    SPICY SAUSAGE PIZZA ($27)
    Elena N.

Date: Monday, March 30th, 2026 Meal: Lunch Delivery Ordered Thru: Uber Eats Uber One Time Placed: around 12:30pm Arrived: about an hour later Neighborhood Delivered: Outer Richmond *SPICY SAUSAGE PIZZA ($27) *Tax ($2.34) *Delivery Fee ($3.49) *Service Fee ($7.02) *Delivery Discount (-$3.49) *Membership Benefit (-$4.05) *Promotion (-$10.80) I would normally never order just one pizza for delivery, but I had some kind of promo thru UE, so I decided to just do. Plus, I wasn't eating meat at the time and the hubby wasn't home, so it was my chance to finally try Wildseed. (The hubs would never want a vegan meal.) With all the discounts plus tip, my total was less than $30. Not bad for not getting off my lazy butt. I was impressed with how much everything on the pizza mimicked real cheese, sausage, etc. The flavors were on point. The texture however wasn't quite right. The cheese didn't have that melty stringy pull that normal cheese has. Plus the crust was a little soggy. But it did fulfill my meat craving which is all that mattered. A solid spot for vegan cuisine. REVIEW #4041

I'm not vegan so I have been hesitant to come here but WOW I was so impressed! We came for a brunch and got a reservation! I highly recommend a reservation as it does get busy especially on a Friday night! First the atmosphere is adorable. The decorations and ambiance are so beautiful. Lots of windows, plants and the bar is stunning. Service was wonderful! Now the food!!! We got the chilaquiles, French toast and spicy sausage omelet. All were delicious! Just egg is amazing when cooked right! Favs were the chilaquiles and French toast! I recommend sharing so you get a sweet and savory! Will be back for dinner!!!

This is a really beautiful, upscale vegan option in San Francisco near Fort Mason. I took my mother for Mother's Day. I realized I had not added seating accommodation to my reservation and tried to call, but no one answered. When we arrived, the hostess told us we would not be able to sit in any of the currently empty booths because reservations were coming in later. We were seated at a table off the dining space near the kitchen, my mom was a little too chilly and the booth didn't have enough neck support. I expressed to the host that though I was sorry I had forgotten to add accommodation, that this was just not the way to handle the problem. I was able to speak to the manager, who had been outside taking orders and was clearly working very hard that day. (Her name is quite uncommon so I'm just going to call her M, but I really appreciate your help!) She asked me what my concern was, and I told her, at which point she asked me to wait nearby while she figured out if she could rearrange some tables for us. The bartender was incredibly kind and served me while I waited, and distracted me from imminent tears by sharing intricate details about each drink he was making. I learned do they have a myriad of health oriented cocktails, with ingredients like turmeric, ginger, and aloe liqueur. The manager returned and said that she had already seated my mother in a new space and escorted me to the table, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the meal. At the beginning of the menu, they list the ingredients that are currently in season, and at the back of the menu, there is a color wheel, telling you the benefits of the colors of food. (Purple foods can assist with memory and brain function!). We ordered the asparagus, which was in season, spicy cucumber, and the Aji grill for two. The tofu that came with the grill for two was my favorite thing that we ate. I think you can judge a vegan / vegetarian restaurant by their treatment of tofu. Perfectly seasoned with a crispy outside and I would come back just for this. The cauliflower steak was also pretty tasty. The cocktails are excellent, we tried the BLACKPINK and my mother tried the espressotini and we were really happy with both. I don't know how popular their bar scene is, but I imagine it would be a nice way to meet other vegan and vegetarian folks over light bites. Our waiter Daniel made sure to give us the Mother's Day special dessert the restaurant had created, which was an avocado Grenache with fresh berries. If the experience had started with less stress, this review would be five stars, but I'm very grateful to the staff for doing what they could to correct it and ensure that we had a great Mother's Day! I would love to visit again and update my review :)

I just can't decide if I truly enjoy Wildseed each time I go. When I arrived the host was on the phone and I waited and waited. The inside was empty and a few tables were available outside. We had a reservation. Another person came up and said that the outside was full unless someone didn't show for their reservation. That was fine, however there were plenty of seats and the wait was not necessary I have been giving it so many chances based on the menu and location. The drinks are really delicious. Everything else is just mid snd not completely memorable. The presentation is excellent. The service is lacking and what should have been a quick lunch when we were literally the only ones inside at noon today was a 2 1/2 hour lunch that was fine because my friend and I had a lot of catching up to to, however we were just left alone so much. Five different people waited on us or delivered food, drinks, took order, dropped bill, cleared plates. I think someone from the kitchen delivered the soup because he showed up and dropped it and hurried away. The caesar looked yummy but was gritty and lacking. The corn cakes were tasty but had a mayonnaise thick cluster of sauce at the base making it not feel like fresh summer corn and tomatoes.

