I called the store to make a pick up order, I went to go pick it up and they couldn't find it. After I've already waited 30 minutes to go pick it up. whoever the curly hair tattoo guy is is rude as fuck. I had to repeat my order three times and then he act like he didn't know what the order is after. He said can make it but it's gonna be 15 minutes then when I repeated my order for the third time, he said you don't need to with the attitude. There I was, in the evening of my hunger. As my stomach grumbled and groaned for something to eat there I saw it: wing stop. I haven't been much before, a few times here or there over the years. Not this location, of course, for if I knew the horrors that awaited me I would've never come. The door, pulled open by my own hand, rattled against the chilly air. Three employees huddled around the entrance to the kitchen as I stood at attention at the counter. They ignored me. Engrossed in conversation, I get it. I've worked places like this before. It sucks. Minimum wage corporation jobs; horrible customers, the life is sucked out of you over the years. Nevertheless I waited... and waited... and waited until honesty I felt like maybe the place was closed? No. It's 3pm. It couldn't be.... God it couldn't be closed could it? Finally a man came out and asked us if we were picking up an order, we said no.... We need to order. Clearly, he was the only one doing work. The empathy I feel for this man is real, I've been there, in the trenches of the kitchen and being the only one picking up slack as my lazy coworkers do literally nothing to help. He ended up telling the group of gappin goobers that our order needs taken. We said our order of exactly two items and alas: she couldn't remember what we said. I felt dumbfounded at this point: customer service jobs SUCK. Yes, but... an order of two items should be relatively easy. A sandwich, fries. That's it. 30 minutes goes by, we couldn't even sit on the bench as it was dusted in... old and ancient food crumbs and caked on grease. Just like the keypad that looks like it had never been cleaned. I don't mean to be managerial, "if you have time to lean you have time to clean" kinda ass but seriously. You stood there talking for FIVE MINUTES ignoring us while your coworker was doing all the work and you can't even be bothered to wipe down the keypad once a day? I don't expect you not to talk or slack off At all, trust me I love slacking, but at least clean a bit. Maybe sweep the lobby once? Felt like I had forgotten to dust my shoes off after the beach once I left. Then the group that stood talking left, and we waited our 30 minutes before a new girl came in and asked us if we were picking up.... No, waiting for our order that was forgotten about as they attended to every single online order in existence whose drivers weren't even there yet. Finally we got our order, my stomach empty having gone so long craving food. Never will I be back. Best of luck, the two singular workers who seem to be the only ones doing work. If i could rate 0/5 stars i would. Instead of focusing on their job, the workers love to continuously talk and forget things for your order making it a hassle to come back for the rest of your order. The food can be good, depending on how much they yap in the kitchen. Not a lot of sauce is added to your wings so prepare yourself for that. They will serve you carbonated water with just Little bit of soda. This place is definitely in need of new workers or best yet, new management. Obviously the manager cannot hold a grip over their workplace. They did try and help but honestly, working at wingstop is a very easy job. Its not rocket science and its inconvenient for the customers to go through what they go through at this location. read more

Worst Wingstop location/fast food experience I have ever had. Wings swimming in about 2 Inches of oil at the bottom of the container when I ordered a dry rub... Chicken sandwich also had a inedible amount of sauce. Went back to get them remade and was told "that's how they are supposed to be." Rude and unprofessional staff. Ended up not eating more than 2 bites. Do yourself a favor and find a different location or go next door to Dave's Hot Chicken. read more

Horrible phone service , food , wait times and customer service ! You'll have to repeat your order 2-3 times on the phone and it'll still be wrong when you show up ! You'll also have the person on the phone cutting you off to talk several times to other customers and staff while you're ordering .... ( Which is probably why they needed my order repeated multiple times and still came out wrong in the first place ! ) You'll be told a time to pick up yet show up and be told " um we forgot " so you'll actually wait another 30 for what will be the messed up order ! You'll get frustrated and hangry and finally just ask for a refund which they'll half ass respond with " sorry , we don't know how to refund you ! " BEWARE .... Go elsewhere read more

I give this place 0 stars. I have never been treated like I was at this restaurant. I used the app to order and of course as always it is never ready when it says. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. When I get home I was given the wrong order. I returned to pick up my original order which was just sitting there getting cold when I got back. The guy working just yelled from the back we will be right with you. I told him he gave me the wrong order, my order is sitting there probably cold. The worker said yes it is, here you go there is nothing i can do. Why is it the customers responsibility to double check the employees work. The worker blamed it on me, that i should of looked at the name. Mind you the name was illegible and scratched out. He proceeded to yell at me and told me to call uber eats or door dash to complain. I told him i used the app to order. He then attempted to grab my bag of food from my hand even though I paid for it. He then said i will fucking make it again. I said no I would rather talk to the manager. No manager present and it seemed as if the 2 workers could care less about the satisfaction of the customers and the qualitiy of the food(cold fries, wings not tossed just sauce poured over). I complained to corporate and they gave me a $5.00 gift card. This is even more of an insult because my order was $31.00. $5.00 doesn't cover the gas I spent driving back and forth to get the right order because the employee made the mistake. The only thing I wish i would of done was record the employee to show how disrespectful and rude he was to the guest.
