I'm not really sure why this place only received 3 stars. Went there with some friends last week and thought that the chicken wings were great. I really liked the french fries with the seasoning sauce. The wings tasted better with ranch dipping sauce. I plan to eat there more often and try out some other flavors of chicken. read more

Used to be my favorite place to eat. This past weekend we ordered our usual meal. As soon as my husband had his first bite, he gagged and spit out the RAW BONELESS CHICKEN WING. Wish I could post pictures if not just one piece but ALL our boneless wings were RAW. I tried calling to complain but no one answered. Since my husband is a previous employee he knows the manager MARK. We call his store in Nampa and let's us know he will meet us at the Eagle store. We get there to ask for a refund and we get denied because "it's against store policy". Mark's excuse for the raw chicken was " it was a mistake ". SERIOUSLY ?! A mistake would be forgetting what sauce went on our order or not enough sauce on wings something small but how the heck do you mistakenly forget to leave the wings in the fryer till it beeps?! While my husband keeps asking for a refund the very unprofessional manager decided to say " I'm going to leave now ". C'mon now... don't run away from an issue like that. We could have gotten food poisoning from eating the RAW CHICKEN. Mark if you read this... I'd be so embarrassed to have been the one to hire the employees at your Eagle store. None have any idea of what great customer service is or what a clean table should feel/look like. They all seem so unhappy to be there. I ordered on line for a 4:30 pick up. Waited 2 minutes at the window for staff to stop chatting and notice me. 15 more minutes to get food--and I showed up on time. Wrong order!! NEW OWNER! I had heard this location was run down in the past- today I came to see for myself and could not have been more surprised with how amazing my experience was. My husband ordered the chicken wings and I had some chicken tenders tossed in hot sauce. The French fries with our orders rivaled the ones I get at the BFC near me, which really shocked me! I am usually super picky about my fries. After meeting the new owner and experiencing his enthusiasm and passion for the restaurant industry I expect this location is about to get busy. we will absolutely be back! I also learned they cook everything to order which is AWESOME. Always hot and crispy, well worth the wait. That being said I likely will order online next time since I'm usually in a hurry. They have a drive through which I've never seen for a wing place so I'm excited to try it out. read more

I don't get how this place is even open. This is my first time here, and the employees are rude. The soda machine is broken, apparently it's always broken and never works. There were 8 people waiting at the register for an employee to come and fill their drink orders with the soda machine behind the counter and guess what?! THERE WERE NO EMPLOYEES AT THE FRONT FOR LIKE 5-8 MINUTES. Like HELLOOOOO?! Clearly none of these people have customer service skills and don't care about their jobs. Truly disappointed with this place. My sister spoke with with a few employees and they still seemed to not give a heck, the manager seemed to care more about her cell phone being charged than the customers!! My issue is with the actual operation of the restaurant...always get to go and generally use the app. Most times, I have to wait 5-10 mins after the requested time...while annoying not a huge deal. Tonight, was literally pulling into the drive through and received a call telling me the order was going to be another 30 minutes. No apology. No anything other than, "we just need you to come 30 minutes later..." Good wings, but their management needs to learn how to run a restaurant. read more

Only eat here if you are not on a time crunch. I ordered online so that it would be ready when we got there. My order said it would only take 16-21min. I am still waiting and it's been 30min. I was a big Wing Stop fan from California but haven't been to one in over 10 years. I was super excited to try them out when I heard they were in Meridian. I went there last night. I read a review that their fries were salty and decided to just do wings. I ordered 10 bone in wings which came with 2 sauces. I did 5 wings Lemon Pepper and 5 wings Mango Habanero. It seemed like it took a while while there was only one order a head of us but I love hot (temperature) wings so I didn't mind the wings being fresh and hot. When they finally came, I was disappointed at the size of the wings. My friend's boneless wings seemed to be decent sized. Since the price of wings have skyrocketed over the years, restaurants decided to market "larger wings" so when these bone in wings got to me, I thought I had ordered quail wings. They were fresh and seasoned well and tasted great but way too small. One of the reviews said they don't charge for ranch or bleu cheese but THEY DO charge, FYI. I ordered 10 wings and a side of ranch for almost $10 (just water, no drink). I thought it was a little too pricey and although they were good wings, there is better out there with bigger wings. My friend got a combo plate with fries and I tried the fries and they were salty and I wasn't a big fan of them. I am sure they will do well having a drive through on a busy street but I will stick to my other spots for wings. Location is a bit quirky in the Lowe's shopping center on Eagle/Ustick. read more

We are wingstop junkies from Arizona. We always look up wingstop when we travel.... we were so excited when they opened one up here since we live down the road. I hate to say it but we have given them quite a few chances and every single time we have been disappointed. We were the only people in here and we waited 30 minutes for our food, and when we finally got them the fries were dry and over cooked. From the looks of it there is only 1 employee here. Tried to order wingstop online at 10:30pm on a Friday night. Was not able too. Stopped by there at 10:40pm and they were closed but a bunch of kids were in there. I'm a chef and a huge critic of wings. I won't even order them at most places because they ruin them. I've been here at Wingstop a couple times now and they are AWESOME! My boyfriend and I like to come here to grab a beer and watch a game. It's nice to avoid the bar scene and enjoy some killer hot wings in a family friendly environment. The owner and staff have all been very friendly. Order the classic hot wings and it's a guaranteed win. The Korean and the hickory BBQ wings were also quite impressive. We had some Atomic wings and my lips were burning for an hour. We are big eaters and dinner for 2 usually runs us $30. This is our new favorite place for a cheat meal.