Overall very tasty! I really enjoyed the Mushroom Bao - definitely my favorite dish we ordered. The bao was warm, the mushroom was crispy, and I enjoyed the pickled toppings. It was a bit spicy. The beet poke was an interesting combination - I'm impressed they were able to capture the essence of poke! The spicy sauce pizza was good - you can't tell it's vegan at all. The restaurant was very cozy and intimate. The staff were all really friendly! The food came out pretty quickly.

Hearty, flavorful vegan dishes and consistently amazing service make this spot a go-to. Our waiter last Tuesday night was especially accommodating--shoutout to her for making the experience even better. The restaurant wasn't too busy, so we were seated right away. The space strikes a nice balance between cozy and versatile, with soft mood lighting, high-top seating, booths, and smaller tables that are perfect for a more intimate dinner. I ordered the daal soup since I wanted something light, but it ended up being incredibly satisfying and filling. And the mocktails are a standout--I've tried nearly the entire menu and would definitely recommend them, especially if you're not drinking.

My husband has been wanting to come here for some time and we finally tried it today. I have to say, I loved everything we ordered! The pasta was a hit for the kiddos, we ordered the watermelon salad, the bao, Mexican corn fritter, and the beet ceviche. They were all tasty and had a good amount of spice!! I was pleasantly surprised in such a good way. We ordered dessert and got the birthday option for my son as he turned 3 today and then we also got the cookie, both were decent but not my favorite. Granted I did eat quite a bit of the cookie lol sooo I guess it was still good right? Haha I will totally be back and highly recommend! I love that everything is vegan!!

This was one of the first vegan brunch restaurants I came across when I move to San Francisco. It was so peaceful and relaxing in the restaurant, and my server was exceptionally friendly. As you can see from my photos, the food and drinks did not disappoint either. I don't remember the names of what I ordered, but it was a vegan omelette/scramble and a pea cocktail - which was surprisingly refreshing and super tasty! I've been meaning to return for another!

I was seated instantly and a carafe of cold water came right away. I wanted something light, delicious and satisfying and I saw the Reset Salad! I ordered a side of red pepper hummus too, but the big salad was enough for two. All the greens, veggies and toasted seeds were dressed perfectly with a light and tangy tahini vinaigrette. I added the extra avocado for $2 more and was very pleased with my decision.

I had a good experience at Wildseed and would give it four stars. The food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented, and I liked that the menu has creative plant based options that still feel satisfying. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly and attentive. It is a nice spot for dinner in San Francisco, especially if you want something a little different from a regular restaurant. The only reason I would not give five stars is that the prices felt a bit high for the portion size, but overall it was a good meal and I would come back.

    carbonara pizza

I was browsing Yelp, and Wildseed popped up in my feed, which reminded me I never got around to reviewing it, oopsies. Wildseed has been on my radar since early 2020 when I was still vegan/vegetarian. While I now follow a flexitarian diet, I still largely eat plant-based and always appreciate a good veg meal. My best friend and I visited Wildseed for dinner a few months after I moved to San Francisco. Even though we went on a week night, the Cow Hollow and Marina area was popping, no surprise, so I legit spent an hour finding parking. Never again haha. Now I only take public transit or rideshare. Since it took me so long to find parking, my friend checked in first and ordered the mezze app plate for us to share. After I was also seated, we ordered a round of drinkies and also got a pizza pie to split. The carbonara pizza was on their spring menu at the time, so we opted for that. Ngl I was not the biggest fan of the mezze platter and don't think I would've chosen it myself, but I do appreciate my friend taking the initiative to get us a lil something in advance. The pizza, however, was bomb, and the cocktail was as good as anywhere else, considering SF commands a high bar when it comes to mixed drinks. I would certainly come again for the pizza, drinks, and vibes. Wildseed definitely stands out as one of the best vegan friendly establishments with immaculate presentation that one-ups many non-vegan restaurants.

    CHILAQUILES
    Haley S.

LOVE this vegan spot with a fabulous variety of dishes! My friends and I made a reservation here and our service was quick and friendly. We ordered a couple green juices to start, which were freshly squeezed and flavorful. We then family style shared a French toast, carrot lox tartine, and chilaquiles. Portions were good and the food was very flavorful! Did not get flavor fatigue throughout the meal and it felt so close to the real thing (especially love the Justegg alternative). So happy to have been here and will definitely be back!

    Victoria Z.

