Jack one of the team members is always on point when it comes to 5 star service. He's extremely helpful, fast, reliable & attentive. Not to mention extremely kind. I thought he was a supervisor or some type of management the way he goes about everything. However, he is just a team member. He definitely needs to get in management. This is extremely alarming from a food safety standpoint. The blue material was clearly not food and looked like it came from something used during food prep. It raises serious concerns about how food is being handled and what quality control measures are (or aren't) in place. Thankfully, he noticed before swallowing it, hopefully there wasn't anymore of the blue plastic in any other pieces that he didn't notice... but this could have easily caused harm. This situation made us lose trust in the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen. I would strongly recommend the location take a closer look at their food handling procedures to prevent something like this from happening again.

The restaurant cleared the order to avoid making it instead of properly canceling through Support. Threatening a delivery partner with police over a system issue they created is inappropriate, especially given McDonald's partnership with DoorDash. Drivers deserve basic courtesy, not disrespect.

Wings Chicken Finally is officially our new go-to chicken spot! We decided to give it a try and honestly everything was so good. The wings were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The burgers were FIRE--one of those burgers where you keep thinking about it after you leave. The cheese balls are a must-order. Crispy on the outside, melty and cheesy on the inside, and seriously addictive. The fries and sweet potato fries were also so good. Usually sides are just okay, but these were fresh, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. What really made the experience even better was the service. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and the food came out fast. The restaurant was also very clean, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the place nice. It's rare to find a spot where literally everything we ordered was a hit. We're already talking about what we're going to order next time.
