from camping in the desert heat for a weekend. Kids stayed both inside and out on patio to eat lunch. Lunch was provided by no less that 4 food carts adjacent to patio. The beer was outstanding. My IPA was spot on. Tasted my wife's red ale, and it was appropriately malty. And my second pint was a sweet tasting stout. Each beer had a distinct profile of their own, (Portland, you better take note !!) Also, they make their own cider and sour beers. Every style is covered. Clean and flashy inside, with poster art depicting a theme of "wild rides". Fermenters stand like cyclopian guardians seen through large viewing windows. I can see this as a destination brewery for my family as there are motels surrounding this place. Great Wi Fi, Food carts serve burgers, mexican, and caribbean foods. Nothing to me is better that sitting on a patio sipping cool brews, and a desert scene with warm smells of juniper and sagebrush wafting through. read more

I'm not sure it's possible for me to love this place any harder. Between the Redmond and Bend areas, there are plenty of breweries to choose from (ya know, the Ale Trail and all). But hands down this one is my Favorite (with a capital F). Let's start with the atmosphere. It's rocking. It has a (not divey) biker bar feel to it. Though they are geared more towards cars. Regardless, it's cool as sh$t. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. During the summer (which is the best time to visit) they roll up their big doors and the inside sort of spills onto the outside. The outside seating is a roped off section of the parking lot. Which is genius really. I enjoy it much more than a deck out back (like lots of bars/breweries have). All different kinds of tables (some with umbrellas) and chairs. It's a very relaxed and chill vibe. I could spend hours here (and have). Now let's talk about the beer. I, like so many of my fellow North-Westerners, love and appreciate a delicious IPA. These guys have nailed it. I've been saying for about 3 years now that the Electri-Fly IPA is my mostest favorite IPA. I stand behind that statement still. And now they sell it in bottled 6 packs! Yaaasss! Life compete(ish). The other beers are great to (or so I'm told). I honestly can't talk on them too much because I never order anything other than Electri-Fly. And I'm not sorry about that. Next... the food. The brewery itself doesn't actually serve food, but they do have several food truck permanently located in their parking lot - literally 10 feet from the outside seating area. And they're delicious. A little southern food, a little Mexican, there's something for everyone. AndPlusAlso... they deliver the food to your table! Now that's Rock-n-Roll folks. I was in Redmond for errands today and decided I should finally stop in at Wild Ride after seeing at Brewfest and other places around Bend. I didn't catch the name of the woman working there who helped me out (she had bright pink and purple hair) but she was so friendly and eager to help me pick out a beer that I'd like. Prices are really reasonable and while I didn't order from the food carts, they also have those same carts in Bend which I've tried and liked. Glad there was a patio and you could watch the beer being made on the brewery side. A wide selection of beers are available for $3 on Wednesday's. read more

Quite the hotspot these days but I frequented before all the hubbub. Some food trucks made this their home and I expect that has a lot to do with the new interest plus the beers are pretty darn good too. I personally don't go anymore but I am happy their business is growing. I simply really liked it when it was low key and sparsely occupied as this often caused the few patrons to reach out and great one another in meaningful conversation. I have some great memories of stories and faces of some amazing genuine people. But that's just my preference and plenty of people are enjoying Wild Ride Brewery right now. Had the pleasure of visiting Wild Ride for the first time yesterday and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I have lived in Bend for years and with all the new breweries popping up it can be overwhelming to pick a good one. They had a great atmosphere, chill ambiance and great beer.
