So good gets dropped off and I immediately realize the bag is way too light for everything I order. Come to find out someone named Hailee ordered at the same time and I got her food... I try to find a customer service option on the app... not available... go to their website to submit a claim, wait 48 hours, still no response... I finally call customer service (thank you Reddit for posting the corporate number) and someone is able to resolve the issue. Listen, I honestly LOVE Wingstop, but they need a better quality control to prevent this from happening. I also learned now that even if it is more expensive to use DoorDash, I will use it from now on solely because their customer service is second to none when it comes to resolving any issues! Wingstop do better!

Maia was our server, and she did a great job. Very friendly and attentive. She served our pizza and boxed our leftovers for us. We got the combo deep dish pizza with a house salad. The pizza came out faster than it has in the past, and it was still delicious. Maybe a bit too much tomato sauce, but the meat and veggies were very good, and the crust was yummy! My daughter and I had a hazy IPA to go with our meal, also tasty. Full Disclosure: I come here for special occasions. I love the deep dish pizza, but it does not love my waistline. I live five minutes away, but by the time I got home the first pizza was clearly not as hot as the second, and both were relatively lackluster in flavor. The amount of bread in their deep dish wouldn't be as much of a challenge if they put an adequate amount of sauce on, but both pies were incredibly dry because it was mostly bread and cheese. Overall, I have no reason to give them a second chance. The pies weren't flavorful, were terrible the next morning, and I spent too much time and money to have that much disappointment. Old Chicago will continue to be my go to for deep dish.

I was literally trying to talk her that I wanted a total of 4 slices to make 2 big slices and was shut down. I took my 2 small slices and went on my merry way.
