The food at this establishment is very good & tasteful best wings in town! I'm giving it a two star rating due to the fact that the service here sucks. Customer service is lacking starting with the manager, she did not even acknowledge us when we came in. We waited to be asked for drinks for thirty minutes and the waitresses where helping other tables next to us. The manager needs to delegate her staff way more, you can have really good food all you want but you need to make happy happen with good attentive customer service. We left and did not eat due to our frustration of not even being asked for drinks for 30 min. Just received my to go order and got home to find cold chicken even colder fries which were supposed to have cheese and bacon melted on them and to my disgust they did not even melt the cheese on them. Went there for the first time and waited for an hr only to have the people next to us, who got there after us, served first. It was terrible and the waitress was busy talking behind the bar with her co workers. Another waitress was the one who noticed how long we had been waiting. Finally the our waitress comes over to give us with one of our plates, then walks away to take another tables order before bring us the rest of our food! This is what I sent to their corporate office, I will never visit here again. "Get to the joint before 5, sit at the bar, not very busy, ordered my food and it arrives to go, yet I didn't specify to go. Wings were lukewarm, saratoga chips were ice cold in a bag. About 5 minutes later, after listening to the owner berate her employee Charlie for doing a bad job the night before, jokingly chastise employee Ashley that she was disappointed in her because she lost a $10 bet that Ashley would drink on the clock, then spent 4 minutes on the phone arguing with a customer over a mac and cheese order that someone else took but "I don't make mistakes on orders, I give the customers exactly what they order!", I flagged down server Ashley to get me a plate for those ice cold saratoga chips. Has anyone from corporate read the reviews on yelp for this location? The last time my wife and I ate here we got the s hits for a day straight. I can see why this place gets horrible reviews, putting it lightly, the owner is a troll and must train her employees the same way. This is one of those cases where a franchise owner should be forcibly removed. As I was leaving to pay the bill, Ashley was taking pint glasses out of the chiller because most were dirty. UGH, now I feel even worse for patronizing this location and feel sick. You could send me free wings for a year and I wouldn't take it from this location." So after typing this up, the damn website that said "tell us how you feel" has a 1200 character limit and after editing the damn review, the session timed out. if you are on the fence about giving this place a try; especially after reading the numerous negative reviews, i would beg of you to skip it. (you can thank me later). stating that the service is "lacking" is the biggest understatement of the year. i am fairly certain they could take this service model and turn it into a rather humourous SNL skit. the humor is lost, though, when in real life you are just trying to get a meal at this place. the wait staff isnt rude. i think the more appropriate description would be spiteful, disconnected, slothful, and the complete inability to respect themselves and others. we never made it beyond the front waiting area. after 10 minutes of being put off and ignored so the staff could discuss their juicy couture purse fixation with each other, we were told that "they dont serve our kind here" since we inquired multiple times as to if someone actually did their job here and could bring us a menu to place a to-go order. nice. read more

This place isn't anything special. It has average wings and average sides. We had the traditional buffalo and the Garlic-Q. Both flavors were just okay. The service was horrible. We walked in and stood there for at least 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged by anybody. Once we were seated it seemed like everyone around us was getting waited on and we were overlooked (there were several large parties and it was just my husband and I). NEVER going back... Ordered the Buffalo Shrimp, and got about a handful only. They cost me $9 and tasted horrible. They were bitter and the shrimp was not clean. Boyfriend loves wings, and ordered their 10 piece traditional. He couldn't even eat 8, they were just awful! We also ordered fries, but did not receive them when we got our meal, which was already super late. I reminded the waitress, and she brought them out when we had already finished eating! They were DISGUSTING! The oil they used was brown and old, and you could definitely taste it on the fries. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. My family and I have been loyal customers of this establishment since 2008. We loved the food and service when it was under the management of the original owner, Teresa. We visited this place a month ago and noticed that the service was horribly slow and we found ourselves having to ask for refills several times before we got any. We soon found out that the place was under new management. We figured that change has its challenges and that it would take some time for things to get back to normal. We decided to give it another try today and we were sadly disappointed. I walked I. And tried to place a take out order. The young lady at the counter took a bit to acknowledge me and when she did, all she said was that she would be with me in a minute. She continued to work on the register and after about 3 minutes, she walked away. She realized she was leaving me behind and decided to ask another employee to take my order. The new young lady turned and looked at me and turned back to the original girl and said ok. Then new girl(her back turned to me) continued to work on her screen. The manager was among the employees behind the bar and did not acknowledge me or any of the people waiting to be seated. After an additional 4 minutes, I walked out. Went there this past Saturday with my husband. I was told it was under new management or ownership so we decided to go. The last owner/manager was absolutely awful