I took my family here who were visiting out of town and they enjoyed it! It came highly recommended from friends. Knowing everything on the menu is vegan was a great experience and relief for my sister who is vegetarian. Mushroom zeppole - (10/10) Everyone's favorite dish! Crispy, warm fried mushroom balls paired with an incredibly delicious and refreshing lemon herb aioli. I would go back for this appetizer Masala bowl - (7.5/10) a flavorful bowl with tofu and grains. The bowl felt a little soupy? It was a lot of sauce but could have used a bit more sustenance inside. Orecchiette alla pugliese - (6/10) not bad but not amazing either. Very mid and felt like it was missing some oomph. I wouldn't order this one again personally but my mom did enjoy this one. I definitely want to try their sister restaurant Rad Radish at some point and compare! Hoping they have the neatball masala there

After a park day at the Presidio, we wanted to move the party and we decided on Bar Darling. It was a Saturday afternoon and it was jam packed. Luckily we were able to get some space in the alley way for us to order drinks from our server. We've been on a Friday around 5pm on another day, it wasn't as busy, so definitely a great place to start and maybe end the night. In a time where craft cocktails have gotten really expensive, Bar Darling offers craft cocktails (their signature cocktails) all for $14 each. If you know Peacekeeper, you know there's a lot of thought and imagination that goes into their drinks and it definitely shows here. My favorites were the Mama J (tequila based) and the Jaji (mezcal based). The aesthetic and vibes of this place is 10/10. Definitely great for a group of friends and/or date night!

I got the kiki & coco cocktail, and just one was plenty. A lot of cocktail bars water down their drinks so that they're a step up from juice but not here! The kiki & coco definitely packed a punch. My friend bought us a bunch of light bites, and I was a sucker for the brie bites. While the truffle tots, spinach tarts, rice cakes, and crudite n dip platter were tasty, the brie bites were addicting and kept returning for another. Only bit of a downer was the lack of comfortable space since the bar is pretty narrow. The outside patio was pretty packed and not a lot of space to set stuff, but inside tucked away in the back corner near the pool table, we kept running into and having to dodge the patrons shooting pool. Not a big deal breaker or anything, just something I noticed. Overall, I think my friend's golden bday party was a massive success and loved that it brought us all together for the night.

It's definitely on the expensive side, and the portions are on the smaller side, but every dish is incredibly creative, fresh, and packed with flavor. If you're looking for a place that feels clean and healthy without sacrificing taste, this is one of my favorites. I find myself craving it, especially for dinner. One thing that can be a little confusing is the hours. They often leave the door open, and because there's so much foot traffic, it's hard to tell whether they're actually open. I've definitely been the person peeking in to ask. They serve lunch on certain days, but they seem to be primarily a dinner spot. The biggest downside is the service. Unfortunately, it's been consistently underwhelming across all three visits, even with different servers. I've found the staff to be pretty dismissive, which makes me think it's more of the standard experience than just a one off. Because of that, I don't really dine in anymore. Instead, I usually order takeout and enjoy it outside. The food is absolutely worth it, even if the service isn't. If the quality of the food weren't this exceptional, I probably wouldn't have returned after my first visit. But it's honestly that good, and that's why I keep coming back.

Tiya is a next level take on Indian cuisine. I can see why it's Michelin recommended. Each dish was visually stunning and carefully prepared. We tried many smaller dishes, tapas style. Some of the standouts were tandoori avocado with dosa crisp, baingan bharta cornetto, shiso chaat, passionfruit pani puri, pyaaz kachori, carrot halwa pave. Chef Pujan, longtime chef of Rooh, has outdone himself here. We truly felt it's the most exciting high-end Indian restaurant in Bay Area ( and we've tried them all).

The person who states "This is most likely the best restaurant in the world" has to be beyond sheltered; It's not even the best restaurant in the _neighborhood_. The main thing you must understand: the food is "inspired" by Indian food, but it does _not_ taste like Indian food. I suspect its been intentionally watered down to be palatable to milquetoast palettes. We ordered three small plates and the butter chicken as the main. Chicken Tikka Taco. This was greasy to the touch, with chicken and cheese. The dominate flavor is the cheddar cheese. They were trying to be creative but the ultimate effect was similar to a frozen burrito with cheddar cheese and chile verde. If you eat this, close your eyes and imagine a microwaved, frozen burrito..you'll see what I mean. Tandoori Avocado. This features an avocado that's been warmed and covered in a chili sauce. There's a green hummus and a fried dosa crisp. While it sounds wild, once the flavors are mixed together on the plate...the overall effect is that of a green-goddess salad. It's not bad, but its not mind bending. Octopus Xec Xec. The octopous was was cooked nicely and there was a tomato based sauce. Unlike something you'd find in India, it is _not_ heavy on the spices, or tang, or nuttiness. It's just very _neutral_. Butter Chicken. This was the biggest disappointment. I've never had a butter chicken curry that tasted so close to tomato soup in my life. I've eaten tons of butter chicken in my life, hundreds of Indian restaurants. I cannot imagine this was not an intentional choice...It was extremely disappointing. Also, the choice to use chicken breast was poor. Inevitably you get overcooked, chewy chicken pieces. They must have chosen this because (like Disneyland) sometimes you water things down to make it more popular with less adventurous people. The customers next to us (not Indian) kept slathering it on their rice and saying "I can't believe I didn't use to like Indian food!" -- that told me all I needed to know. BTW the naan is insanely bad. They stretched it very thin and then crisped it to the point that it breaks like a cracker. In what world is naan not pillowy and soft? Personally, I was really disappointed with this experience -- the other reviews on yelp are absolute insanity IMO. I know there's a hype train right now -- but someday people will realize this place is not it.
