Instead of simply paying the employess a higher minimum wage they have increased the prices almost 2X to make the coustomers pay more due to the increase of minimum wage. Last i checked this companny made several millions last year in profits. This location is special. I live in Alhambra and I make the extra 20 minute drive just to have my wings made by this crew. The order is always on time, accurate, and consistent. You specify the pickup location. You even PAY online, before you go to the store. I completed my order online from my phone on my way home. Then I drove 10 minutes to the store, checked in with the cashier, and now have been waiting over 20 minutes and I still have not received my order. I got the wrong drinks our fries weren't even seasoned even though we asked for extra seasoning. The chicken tenders don't even get me started. Went in today ordered the 15 piece meal for 2. I ordered boneless but when I got my order and they gave me class bone-in got there at one. My order didn't come out until 1:45pm, it's took them 45 minutes to get my order out and we were the only ones in there. Definitely not coming back again. The customer service was outstanding, and my food was made exactly how I ordered it. I was so pleased with the service i received from this store. Carmela went above and beyond to help me get my order exactly how I wanted. Im a very picky person and my whole life I thought there was nothing for me to eat from the wingstop menu. This visit with my kids was different. Carmela helped me understand how I can custom my fries and tenders. To top it off I was very impressed how the store is so clean, compared to other wingstops I've visit in the past. I would never dine in with my kids because of dirty tables and bathrooms!!! Wingstop used to be really good, with fair prices. But ever since 2017, they've gotten way too greedy and raised their prices. And also, you cannot get wings a la carte, you have to get a combo that costs around $12. Don't even bother going on their website, you won't be able to find the prices there. And once you get to Wingstop, and order your food, it will take around 12 minutes to prepare. It takes time.
