I love the food, unfortunately the service is below the average - really long wait times and usually when I order from dashers the food is made incorrectly and it takes forever for the dasher to receive the food. I ordered today, it has been an hour and the dasher is still at the restaurant waiting for my food. I have been more than understanding with this establishment - this will be the last time i order from them. They are all over when preparing the food - I get the buffalo nachos and it's always different and when they don't have an ingredient they throw mass amounts of filler to hide the fact that they either forgot to put the ingredient or were out. Really big pieces of chicken in my order of boneless wings. Very good sauce (gingerQ) but there was a lot of sauce. Next time I order, I'll ask for light sauce or sauce on the side. Either way,very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was surprised at the condition of the restroom. Every time I come down from San Francisco to Modesto to see the fam this is one of the places I must hit up. Their wings are EXTREMELY GOOD. I've been to the 6+ wings spots in San Francisco(Original Buffalo on Lombard St, New Yorker's Buffalo Wings on Valencia St, Hooters by Fisherman's Wharf, Buffalo Burger on Geary St which is really good, and Giordano Bros. on Columbus St. which was really good, but I haven't tried Double Decker wings on Grove St) and I must say this place has better wings then all those places I went to. I normally get buffalo wings with the bones, but this place is so good I skip that and get the boneless buffalo wings so I can just eat them straight up. Make sure to get the hot buffalo sauce or the parmesan wings. They are awesome. There are a bunch of other flavors too. The size of the wings are pretty big and the prices are right on point with those is the city and in some cases even cheaper here. I don't know about the service because I always order to go, but then again quality takes time. read more

Went in the other day with my family to sit down and have a nice dinner after a day out. We all decided to try Buffalo Wings & Rings. Now I know with covid things are different but customer service should never be sacrificed. When we walked in place was busy and a couple was a head of us to sit down. They had been there for ten minutes no one helping them. Then finally the girl came up and asked how many people were waiting and took names and party size down. Mind you we were second and a party of 4. Finally when tables opened up they sat party of two and we we're supposed to be next. Waiting to clean off some tables. This is when another party of 4 walked in and another party of 12. We were patient and waited almost 25 minutes to this point. Then I noticed them putting a big table together and the party of 12 with no reservation was called by assistant manager who had told me a few minutes ago our table would be cleared off. The party of 12 was even surprised by being seated as they were asking are you sure? I walked up to the assistant manager again and said what's the deal? Why would they be sat before our party and the other party of 4. I said we've been waiting forever. He says rudely "I told you your table was being cleared off". So ok I'll wait. Another 10 minutes go by and no tables are being cleared off. My wife is livid and I'm pissed and we walk out. I'll never go here or recommend family or friends. I own a business myself and I know without customers you don't have business. So if this place thinks the can treat people crappy and stay open. Good luck with that. Manager and staff need to either be trained better or replaced. Very disappointed experience. read more

