The people here are so nice, they helped me get my order and allowed me to get myself some ketchup right at the pick-up stand with no complaints or pushing me aside. I promised them that, since they were so polite and caring, I would give them a five-star review. Let's first talk about how ridiculous the prices are. The lowest wing quantity is an 8 piece and it's $11.99 just for the wings which totals about $13 something after taxes. A combo with drink/fries is an additional $4. Also this is not a place you can just grab food on your lunch break. You'll spend your entire lunch break waiting for your food. Average wing place. Wanted try a different place than our usual spots Wingstop and BWW. Hate to say that I probably won't be coming back. The wings were good and customer service was great. However, this place is expensive and portions are small. The fries were kids meal size. My total was 82.XX for 4 wing combos that makes it about $20.00 a meal. Much more expensive than Wingstop and BWW for a lot smaller portions. I know inflation has affected everyone, but I was extremely shocked with my total and then portions. My brother ordered take out. They had it ready within 10-15 mins. He ordered two cheeseburgers and 20 pieces of wings. We got hot and lemon pepper wings. They were really good. The hot was still bearable for me. If you like really spicy wings I would say get the extra hot wings. I like more of a dry rub for my wings but both were good. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I liked that the wings had the right amount of sauce. Also I like that the wings weren't giant chicken wings pumped with hormones. The cheeseburger was really good. The meat had good flavor. The bun is buttery and it was the right amount of sauce and veggies. My brother ate all the fries so I didn't get to try them. Ordered 2 fries (reg and cheese fries), a Philly cheese steak, kids hamburger, and 8 more wings of butter lemon garlic. Philly cheese was ok. Pretty bland but there was more bread than meat. The butter lemon garlic was wayyy to salty and seasoned that I had to use a napkin to knock off the seasoning. The kids burger was terrible. It tasted sour and spoiled. Went to the cook to tell them. My cousin ordered a 15$ double cheeseburger and the patties were so small the bread, the tomato and the onion was bigger than the patties. So to pay 15$ for a burger that looked like a jr burger and a small/ medium fries with a drink. Owner of business is very rude will NEVER eat there a again! My daughter bought fries and I guess they don't allow outside food. I just asked the owner why because we just spent $55 on food and the reason he gave us be cause it was disrespectful and that's his right. But being in a food court in the mall I never hear of this at any mall. He was loud , rude and disrespectful. I was only trying to see the reason so I don't bring food on there again. We asked for a money and he said he was goin to give it back but kept being disrespectful, so my husband asked him to lower his voice and be respectful cause no one was being disrespectful to him. He said something smart and my husband said something smart back and the owner acted like he was going to leap at my husband so I had my husband leave and as he left my daughter said he said he think about refunding the money and my daughter said no your going to refund the money because she paid for it not my husband and that trying to keep her money and not giving food paid for is robbery. He ended up refunding her money but I will NEVER go back and will tell people not to go there either. He was mad because I asked a question for clarity is ridiculous.
