Let me start by saying if you are thinking of trying Will's and Bill's, just go ahead and do it. You will not be disappointed! I have been here multiple times in the past few months and each time have had a perfect experience. We stumbled upon this gem back in May, on a mid-afternoon Saturday, with a larger group of 8 and no reservation. From the outside, honestly wasn't expecting much as it's situated between a random strip mall and an upscale apartment complex. Once inside, you are transformed! A HUGE bar with tons of seating in the round, beautiful 6 top bar height tables in the immediate bar area and then at least 4 different, unique seating areas throughout, each with its own cool vibe. The service was friendly and the place is immaculate. Now onto the food... the menu is very diverse, with everything from weekend brunch to comfort foods, seafood dishes, salads and pastas to a nice spin on some Indian. Honestly, the only small food complaint I can think of, would be that the Parker House rolls are just average. We had a wonderful night out at Will's + Bill's. The atmosphere was really cool for a brewery. Really nice bar, with plenty of TVs, but at the same time the broader vibe of the restaurant is very eloquent. Service was incredible, and food was very good. We started with the nachos and the egg rolls. The egg roles have a kick to them, which I loved. The nachos were good, very different. I had the cavatelli, which was really good. Very tasty, and different. My wife had the fried chicken sandwich which she thoroughly enjoyed as well. We were with one other that had a burger (he dug into it before I could get a picture). Will's + Bill's is a great new addition to the Main Line. The expansive menu is filled with unique dishes bursting with flavor. We shared the shishito peppers and crab dip and devoured both appetizers. I love their cozy bench seating, vintage cocktail glasses and small china plates for sharing- gave it almost a speakeasy vibe. We sat next to the fireplace which provided nice ambiance on a cozy winter night. My husband loved their in-house beer... very good porters ("Cinnabon" was our favorite!). The brownie with caramel gelato is a MUST for dessert. Terrific service! read more

Booked a 5p reservation for 3. When we checked in timely the hostess informed us there was a 6:15p reservation for our table. Never been assigned a time slot for eating/drinking since pandemic and was never 75 minutes. We were seated in overflow area behind bar where there were several open tables throughout our meal. Server was great, bar took a while for rounds. After we finished our multiple apps and main courses the hostess returned while we were waiting for our drinks to inform us that the next party at our table had arrived. Keep in mind, still empty tables available. This was extremely rude and shows that the front of the house has zero respect for the paying customers nor how to manage the restaurant - this place is solely concerned with maximizing their daily revenue intake and not about the customer experience. Spend your money at a better managed venue that doesn't take your business for granted - this a brewery/restaurant, not the Le Bec-Fin, who I'm sure never asked their diners to finish their meals on a clock. This place has great Happy Hour deals on both food and drinks. The service was decent. I had the Happy Hour nachos for only $9. It was a large portion but I'd prefer less chips, as it was hard to find the toppings at times within the pile. Nice atmosphere, still looking clean and new. read more

I recently hosted a rehearsal dinner here for 20 adults and 6 children. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. My wife, two year old and I had a pleasant experience on NYE. We went back a second time and had a problem. Around 5pm on a Saturday we went without a reservation and were told a 45 min wait. After getting back in the car we pulled up an available reservation (same time) on an online app. I decided to sit in the parking lot and watched another young family (with 2 small kids) and a group of high school aged kids be turned away. There were plenty of open tables in the restaurant. The implication is that families with small children and younger adults (in sweatpants) are not allowed to dine? We stopped here after a 10-hour drive to catch the Stanley Cup game. In hindsight, I should have read the reviews and examined the menu more closely, as this brewery was quite different from any I've visited before. It had a surprisingly upscale ambiance for a brewery. My teenage son couldn't find anything on the menu he liked, as it didn't feature the typical fare you'd expect. Unfortunately, my shrimp were extremely overcooked, and the Cokes we ordered were served in tiny glass bottles. Overall, it was quite expensive for what it offered, and I wouldn't choose it again for watching a game. However, the service was excellent. read more

This was a huge disappointment the first time I visited, but that was early days and they hadn't found their rhythm. Now, they are doing a killer job and putting out great food and beers. We came in a party of 7 on a Saturday night and were told there is no seats available for 7. While there were a lot of empty tables. And we ask the hostess there are a lot of empty tables why are there no seats. She was rude and just didn't answer our questions. She just stand there and look at us like discriminating us because we were Asian. Will not recommend this place at all. read more

