My girls and I generally go here at least once a week, Love the atmosphere and watching the Warriors game there is always a treat. However, Last night was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. The Male server had to be related to the owner in order to keep his job. There is no way someone with that type of attitude can keep that job with out being related. Some people are just not people friendly and he is one of them. Not only were we there for over an hour and a half waiting on our food .I never even got a drink re-fill but he did bring water by slamming on the table to my daughter. I had to ask for the plates and he still did not bring them. I had to go and get them myself so our food would not get cold. Never has a server said " What do you want" instead of asking to take my order. Or when getting the check asked "did you want something else" Yeah my damn check I been here long enough. I spoke with the Manager and all she said they were trying to make it better! She was apologetic and don't get me wrong the food is great! Stay away from that male server if they try to give you him absolutely ask for some one else. read more

I really enjoy some of the stuff this place puts out. Usually I get the buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese. Their wing are super good as well I've had bone in and boneless. Recently I tried the fried pretzel with the jalapeño cheese dip and was shocked at how good it was. It didnt taste like an over processed dip, but super delicious and not over powering. read more

From time to time during the football season my buddy and i like to come here and sit at the bar and murder some wings and down some brews while watching a game. We like to come here because the entire central valley treats the new buff wild wings near the mall like a mecca pilgrimage site, the environment here is really laid back, the waitresses/bartenders are very friendly and easygoing. Since this is a wings place though, I have to review the wings, I am not a big fan of boneless wings as they're just cut up bits of breast meat. I always go for the real wings and the selection of flavors here could use some help but it sure beats the hell out of wingstop as modesto is quite desperate for a good wings joint. The sauce i like to get is either sweet bbq or rajin cajun with a spicy index level of xtra hot. I tried atomic once and it was pretty fiery, although doable. A downside i recently noticed though is that they don't have a lot of HD channels anymore for some odd reason so we were watching most games on SD, they may also need to switch out their cheap best buy in house brand (insignia) lcd tv's because for some reason the screens have burn ons. For tv's i would rather stick to bwwings but for a more laid back atmosphere and less commotion, i would definitely come here read more

Ordered 10 boneless wings to-go, and once home, the sauce from the wings container was all over the bag and containers. Apparently they switched the to-go containers to styrofoam for the worst, allowing spills. Recipe also seems different and the wings were no where near as good as in the past. They were dry, overcooked, hard, small, minimal breading, and little flavor. Couldn't even finish them. Previous owner at least had these down. I won't be back. Just not good anymore! read more

For starters they sat us at a dirty table! After the waitress noticed the table was dirty she still put our drinks on top, and on top of that I ordered a sprite my cup was literally brown on the bottom. Our food came cold and not crispy as we specifically said. Then while waiting for a check we waited 10 to 15 minutes because she kept talking to drunk people at the bar! TGIF............... Cold beer and wings seemed like the right thing after a tough week. When the two of us visited we surprisingly found the place not very busy for Friday afternoon happy hour (4 - 6 pm). $1.00 domestic beer and $2.00 for others made for nice after work reward. We also had 15 boneless wings which were very good and tasty. The waitress was extremely attentive and nice. While winding down we watched golf and the Olympics on the many big screens displayed everywhere. The only and only minor issue was the very young kids running around unattended by their parents, not the Buffalo Wings & Rings problem. Ordered 10 boneless to go, and Saratoga chips. I loved the garlic Parmesan hot and crazy-q hot wing flavors. Order was done quickly and correctly. Good food, service so so, the food was very tasty we tried a sampler plate and wings. Everything tasted delicious. The rub was not so much of a rub, still had sauce which made it confusing lol! When I think of rubs I think of a dry wing. But to each their own. The service was ok but not great. To me they really need to get more organized. I was there for about 2hrs and in that time I saw how waitresses kept coming to the wrong tables with food that belonged to other tables. Our food also almost ended in somebody else's table. What a horrible experience. We ordered pick up. Had to wait for the food. They were out of lids for the milkshakes. After we got home, we realized they didn't give us 2 appetizers we ordered. We called back and staff was extremely rude. Said, they're sitting right here." So went back to grab them and they just handed them with no apology or acknowledgment. They were cold to touch. They forgot the ranch to my fried pickles and to top off this experience, there was a plastic piece in my shake. I read all of the other reviews and was hoping to find a really great hamburger, instead I found an "ok" hamburger and some fantastic chicken wings!!! We tried the traditional buffalo sauce as well as the lemon pepper and loved them both. I liked the wedge cut fries but didn't like the cheese sauce I ordered to dip them in. It didn't have much flavor at all. Overall the place was clean and the staff was friendly. We'll be back for more wings (they have so many different flavors to try). read more

The Blue Cheese dip takes the edge off the heat for those that need it. These are the best wings I've had in Northern CA. They have an array of TV's playing everything from the Sharks game to Bones...however, don't expect to hear the shows as the noise level is social and loud. This place used to be a place I would frequent because my husband used to be a cook in the back but after last night I will never step foot in there again. I get what I normally enjoy there and the sauce was just horrible like it was bad or something. The service was incredibly bad. They had two waitresses on staff and neither one of them would bother checking if we wanted our drinks filled and completely ignored our many attempts to get their attention, mind you there was only about 3 tables in use and 3 people at the bar. We waited about 20 minutes just for them to bring us our check. I was with three guys who were debating on just leaving and seeing if they would even notice that we left. Always a GREAT place to eat and visit! Tonight was a lil more special as the manager did everything in his power to make sure we were happy with our meal, especially after what I ordered wasn't what I thought it was. He personally took care of the order and I caught him teaching/talking to the cook in the back in a respectful manner. I enjoy an atmosphere of excellent customer service, including employees!
