Always a GREAT place to eat and visit! Tonight was a lil more special as the manager did everything in his power to make sure we were happy with our meal, especially after what I ordered wasn't what I thought it was. This place has one of the best wings but service is always spotty. Went in for an early dinner and a 10 top table was left a mess. Servers didn't clean the Mac n cheese left all over the table and floor, the cup of water spilled, and the chairs a disarray. We had to maneuver around it while the possible manager sat down to have a beer with a guest. Our server had to clean our table and flip the chairs back around. They finally bussed the table and cleaned the floor once the lady finished her beer. This was my only bad experience here so far. This was probably my worst experience here and I am not returning. The customer service was terrible!!! I was unsatisfied with my order and I informed my server. The manager was sent to my table and told me that she would not switch the wings out out or refund me...because the menu "describes" what the wings were. Will be my first and last time ever at this place! I ordered a philly cheese steak that came with fries and upgraded fries for a dollar extra. Total came out to be 12 bucks or so. No biggie! Told her it was dry and disgusting and I'm coming back later to get my money back. She said "I can tell you right now , your not getting your money back" ! And said that she would give me like a burger or something. I refused her offer. If the steak is dry and unflavored, in my opinion the burger will be the same and I rather just have my money back to go elsewhere to find satisfaction ! I then told her that I would like to talk to a manager or someone higher , she states "She won't be in until after 9 and even then it'll be too late for her to talk to you " ! Great wings! They have sauces from sweet and mild all the way up to atomically spicy. The wings taste rich and flavorful. The meat is tender and juicy. I have not tried the onion rings but I will let you know when I do........ Overall the employes are nice and helpfully. I give the owner 2 thumbs up for making this place clean and kid friendly. This is a great place to take your family, friends. Or co-workers to lunch. It's also a nice place to catch up on sports. read more

2 Stars because the food was pretty good. Service was awful though. Went here when it was pretty busy but other restaurants manage that just fine. Nobody wanted to help us be seated, they just said "we'll be with you in a moment" and then walked away, when another employee saw us standing there out of place he said we can sit anywhere and we just picked out spot. After sitting down we were completely forgotten, and after 5 minutes I got up to go ask for a menu. After ordering an appetizer and our wings it probably took 30-35 minutes before any of our food came out. The waitress literally clocked off and while being off the clock and with her sweater on and her belongings she quickly walked over and just dropped the food on the table without even saying anything to us....and we only got drink refills as we were FINISHING! Also had to ask for silverware from TWO waiters until it finally came. The most uncomfortable part of this visit was what I believe to be the manager.
