I've eaten here at least 10 times. Half the time the wings are unacceptable. I asked for original hot well done, fries well done. This last time the fries looked like they were boiled, soggy. The wings had barely any sauce, not made with care at all. They looked like they were pulled out of the trash. I tried to eat them, I had to throw them away. One was bitter. Another look deformed. Others were odd, tendons, crunchy, etc. A very unpleasant experience this time. It's a shame, because some other times I've gone here they were excellent. When I came to pick up my order the people in the front were talking about a new Wingstop favor. I asked them if I could try it out they said NO to place it online. So I asked them if I could switch my favor since my order still needed 5 minutes they said NO because the Wingstop employees Dont work like that. I called the store and ask for to speak to the manager. The short ( sorry didn't get her name ) Manager came outside and kindly said yes to switching my favor to the new Corolina Gold favor and how much she likes the favor too. Love this new location. It's walking distance from my house. I don't have to drive to Burbank which saves me a ton of time. Mix&Match is my way to go and my wife loves boneless wings but I prefer the bone-in ones. Friendly and nice staff. I saw they also offer delivery or pick-up services through Doordash. This Wingstop is a complete scam, there's literally a small Table in front with a lap top and someone hands you the order. It's an empty room with a stand. I ordered online and picked up the food within 20 mins and the food was already cold, fries were super stale. Never go there they are awful. I ordered fries that was supposed to take 16-21 minutes, because they are always a little slow I showed up to pick up order within 25 minutes. Only to get there and fries were not ready I was told it would take an additional 5 minutes which turned into an additional 25 minutes. Only to get the fries home and for them to be undercooked and soggy!... I called the restaurant and spoke to Jessica to inform them of the issue they assured me that I would be issued a refund back on my card within 3-5 business days. I have not received the refund yet so I called back to inform the restaurant only for them to now say that the person that I spoke with originally lied and that would not get a refund. I love wingstop so on Tuesday night when my wife place an order and they gave her the wrong favor it made us upset because like I said I love wingstop my wife trying calling so many times because we wanted the correct favor no one picked up the phone so on Wednesday morning my wife called again the morning manager answer and helped us out with the mistake by giving us credit. I went in today and the service was beyond perfect and professional. Not only did the manager came out to talk to us but she also took the time to make out wings and gave it to us nice and warm. Honestly, I'm so let down by this establishment. The way they handle business is extremely unprofessional. I am a wing fu*king fanatic and I love WingStop.
