Best beef fajitas I ever ate! Food was fantastic, great atmosphere and great service.

Best meal I've had in a very long time! Amazing service and ambiance. Definitely get the chicken enchiladas and Quattros leches.

Bartender is excellent. Drinks are good. Chips are ok but tomatillo sauce is the best feature. Carne Asada was the worst I've ever had. Borderline rotten meat. Bartender asked what I thought about the meal (not much was eaten) and I gave her my honest opinion (addressed above). GM came out and said they just got the meat in that day...token line. Get the drinks and chips/salsa is all I can recommend for this place. read more

The decor is great. The outside eating area is outstanding !! We split some fajitas, the beef was tender juicy and delicious!!!!! The chicken..... meh. We also had a pitcher of the house margaritas. First time trying Wild Salsa after stumbling across it on Instagram. It had been a place I was dying to try, so glad we got a Fort Worth location. This location exceeded all expectations!!! I thought this place was simply delicious! Chips, salsa and the queso (we ordered that) were awesome. My husband had the calabicita and I, the cheese enchiladas which was topped with a dressed arugula. They were the best I've ever had. We finished with the tres leches but there's is named quatro because they add a 4th milk. It was Devine. Our server did a great job! He was excellent. We would totally go back. read more

Went here for lunch today with a client who recommended. Will absolutely be returning to try more items on the menu! Like the strawberry Gabe Wei margarita! I had combination fajitas for lunch. This place is GREAT. Ask for Jasen to be your server! My party of 11 walked in around 5:15, and several of us had a meeting at a nearby hotel at 6:30. AND most of us ordered cocktails before we ordered food. Not only were the food and drinks fabulous (I had a mango margarita and the fish tacos - amazing), but Jasen went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience and were out in time for our meeting. He was even considerate enough to bring our checks as soon as we got our food. This will be the first place I visit when I come back to Fort Worth again! read more

Our last visit here was tonight. I've had some very mixed experiences here, and have met my daughter for dinner or happy hour about half a dozen times. Sometimes it's okay, sometimes it isn't. But tonight was the last straw. The male bartender is awful. There were only five people at the bar, and we overheard him saying he "forgot" to serve us our drinks before happy hour ended. The lovely young lady who also was working the bar was great, and when we told her we had overheard his remark (after our 15 minute wait), she rolled her eyes and admitted that was the case. She gave us some very generous drinks, and we gave her a generous tip. But this place is a train wreck. They are never full to capacity, but seem unable to handle even a moderate crowd. We were only drinking wine, nothing fancy. How long does it take to pour two glasses of wine? We never had the opportunity to order any food, which he had planned to do. But we didn't want to wait another hour to get it to go. Is there a manager? I have never seen anyone who seemed to fill that role. Such a shame, because the food is pretty good (although overpriced), and the location is great. But there are many other options in the area, and we're not coming back here. read more

I ordered the wild tacos here and the food was okay but the prices for the food and drinks seem very over priced to me. I can't really see a place like this lasting for long with there being so many other good Mexican restaurants out here that charge a lot less. $18 for fajitas is ridiculous. read more

We were here yesterday and the host (or manager?) that seated us was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. He acted like we were a total inconvenience to him and the restaurant. Our server was completely DRUNK. He had the hiccups the whole time, flung food around at us and spilled (badly) every time he came to refill our drinks. The food was fine, and amazingly, we got almost everything we ordered (no cheese with the fajitas) in a decent amount of time. It was just a really bazar experience with the rude host and the drunk server. We will not go back. read more

Nice location close to our hotel. Made for a great lunch option after traveling all night. Guacamole was fresh and good. Shrimp tacos were good would have been better with grilled shrimp in my option. Blood orange margarita was excellent. There are many things to love about Wild Salsa. The food is unique & delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful. Two bothersome things at the Fort Worth location: Food was served lukewarm on all 4 visits. Twice the hostess has looked around the empty restaurant and said " let me see if we can seat you. Jason was our waiter! He was incredible. Very knowledgeable about every item on the menue. Since it was our first time there, he was very helpful. We started with a Wild-Rita (Pineapple & Jalapeno infused tequila). It was fabulous. Really fabulous. Then we ordered a traditional guacamole. Fresh, Fresh, Fresh. We ordered a pitcher of Sangria. Could have had a tiny bit more simple syrup, but we drank the whole pitcher happily. My husband & I shared the Carne Asada with a Chipotle Cream Sauce & Pablano Chimichuri sauce as a garnish. Truly amazing. We also added a side of the special Alote with a cream topping (can't remember the name of it) - I will ALWAYS add that to whatever I order! The patio setting was the best. Really subpar in all ways. I can get better tacos for 1/4 the price at Salsa Limon down the street. I wanted to give this place a chance despite its low rating but now I have learned to trust the score. The tacos were flavorless. The margarita was weak and overpriced. The service was fine. Avoid this place unless you are looking to spend an obscene amount on unexciting food. I will say that the ambiance is cool. But that was the only thing close to a redeeming factor. read more