Once we walked in, host was on her phone and did not greet us. When she noticed us standing there she said, "How may I help you?" She said it very non energetic.? I say table for 2 and we get seated. Server asks what we want to drink. We ask what they have available. She says coke products and does not specifically tell us what drinks. We give her our beverage order and she walks away during us talking. It takes us 5 min to get our drinks and it was not busy. She did not give us straws also when others did. The food was horrific. My cheeseburger was cold and my bun was nearly half frozen. My friends wings were drenched in sweet BBQ sauce and not tossed at all. Also, the table was sticky and not wiped. We went on a Monday and had the Garlic chicken and of course the hottest sauce we could get on another order of wings. My friend who could eat a whole Habanero' pretty much, said it wasn't hot enough for him. But I had tears in my eyes! We had a pitcher or two of Blue Moon Belgian wheat beer and it was icy cold and hit the spot! They have different levels of HOT on their menu and plenty of other great items. If you're not a blue cheese fan, you will be after going here! I love wings, and I love spicy foods! First time going here I ordered the Traditional wings (I won't go near boneless wings!) with crazy hot sauce. Definitely was not spicy enough. Atomic is better if you like a kick. I hear the garlic paramesan is pretty good, and lots of my friends like it, although personally I didn't like it on the boneless wings but I will have to try them on traditional. The wings are delicious but the blue cheese is the SHOWSTOPPER here hands down. This is not your ordinary blue cheese, and you can definitely tell from when it arrives at your table. First off they charge you extra for their blue cheese. At first I thought that was odd, but when I realized it was their own traditional recipe that it was definitely worth the extra charge! Secondly, its not as runny like regular blue cheese you get on the side of buffalo wings at other places. You can definitely taste the cheese, but it's a little less pungent and I guess less tangy. The blue cheese is a little more subtle and also has somewhat of a natural sweetness to it (which is not expected of blue cheese). Once I took a bite out of that hawwwt wang smothered in sauce and smothered in blue cheese, I felt like I was in heaven! The onion rings here are pretty good as well, they are very crispy and what I love about them is that if you bite into them the whole onion ring DOESN'T come out so you're not just left with breading. I'm not a drinker so I don't know their specials as far as alcoholic beverages BUT the wings specials are as follows: 49 cent wings all day Tuesdays for Traditional (Bone-in) AND Boneless wings, 49 cent wings all day Wednesdays for Boneless ONLY! Overall the waits not long, the staff is nice except for 1 chick (you can tell which one I'm talking about if you've ever had her) she seems bitter for the most part and rude every time I've gone in. I walked in on a busy night and sat at the bar and I seen one of the cooks wipe his sweat off his forehead then continue to make food with no gloves .... the manager didn't even peek an eye and continued to chit chat with other customers.... We had heard this place was plating up some off the chart wings with a variety of sauce flavor profiles so here we go. We sat at the bar it was a few minutes before we where acknowledged. Finally we placed our order and waited, waited only 5' from the kitchen or order was up our waiter was occupied on a ten top the other waitress walked by the order up six times. When our food was delivered everything was cold. We kept the burger and asked to have everything else fired again. The burger flavor profiles with the blue cheese was a trip on the flavor train, even cold. Theresa (owner) appeared to be stressed and a little frustrate. I believe her husband or business partner preoccupied with keeping his beer mug topped off and his table guest could have steeped up anytime to help Theresa and the understaffing issue but NO that beer is far more important. Eight in the hour we where there and according to or bar company it's a daily event for the bearded ball cap beer obsessed none participating individual. The food was good but nothing we can not cook or get numerous other places. For a sports bar the beer selection was very anemic. Suggestion, a expediter might benefit patron and proprietor. They use big chunks of chicken and not "one bite and you're done" morsels (Wingstop....boo!). I recommend the Hot Garlic sauce flavor, as it's both spicy but actually keeps a good flavor in your mouth after you've eaten it. After all, what's the point of something being hot if it just scalds your mouth for no apparent reason? Good selection of beers. The Chili Cheese fried are great. Also, the freshly made potato chips and BBQ sauce dip are worth a try. Way better than Wingstop or BWW, so give them a shot if you're near the area. read more

The sweet thai chili sauce is pretty tasty (last time I remember not liking it for some reason), and the Garlic-Q was pretty decent as well. Not quite a fan of the Roasted Garlic flavor, however. The Saratoga Chips were just okay. I would much rather order fries. I'm not sure why I disliked this place so much beforehand. Maybe the food is inconsistent? Or maybe since I had the chicken tenders today (which are 99 cents a piece on Thursdays!), I might just prefer them over the bone-in chicken wings (which are a quarter a piece on Tuesdays). So the server took it back and said the manager would be over shortly. When the "manager" came back she tossed the wings on the table and walked away. Not a single word or apology from anyone. Come to find out the "manager" is actually the owner! I'm surprised this place is still in business with the poor customer service and the not so great food. First and last time visit last Friday. Stopped in as an alternate choice as the neighboring Thai restaurant didn't open until 4:30. I had a cheeseburger with cole slaw. The slaw was drowned in liquid and looked old so I didn't want to risk food poisoning. The burger was over cooked, dry and no flavor. My wife had the fish and chips which was under cooked so she only broke off the cooked sections to eat. It took quite awhile to get our food or we would have considered sending it back.
