Worst wing stop I've ever been to. The worker kept us waiting at the register for seven minutes while she was on hold with a phone order. The proper thing to do is ask the phone order to hold and take our order. The drink machine was out of Ice and Dr. Pepper. There was no lids for the cups. Employees fry the wings, put down your order, talk and joke around having a jolly good time before finishing the order (this includes the person in a blue shirt who I assume is a manager). Went here today with my bf we were craving some wings so we ordered the meal for two which was 15 boneless wings, fries and two drinks. We also ordered some veggie sticks which were celery and carrots. The cashier was friendly and got our order correct. We waited about 15 minutes for our food but wasn't too bad since they have the self serve mixology coke machine which is pretty cool because you have a lot of different choices for your beverage. Got our food fresh but for some reason the lemon pepper wings are always on the greasy side not just at this at this location though. Good here is pretty good but that's not why I'm writing this review, there is a Mexican man that works here , he's a shorter guy with a tattoo on his hand and i have to say the guy deserves a raise m, a promotion or at least some recognition because he seems to really e joy his job, he was super friendly and polite to all the customers that I saw while waiting for my food, he spoke to all of us and just really went out of his way to be extra engaging and friendly to everyone. First, I waited in line for 15 minutes before my order was taken. They only had one register open and the Manager seemed to be just walking around the kitchen on the phone without a worry about the impatient customers. After a few exchanges through e-mail, I had received some stuff through the mail and decided to give them another try. It seems that employee is no longer there or just happens to be off at the times I go and the service is much better at handling online orders. My orders no longer sit there anymore and who ever was the cashier that day would check the bags behind them immediately as soon I gave them my name. A good step up and had made the experience different. I had returned back to a weekly customer once again and I usually go at the exact time the Wingstop App tells me to go and my order has been ready every single time (currently 8 times).