We had wild salsa saved for months and finally made it a point to come. We made reservations for a party of 9 on a Friday night and had no problem getting a table. They had huge fancy chairs that felt like a thrones and the inside was very well decorated. My fiancé's favorite part of the dinner was the chips and salsa haha. I ordered a salsa trio and the salsas I picked had an acquired taste. I honestly wouldn't recommend because the salsa that was provided for free was way better! Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We went ahead and ordered a pitcher of the house margarita that cost $26. The first comment my father made was it tasted just like lemonade. It wasn't bad but no where close to being our favorite. I ordered the marinated carne asada plate and my partner ordered chicken, shrimp, and steak tacos. You have to pay extra for the rice and beans plus my plate only came with roasted potatoes. The carne was very juicy and cooked just the way I ordered it. The tacos were average and nothing to rave about. With the pitcher and the 2 meals it was $65 without tip. Overall, we wouldn't avoid this place but it wouldn't be our first recommendation if you're in downtown. read more

So happy to try out Wild Salsa during a Yelp Event. Newer addition to downtown's choices for gathering with friends and family to get your eat on and your drink on! Wild Salsa has a unique vibe, part glitzy with an amazing patio and upscale decor... while remaining affordable to working peeps. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and would definitely recommend a stop here for date night. They have a huge variety of tequilas and a jalapeño margarita that even the non spicy lover of your group will enjoy. Cocktails are NOT slung, they are crafted and it shows! I spent all of my time on the patio during my visit and can't wait to go back again! It is super classy without making you feel underdressed in your basic jeans type outfit. Don't get me wrong, if you are coming from Bass Hall in your finest duds, you will fit in here just fine! Service was very good and I found the staff generally helpful and knowledgeable concerning the menu and assisting with pairing menu items with better than average drink choices. Had spent the previous hour downtown and left car in the same lot. My disappointment with Wild Salsa is that they don't validate. But there is plenty of parking  available after 5 and I shouldn't have been so lazy I guess. I enjoyed Wild Salsa and will definitely be back to sample more serious cocktails on their super cool patio with friends. Almost forgot to mention the churros- so yummy! Our waiter Tony was great! Drinks we're okay, slightly watered down but still okay. I orders combo fajitas with shrimp and chicken. Horrible chicken had no flavor and dry, and I only had 3 shrimp. Went here for my birthday and it was pretty amazing! I'm a huge fan of a hand crafted margaritas and there's we're hands down amazing , not to mention the jalapeño they added to it which is my favorite. Yummmmm!! Not the place to go with a large group. I had a reservation for a large party of 24-26 guests (reserved well in advance at least a week ahead), but we were met with resistance by the bar staff for seating at the large tables in the bar. I had specified, and it was noted on my signed agreement, that we would be in the bar area for an hour before our reservation, to allow guests to arrive for happy hour. The bar staff closed out everyone's tab 15 mins prior to our reservation at 7pm so that we "would move into the dining room". This meant that we would not be able to order drinks with happy hour pricing in the dining room. Shame on you, as not all of your guests were dining with us. The food is great and probably your saving grace. Because of the treatment we received by management, almost half of the 26 guests in my dining party departed your restaurant to dine at a neighboring well-run establishment. The lack of seating that I requested (and have it in writing that we would be accommodated) made for an embarrassing experience as I was hosting this event. I run a very large group of members of an international organization, and I organize dinners when meeting in Fort Worth. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend that we book with your restaurant for dinner for more than 12 people. read more

Jason took care of us. It was a great authentic Mexican food. Fresh ingredients and unique flavors. Not to mention the great happy hour price Update: We took our family back for my wife's birthday. We had a group with about 25 people. The food was still great, but they only had one server for the the table and the poor guy was running around the whole night. It was difficult to order and I never even got to order a second drink. Because of that we couldn't even meet the minimum purchase amount they require for large parties. They did work with us in the end and reduced the remaining minimum purchase amount by a little bit, but we won't go back with a big group. read more