Love the energy in this restaurant. Best of all are the appetizers. We had wings, crab dip and nachos. Wings were very good. Crab dip was tasty but only came with 4 small toast pieces which is about 4-6 too few. Nachos were loaded with short rib and lots of cheese toppings. Overall a 4 for appetizers. HOWEVER we had 2 orders of the French Dip and that was no good at all. I suggest staying away from that entre. As you see in my picture, I left more than half the sand which behind. Didn't even want to take it home. Score 1.0 generously. Beer selection was 3+. If you want appetizer while watching the game score a 4.0. If you dare go into the French Dip, the score trails off. Yesterday dinner was great. Highlights: Tuna Nachos (A++), Shakespeare's Pie (A++), Vietnamese lettuce wraps (A), Lava cake (B). Drinks and service (very accommodating) were great too, portions are HUGE, ambiance is very noisy inside and nice and quiet outside. My boyfriend and I decided on this restaurant last minute. First impression was great. The inside and atmosphere were very nice. We started with the crab dip, which I did enjoy, but my bf wasn't overly impressed. For our main meal my bf got the rib eye and I got the crab cakes. The only really enjoyable part of our two meals was my french fries. They offer a mix of upscale items and more typical brewery/laid back items. It was just odd. We felt they need to either do the upscale food really well or just go to really good brewery food because neither of our more upscale meals were great. My boyfriend and I agreed if we went back we would try the burgers and keep it basic. With a few tweaks, this place could be really good especially with how awesome the atmosphere is. read more

The food, ambience, and service are good. But it is a little too expensive to go often.

I suspect the food is better than it seemed because when I reheated my left-overs at home they were much tastier. The meal began badly with tepid coffee that also tasted stale. The Sunday brunch options are appealing and a good value in these times, but my chorizo omelet and home fries were, at best, room temperature. I don't believe the bread had even seen a toaster. I had to ask for butter. There was no bacon as ordered on a burger. The server was pleasant, but did not seem to really be on her game. She did bring both bacon and butter when asked. The place is very dark, but reasonably comfortable and fireplace is nice. Some quirky art. Had to ask to have the music turned down. The atmosphere is very nice inside and the servers were friendly and helpful. i ordered the nachos which were just fair and wouldn't order again. They hardly had any meat or cheese or really anything much on the tortilla chips. Waste. We also split an order of the calamari which was the best thing anybody ordered the entire night. Tasty and good. One friend ordered the blackened scallops and said it was OK but didn't seem too thrilled about it. The other friend ordered some kind of noodle bowl which the waitress highly recommended. Another dish that wasn't really enjoyed. Both friends got dessert - one was a gelato and the other was a chocolate cake. Gelato was good and cake not so much. This is the kind of place you have to know what to order because basically the food is just fair. i'd go back and try the hamburger or chicken wings. i would get the calamari again. The prices are very expensive on certain items and somewhat reasonable on others. Overall, it was kind of a disappointment as the food just wasn't that good. Honestly terrible experience. Our evening started off with the hostess completely ignoring/looking past me when I approached the front desk to ask for a table for two. She had no trouble acknowledging my husband and speaking only to him though (who came in well after me). She even went as far as to show *him* to *his* seat while acting like I don't exist--literally never once glanced my way. The shaking beef entree was a huge miss. I'm a salt gal 100%, but this dish was sadly inedible as it was way too salty and unbalanced (should have vermicelli noodles or some form of carb like the real dish it's inspired by. With what was served it should've been classified as a salad). Maybe we came on an off night? Our drink orders were also amiss. The first was not what I expected, but I don't fault them at all because it seemed like they might not have the proper tools to make it. The second was an Irish coffee but instead we received a shot of whiskey. It was rectified, but by that time our experience had been thoroughly soured. Also, at some point during dinner, we were inundated with strong bleach all around us, overpowering our meal. My husband ultimately wasn't able to finish his plate due to this. Was very disappointed with the kitchen service as after ordering it took a long time for the food to be served. The waitress was great and checked on us numerous times thinking that the food was already out. I ordered the special, the fillet mignon . It was cooked to perfection but my food was COLD . The waitress was very apologetic and asked if she could bring a new order out .
