I've came to this Nail Salon three times since February 2025 and I love it here! The ladies are very friendly and do their jobs well. They always make sure you are satisfied with your nails before leaving. Pricing is good as well. I wanted to keep this place to myself but they definitely deserve the positive feedback.

I got an acrylic full set and I cannot say enough good things about this place! They fit me in immediately and the service was so quick and professional. I was honestly nervous because I hadn't gotten my nails done in forever and really wanted something very natural and classy -- and she absolutely nailed it! I was being super indecisive and took forever to pick a color, but she was so patient with me and even helped me choose the perfect shade. It came out even better than I imagined -- subtle, elegant, with just a hint of shimmer you can see when the light hits it... absolutely gorgeous. It's been a week now and my nails still look perfect -- no chips, no dulling, still shiny and beautiful. And to top it all off, the price was amazing for the quality and experience. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone. If you're looking for beautiful, classy nails and a kind, patient nail tech, this is the spot!

I've been getting my mani/pedi done here for 2 years now. I'm in love with the staff, as they are so friendly and attentive. Every time I call, Amy always has time for me to be seen. Being a regular customer the staff knows how I like my nails done and I always ask for two top coats of gel polish . Amy is the absolute best!!! I needed a gel mani/pedi and I just recently moved back to the area. So this was my 1st time here and she did an amazing job. She got my painful ingrown toenails fix just as if I went to doctor, and took care of my cuticles and hangnails on my nails. Which I don't think my previous spot was doing, because my feet feel great no more pain!!! Amy is chill, funny and had a great conversation while I was there. The woman who appears to be the owner has a lot of energy that was aggressive, in my view. The woman who did my nails was lovely and slow. The salon was clean and tidy. The nail polish is old as **** which means they add thinner. I appreciate small businesses, not all of them are going to be savvy, professional, and well-oiled machines. However, customer experience is a priority for me and I did not experience one that would bring me back because the aggressive nature of the owner and the very slow pace of service, I sat for over one hour for a basic pedicure. I did request to leave and applied pressure to get out of the chair, my nail tech wanted to finish the job, which I respect. I write this as guidance for anyone who is in a rush or doesn't appreciate a certain kind of energy from owner. It goes a long way to see a business treat their customers well and the service people well, I observe these interpersonal exchanges closely. **** the Wilder who replied to my post is a bot or some entity that is not affiliated with this shop. No man was present, I did not book an appointment with a man. This is definitely some WILD **** BUYER BEWARE. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. Called ahead and was told $50 for an acrylic set, walked in and was greeted very kindly at first. As soon as we started the service the lady was very rude and aggressive with my hands, telling me it's $50 and up so I would now be charged $55 for my nails. I told her that was fine and she started prepping my nails which she rushed through and putting the tips on when she broke one of them. I told her I see that it's broken and she told me not to worry because she will put powder over. I noticed all of the tips she filed were crooked with ragged edges, but I was willing to wait for the powder to hopefully fix them, but when I asked her to redo the broken nail she got upset and started cutting them all off aggressively, telling me she's been doing this for 50 years and I shouldn't question her work, when you break a nail and tell me to not worry because you'll cover it with powder I am going to question your work no matter how many years experience you have. I left the nail salon with my nails stripped and cut very short. read more

Really wanted to like this place because my nails came out really good the first time but this time the lady cut my finger while she was filing my nails she is way too aggressive with the nail filing. I actually had blood when I left and my fingers hurt so bad. This is so unsanitary and makes me not want to return. read more

I have been here a few times now and i can't tell you how many compliments i get on my nails. They are so sweet to my daughter when she tags along for our mom and daughter spa day. I love my nail lady because she takes her time to make sure my nails are not only up to my standards but hers as well. My mom and i walked in today for 4th of July, every other salon today was closed! Amy and her team were very nice, we had to wait maybe 20ish minutes since we were a walk in. I originally went in for a fill but when Amy saw how my natural nails looked she suggested dip power with a gel color to keep my nails from getting ruined I'm so glad i went with her suggestion they came out beautiful! I went to get a fill. I wanted to try somewhere new because I am new to the area and haven't found a place I LOVE yet. I went here because a friend recommended it. I appreciate that she had a good experience here, but I did not. The tech who did my nails was not kind... she seemed frustrated and annoyed when I told her what I wanted. She yanked my hands around and was not gentle at all. Besides the service, my nails came out horrible. Each nail is a different shape... after I showed her, she told me this is what I asked for. I just tried to explain that they all looked different. She asked me to check it before she started painting when I realized the nails on my right hand were obviously longer than my left! When I pointed it out she didn't really seem to care. The gel has already chipped as well. When I was on my way out, her tone changed. She was suddenly so nice and thanked me. I tipped her because that's what I do. I understand people have bad days, but I did not enjoy my time there or the way my nails turned out. read more

