I ordered online from Wingstop's website. I ordered 6 lemon pepper and 4 hot honey rub. My order only came with FIVE lemon pepper and ZERO hot honey rub. I contacted their website through a request twice, and not a single person has reached out to me. This business is very poorly run. They clearly do not care about their customers. I'd get wings from GD domino's over them if I were you. Domino's would at least get the correct number of wings right. Where to start? Walked in to place an order, and took about 5 minutes for someone to address us at the counter to order. Once we ordered, we were informed the soda machine was OOO so could chose between a can of coke, sprite, or fanta. Then, we waited 45 minutes for our order to come out. I come here pretty often since its close to me. They are always pretty consistent. The food is hot and prepared fresh and the staff is nice. The only con is the lack of parking in front. Many of the spots are claimed by some of the other businesses and there are always tow trucks nearby. My tip is to be mindful and only park in unmarked spots. read more

This guy was VERY rude. Says he's the owner but continued to be irate with me about my wings being very undercooked. I ordered from DoorDash and called in to see if my order could be remade. Before and during COVID this place was/is hit or miss. It really depends on who's working--that determines the speed, quality, and service you receive. There are two younger females that work there regularly and they do a fantastic job. The wings are crispy, the fries are not over salted, the service is decent for fast food, but they aren't the fastest. Maybe this is why the food is better? Other shifts you'll get fries drowning in salt, non-crispy wings, a dirty drink area, and EXTREMELY slow service. Is this a good choice for lunch if you're in the area? I used to order Wingstop all the time when I lived in Miami, this was my first time in Atlanta. I took advantage of the delivery option which is offered through Door Dash. The online ordering process in the website is really easy and lets you customize things like how much seasoning you like, if you want all flats/drums for the wings, if you want multiple sauces, etc. My apartment is a little hard to locate but I put very explicit instructions in the site. The driver was young and didn't pay attention to any of it, thankfully he called and I was able to walk him through it. Despite the delivery delay, it still arrived on time. I got half garlic Parmesan and half lemon pepper with fried. I wish the wings had been cooked a little more as the chicken skin was slightly fatty tasting as opposed to crisp. The seasoning on the lemon pepper was very zippy... yes, I know it's lemon, but usually the flavor is more mellow. Finally, the fries were cold. So all in all, the meal was okay, but nothing compared to my experience of Wingstop in Florida. read more

So today I ordered AGAIN and asked for extra crispy wings. I asked to have more than a handful of fries too and I was told it was weight based and "I'll see what I can do" So long story short, the fries were SKEET/SHORT again, and m wings were soft as hell. No signs of crispy anywhere. If i'm paying $16 for a meal then I expect to get more fries than a handful and for my requests to simply be followed. Worst experience I've ever had. My order was ordered through the wingstop app(with door dash delivering) the door dash deliver communicated they were taking forever. By the time he left the store and delivered it was 10-15 minutes. My food was soggy (after being ordered well done/crispy). I called as soon as I received my order. The person who answered told me I could have it remade. I called three days later (my next time off work) and the manager (who claimed he was the owner as well and this was at approx 1pm on Saturday 08/03) argued with me and had me hung up on three times in a row. He even went as far as requesting videos of the bad order (which I actually did have pictures because I was so disappointed) When I pulled up to the restaurant bc I wasn't being taken care of and being disrespected on the phone, he told me I needed to have my husband come in and talk to him, when the order was through me and ordered on my card. He continually expressed sexism. He argued with me for 10 minutes before telling me my new order was already prepared and ready behind him, which of course was soggy and disgusting at this point. I let him know I'm a restaurant manager as well so the fake facts and reasoning he was giving me didn't work. This "manager" will be the reason your restaurant fails. He claimed he was the owner but I could never imagine the owners of the restaurant I work for EVER treating a customer this way. I let him know I would drive an extra 10/20 or even 30 minutes to take my business elsewhere ( I love wingstop) The service was horrible, food came out disgusting, as if they were being petty. Everything was salty, soggy since he wanted to argue for over 15 minutes, and just a truly bad experience. He said he had four daughters and a wife but wouldn't disrespect woman but had to apologize for hanging up on me but wanted to continue the narrative he only cared to speak to my husband which who was not a customer, I was. A horrible experience and this restaurant will never receive my business nor hopefully anyone in my high rise condo, as I've already sent an email to our residential chatgroup. I had to recently update my review of this particular Wing Stop location as the service is horrible and actually has gotten worse. The quality of the cashiers is extremely poor and it seems as though they have no regard for their job or the customers. Like just no regard for anything at all and no personality. I honestly only go to this location because of its proximity to my home. I must also always order ahead as I have waited more than 20 minutes when walking in and placing an order. The entire experience is displeasurable, from ordering your food, to the cleanliness of the restaurant while waiting.. along with random loitering from homeless people. You're not even able to eat in this small restaurant location because of the mildew smell from the bathrooms or tables being occupied by homeless loiters. I walk to the counter and say "Hi, I placed an online order". Again, no words from the staff. The woman looked at me then walked to the back and started flipping something in a bowl. I sit down and wait. A few minutes later she walks to the counter with a bag. She still hasn't said anything. I stand to take the bag which I have to assume is mine since she's looking at me. I say "Thank you" as I reach for the bag. She then says really loud "Last name?". I tell her my last name and she lets go of the bag. That sums up my interaction from start to finish.