so we stopped going for a while. It seems not much has changed except the menu. The wings we ordered were good, which they usually are. It seemed as though there was one waitress for the entire restaurant. Tables were dirty with plates still on them, Napkins on the floor. I asked for celery sticks which are supposed to come with the meal but didn't. The ends were black and they looked old. The waitress came to refill my drink but never came back with it. The manager or owner said she got side tracked, which was understandable considering she looked to be the only one waiting tables. I could've let all of that slide, but the end of our visit is where I get upset. I went to the ladies room to find the floor a mess. I went into one stall to find feces blood and urine in the toilet. I go to the next stall to find loads of toilet paper and urine in this toilet that was broken! The flush handle would just spin around! I decided I had to go bad enough to use it. As I get ready to go, my wallet falls out of my back pocket into a toilet that doesn't look like it had been flushed in probably 8 hours!!!!! I didn't even want to use the toilet it was so bad, but now I have to stick my hand in there to get my wallet. Now obviously I'm not blaming anyone for my wallet falling into the toilet. I do however, think they knew how disgusting the bathroom was, they just didn't care, nor had the staff available to clean it. I stopped going to this place because the service was horrible and the restaurant was dirty. It seems it hasn't changed. I don't blame the waitress. She was doing the best she could, given her heavy workload. But I'm truly disgusted at how the bathroom looked. I've had food from here twice. First time, the husband picked some stuff out and brought it home for a quick lunch. He ordered me the chicken gyro that comes with their 'chips'. I have had much better, that cost 1/2 the price. They use big chunks of white meat chicken, my real problem was that there was a lot of chewy pieces of meat, grissel..... not appetizing! The chips were very salty. I did really like the cucumber dip for the gyro, even used it for the chips. Yesterday we decided to give it a try again. YUCK! I ordered the buffalo chicken strip sandwhich, has the same problem with the chicken, chewy. The sauce was very good. I was disappointed by the vegetables on my sandwhich, the lettuce looked awful, wilted slimey, the tomatoe was very soggy, so much so that when I tried to peel it off of my chicken, it fell apart and felt like stewed tomatoes from a can.... ICK! The chips were very salty again. We ordered the appetizer platter this time, it came with onion rings, potatoe skins, moz sticks and jalepeno poppers.....these were all about average.... hard to mess something up that you just toss into a fryer. The husband had a burger, he had the same problem with the veggies and said that there was way too much sauce. He said the burger itself would have been ok minus the sauce. Today he is pretty sure that he has food poisoning from his burger. He's showing all of the typical symptoms. I don't think we will be going back to this location again. read more

I only gave this place 1 star because there food was delicious, service was not the best by Ashleigh. Two other friends and I decided to get 25 pieces of chicken wings, however when she said that the wings were 59cents and half off the menu price we decided to get 50 for the same price. Great right?! Nope they said one thing and charged another. We had to pay full price. Even worse when we asked to speak to manager she just gave us a blank look and wasn't able to do anything. Management definitely needs to work on customer service. Have gone a few times, food is usually good. Last time I went food was good not great but service was a bit rough. I received a free appetizer for becoming a club 84 member so I figured I would try out the loaded chips which are 10.99 so I wouldn't usually get them, they were pretty good... 10.99 good not so sure. Either way they were free so no sweat... until we got our bill and the waitress used the free appetizer instead on my wife's side dish... The receipt even called it a side but that 4.99 item, the cheapest item on the receipt, was removed, leaving me to pay full price for the chips. Usually I wouldn't care, because it was a free item no matter, but my issue was that I was promised one thing and got something else, the experience fell well short of my typical Buffalo Wings and Rings expectations. Hate to be the bad guy, but as the atmosphere was upbeat the service was great the wings left me wanting. They were alittle bigger than Wing Stop's, but they did get skimpy on the sauce. I ordered original hot and as the sauce was right it was mostly sitting on the bottom of the bowl as most of the wings were dry. They had more selection then other wing joints, but the wings are of course they main attraction. Great as a sports bar, OK as a "wings" restaurant. Edit: OK I picked up a box of wings today after I was tossed a tip from another yelper. This time i asked for them "sloppy" or xtra wet! this time the wings were how i wanted them! I'm a wing nut!! I love bone-in original hot buffalo wings. No blue cheese, no butter, no legs...just wings! These are, by far, my favorite! My husband and I frequent there (not as much lately as we're watching the waist line) but on our off days we always hit this place up. The owner always comes by to see how everything is, wings are delicious, drinks are very well priced, and I get the bonus of watching the Giants play when there's a game on. Was waiting in the front where it said "please wait to be seated" there was about 3 girls working & they just looked at me and continued talking and cleaning didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was waiting to be seated until I asked the girl if we seat ourselves? Then I got seated. We ordered our food about 15 min later & they just dropped off the food and didn't even bother coming back if anything was ok. Went to this establishment yesterday. Waitress greeted me and my wife from a distance as if she was at a park picnic. My food had blonde hair in it. The service is wonderful and the Crazy-Q strips are incredibly good when paired with the house made blue cheese!!!
