Came here as a last resort since it was one of the few spots open after 8pm, and it was a food place that I wanted out of all other options available. I checked into the front to order at the register. The man at the register had said to order online. I had asked him if I could order through him instead. There wasn't a busy line there at the time. Just a few people waiting for their orders. The worker had reiterated that he preferred I ordered online & never alluded to ordering at the register as an option. She is heavy set, dark hair, and was working there 11:30 AM February 18th 2026. Another customer had to tell me their system was down and I would have to order from the app. That was this employee's job to do not playing with her phone! The cashier was sweet and patient while we figured out what flavors we wanted. All the wings were pretty good. Most a good size. I always get mango habanero since I like spicy with a hint of sweet. The atomic wasn't as hot as you would expect, but I wasn't look for any a$$ blowing spice. The hubby always gets lemon pepper which can be a hit or miss depending on the ratio of lemon to pepper. Sometimes one is too strong and overpowers the other. My least fav was the Korean BBQ. Just too sweet. I wish they gave us more veggie sticks with this combo. I swear we used to get more in the past. They're like slightly larger nuggets , that you get at any McD's or BK, but the shape and size, and frankly the texture of the meat is more legit. It doesn't seem like the boneless thing they serve was quite so processed as nuggets in every other fast food joint. And the seasoning is pretty bold; I assume that's what everybody's looking for. He got 5 Hot Honey - actually tickles your tongue; 5 Louisiana - good tasting, but not really spicy; and 5 Garlic/Parm, probably my favorite. On the fries he asked them for extra seasoning, one of the wing flavors. The ranch that came with it is just how I make Ranch: a little salty, bold & herby. My compliments on their recipe. The fries were cooked a little too light , and got soggy pretty quickly, even though Sean asked for well done, extra crispy. The Monday/Tuesday 70 cent wing deal makes coming by a no brainer. And in Pacifica it's one of the few food places open later than other places, so quite honestly a score. The inside looks like every other Wingstop, pretty clean like 6/7 tables but nothing about the decor screamed glamorous which is to be expected it's a chain. The high was so high, and the low was too low. I was so happy to come try out the new Wing Stop in town. I placed my order online for pick up on a Wednesday evening. I got the 10 pcs combo, gotta have that Cajun and mango habanero! I was sooo ready to have those salty/slightly sweet fries too... When I arrived, I wasn't welcomed, which was kind of a bummer. There were about 3 staff members hanging at the registers just talking with eachother. It took them a good 2 minutes to acknowledge me. I let them know I was picking up, and I waited another 10 minutes or so for my food. When I got home I had about two hours worth of chores to do, so my food sat there patiently. Once I finally busted the bag open excited to enjoy my wings and fries, but......THE. FRIES. WERE. M.I.A. I wish I would have checked the bag before I left or even right when I got home. Poor Customer Service Recovery after making mistakes ensuring all orders are included once bagged for " take out! Just recently ordered 91.00 worth of food the 50 wing party pack which comes with 2 veggie stick orders and two large fries. I drive all the way home back of the valley o Lu to discover they did not include the two orders of veggie sticks! I call them to advice them of their oversight... not even an " apology" or an offer if a free side to throw in for the tine & gas it would take me to return to go back to get the missing order! All they stated was " I can issue you a credit fir next tine you come I. To get your free veggie sticks that you didn't receive!" They need to show a little more accountability in representingWing Stop as an establishment that hires competent employees! A prior experience to this, I ordered extra side corn on the cob and once again upon opening my bag after I drive home, I discovered the order missing! At that time I didn't bother to go back due to gas and tine. The all time worst experience was when my daughter ordered wings to go and when she bit Into it she discovered the meat was undercooked and red and raw close to the bones. They should check the cooking temperature regularly and train their staff with project cooking temperatures as well as sanitary food handling!
