After hearing a Wingstop opened up much closer to home, I had to come and try it out. ~Service~ The staff was nice and helpful. They were patient with me because it took me a little while to order what I wanted. My order took a little while to get though, 4 other people after me got their orders after I did. But other than that everything else was perfect. ~Food~ Perfect. Delicious. The fries, sprinkled with a little sugar on top makes it really good, depends on the persons preference though. I got 20 pieces, of bone in chicken. I was able to get 3 different flavors which were garlic parmesan, classic hot, and lemon pepper. The lemon pepper was my favorite flavor of the three. The sourness of the lemon makes it taste really good. The Garlic parmesan tasted more like parmesan, with no garlic whatsoever. And the classic hot, was your typical buffalo sauce. The chicken was crunchy and perfectly cooked although some of the pieces were crunchier than I wanted them to be. Overall, the wings were decent and I would come back again. I went to eat here and I order my food like at 2:40 and I didn't get my order till like 3:25 and the worst part was that it wasn't busy. So people that came after us where getting there Orders before us.There excuse was that it was taking longer because I ordered bone in and there was other guests that order bone in after me and they got it before me. gets worst the food wasn't even fullly cooked. I like the wings at Wingstop best versus other primary wing establishments. The wings here are very much like all other Wingstops. My favorite is lemon pepper but the garlic parmesan and Louisiana rub are good also. They are fairly busy and the time to get your food is the usual fifteen to twenty minutes, which is what you'd expect since they're cooking the wings to order. read more

This was our second visit to this Wingstop since we have two in the same neighborhood. We didn't order any combos because we don't drink soda so we just ordered a 20 piece wing with some fries for takeout.... they handed us the bag, I took a look in the bag I saw the ranch dressings and some food right below it so I thought my order was correct since they called me by my name. After returning home and only found 10 piece wings and fries so I decided to call the store and tell them that I was missing my 10 piece, I was so embarrassed and humiliated by the guy that answered I believe his name was Franklin. He said that they double checked and they're sure they gave me the food and that I was just asking for extra wings I was going back-and-forth with them to let them know that that was not the case I want what I paid for, at that point he said we don't give a refund I was trying to explain to him I did not want a refund I just wanted my missing order he passed me to some female that was just as rude as him to make a short story they were able to give me my extra wings with a big attitude and being very disrespectful when I got there I had to wait for the correct order towards the end I told the girl I wanted to give them some feedback regarding how they treated me on the phone at that point they got very loud and disrespectful and told me that they didn't care that they weren't wrong and basically just kept saying bye good night with their hands in the air. I'm so upset with this wing stop. for starters I'm not from here (Pasadena) I'm visiting on a family trip. Wingstop seemed easy and familiar so I decided to google the nearest Wingstop and this one popped up I called this wing stop because online said they delivered but when I called the girl over the phone she said they didn't deliver so to door dash so I said ok and hung up I don't have door dash and decided to call back and place my order for pickup. I don't know this area well so I rather not have left my hotel but I was fine with going. Well the girl over the phone took my order and told me it would be ready at 9:00pm. So I sent my husband at that time to pick the food up and they told him they never had a order for us they also acted as if I never called in and spoke with anyone. It's so upsetting because I'm not from here and I have 2 small children with me who are ready to eat. We already waited about 25min plus drove from our hotel for you to say you don't have my order is unexceptional. So now my husband had to re order and wait a extra 25 mins. I was so upset when he called me and had to reput the order in the girls could have just owned up and said they forgot to put the order in verses lying to cover themselves by saying they never got a order. Don't waste your time with this Wingstop! I mean, there's a Chick fil A across the street so step up your chicken game! I've had boneless wings from this location a couple of times and the chicken is oddly shaped or lacking any real flavor. The seasonings were subpar and the Cajun was bland and dry. It almost tasted like the chicken was recently frozen and then fried. The fries were nice and crispy but I would definitely pass on the boneless wings. Before this Wingstop opened up I would always drive to Monrovia to get my fix. Came here after work with my friend to enjoy some wings. I ordered a 10 piece original hot and garlic Parmesan. The 5 original hot came out fine, but I was given lemon pepper instead of the garlic Parmesan. When my friend politely asked to get them replaced, she was met with petty attitude from one of the employees. Instead of receiving 5 correct wings, we were given 4 and the reason was that one of the wings was bitten into. We work in the food service industry as well, this is an unacceptable way to act towards patrons and a terrible way of addressing a small issue. read more

Had it for lunch. Not at all healthy, but very yummy. The fries are seasoned perfectly. I like the lemon pepper chicken fingers because I can order my own side of sauce - my favorite - which is sweet honey mustard. I go overboard and feel completely disgusted with myself by ordering the delicious BBQ-flavored tenders AND the honey mustard sauce. Ordered wings to go... Hawaiian and Teriyaki. Got home, ate one of the Hawaiian ones, to find out it was HOT, not Hawaiian. Luckily I called, and they made me a new order. My friends and I went here on 7/19 at 10:20pm to eat but when we were ordering the cashier already told us that they were already closing and we need to take our order to go. So my friend and I tells them that their door says that they close at 12am (their website also state that they close at 11:45pm) and we will have the food for here and we will eat as fast as we could. The rest of the employees started telling the customers that they will close soon so the other customers began leaving. Once the other customers left the employees started locking the door from outside around 10:50pm. Before it was 11pm there were quite a lot of possible customers that they have lost. The employees started their closing routine as we were eating. They were counting the money, putting the chairs up and cleaning the tables as a way to drive us out there faster so they can leave sooner. Then one of the employees started frying more chicken which was suspicious considering that they were apparently closed. I'm not sure what the actual closing time for this location but yelp is the only website that says they close at 10:45pm. Their door and google says they close at 12am, their website says they close at 11:45pm. There were no other signs at the store that they close at 11pm. Whatever their real closing time is I'm sure their last call is not at 10:30pm. It was an overall unpleasant experience. This place is reliable if you ever want to feel like you're with your family that you have beef with. Homegirls In the back. Hella disrespectful. But we not finna mess with they money. It's a Wingstop. Nothing fancy. The service was good. I was accidentally shorted 2 wings and brought it to the attention of the young lady working the register and the issue was quickly resolved. I didn't get anything extra, nor did I expect it. But it was nice to see that the service was quick. People were friendly and the food was good. Came during lunch time and it was not too bad.
