Best wings in Nashville! The quality of chicken is so much better than Buffalo Wild Wings or Pizza Hut!(traditional or tenders!) their sauces are awesome. Sweet heat is similar to Asian zing, but so much better! If I'm not in the mood for something spicy the lemon pepper is amazing! I always get their ranch as well- definitely made fresh. I've been eating here for years. Their bone-in wings when they are fresh are probably the best you can get from any of the traditional wing places. This is mostly in part to their flavorful sauces which have something for everyone. The French fries are also addictive, they are on the soggy side but have a kind of mildly sweet seasoning, I suspect they won't be for everyone. Their ranch is also very good too so make sure to order some. Where they stumble a bit is the service can be hit or miss and the place just doesn't have an inviting atmosphere. On a whim, hub's and I decided to get some hot chicken and fries. Well, that was back in January (New Years Day, I believe....hangover cure!) and we have been many times since. The only thing we've ever ordered is the hot chicken (both breast and dark) and French fries and both are incredible. Everything is always fresh, including fresh cut fries! When I lived in Texas my friends took me to Wing Stop. I loved it. Since moving to Nashville, I've been looking for a good wing place and Wingbasket is solid. The food is prepared the same as Wing Stop. I work right around the corner so it's an easy go-to for lunch. I've been there more times than I've checked in and each time the wings have been consistent. You're going to wait at least 10 minutes to get your food. It takes at least that long to cook up wings. The fries do have sugar on them, but they grew on me and I now really enjoy them. Ranch is an extra 69 cents, but it's enough for 10 wings. All in all, this place is great. I would give it 4.5 stars. Every time I've gone here, the wait has been unreasonably long. Even when there are literally no customers in the store. However, to top that off the customer service is bad. On today, the man at the front counter and the female cook in the back were rude to customers by rolling their eyes, not being attentive, and saying bad things about customers in their faces.