Wilder Nails passed the muster of my 87 year old - highly critical - Aunt. There was a handicap parking space! She is mobility challenged and they treated her with dignity and respect and gave her a terrific pedicure. She was so relaxed, she fell asleep. I also had a pedicure and it was about an hour of eye closing bliss. My feet are old and sore and they work pretty hard and this made me feel great. I am not a false nail person (my hands look like a mechanics) BUT I do know what a good foot thing is! I'll be going back and taking other family members. They start with your head, neck, shoulders then work their way down to your back and legs. I like that they asked before doing anything and applying oil. I asked for a soft massage, he was very gentle. My cousin asked for medium hard. Before you flip over, they use the hot stones to massage you. It was very nice. I loved the head, shoulder, arm and calves massage. The hot stone helped with easing our muscles. The whole time, my masseuse was massaging me, he was very careful to cover me at all times. Very respectful. After the massage ended, they waited outside to give us water and walk us out. I will definitely recommend this place. They have limited parking in the back of the shop. Thank you to the two masseuse that worked on us, I appreciate you guys and the job that you do.

My husband asked for $10 back and the guy said "are you sure?".... We said yes, and then he told my husband to "never come back again." My Husband asked what he said to make sure he heard it correctly. He said it again and got all in my husband's face and began yelling at him and acting aggressive. She made sure she had enough staff available to take care of all three of us and was prompt with both her calls and text messages while coordinating our appointment. When we arrived, Eddie and Judy greeted us with warm smiles. Since Sofia wasn't onsite, they easily connected with her over the phone to help us redeem our Groupon, and the entire process was quick and effortless. My spouse and I were escorted into our room and immediately felt relaxed. The massage included warm essential oils and hot stones, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Eddie was my massage therapist, and I initially thought his pressure might be a little too strong. However, after I asked for a medium-pressure massage, he adjusted perfectly. Whenever I requested a little more pressure in certain areas, he listened carefully and customized the massage to exactly what I needed. He was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. My spouse thoroughly enjoyed his massage as well. I have visited both alone and with my husband on numerous occasions, and we have always returned. The staff has consistently been kind and professional, and I have always appreciated the quality of service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10:45 AM was not a positive experience. I called at 10:00 AM to schedule a 90-minute couples deep tissue massage with hot stones for my husband and me, as he was treating me for my birthday. I specifically requested a shared room so we could enjoy the experience together, as we have in the past without any issues. I was told by the receptionist that they had availability and that we were welcome to arrive within the hour. We arrived at approximately 10:45 AM. While my husband's massage went very well, I did not receive the deep tissue massage we paid for. About 30 minutes into my 90-minute session, I noticed there was no firm pressure being applied. The therapist primarily used very light lotion strokes and circular motions on my back and lower back. The pressure felt like applying lotion to the skin. While the sensation was not unpleasant, it did not reflect what I specifically booked and paid for as a deep tissue massage. At one point, tiger balm was offered, which I declined; however, the pressure consistent with a deep tissue massage never began. Aside from briefly standing on my back at the beginning of the session, the treatment remained extremely light throughout. At around the 30-minute mark, I asked if I could end the session early because I was extremely unhappy with the service. I was told by my husband's therapist that I would need to continue until the session reached one hour in order to be charged appropriately. I agreed because I felt I had no other option in the moment, and I also requested that the hot stones be removed from the charge since I was no longer willing to continue the full service as originally booked. I completed the 60-minute session, but I did so unwillingly and left extremely disappointed and emotionally upset, as this was a birthday gift experience that did not meet expectations and genuinely left me hurt. The business did offer a complimentary massage once they realized how unhappy I was, which I appreciated; however, I declined, as the purpose of my visit was to share the experience with my husband, and that opportunity had already been lost. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. My intention is not to be harsh, but to clearly communicate the impact of this experience so it can be addressed appropriately in the future, especially when clients explicitly communicate that the service is not what was requested or expected.

This new shop is beautiful, clean, peaceful and friendly! Their prices are reasonable and the work is done by very experienced staff! I have had care with Amy (owner) and Kim - both do great work. There are other nail technicians there but I haven't had them yet. Their location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking.
