i came here on 11/06/2019 at 739pm pt my host was Adriana according to my receipt. i work customer service so i want to give credit where credit is due. i was waiting in line behind a challenging customer. a cashier was helping a challenging customer so another employee noticed that and right away offered to help me in the other register. that action right away was very nice. people really don't go out of heir way at other places. she was also so very nice and offered me better deals. the whole staff that day was very great. made my experience favorable. i have gone to other wingstop locations and this location is by far the best around SGV. it was mainly the two girls in the front very nice, kind and helpful not only with me but wih other customers. as i waited for my food i noticed how nice they were to everyone and i appreciate that. if anymore info needed feel free to reach out to me. keep up the great work out there because it can get tough. read more

i was introduced to the lemon pepper by my cousin and instantly fell in love, however upon my 3rd take out order at this location... I noticed when I got home the chicken was flavorless and there was a big puddle of oil at the bottom of the carry out box. gross. Service here is slow as fuck. I did online order and was suppose to be done by 8:28. Got there at 8:35 and they said 2 more minutes. 5 minutes went by they didn't call me, 10 minutes later still nothing. I go ask and my wings are just sitting there. I love wing stop and this is my main place, usually I order online the classic 10 combo and they have it ready by the time I drive over. The workers are friendly and greet me with a welcome to wing stop. I've probably come here around 10 times and usually at the register there either a super kind 20-30 year old woman or a very young looking man, either way keep up the amazing job here. read more

Employees lack customer service skills. They'll use their cell phones in the dining area to call and yell at each other. The wings are lackluster. Alondras is way better. Their napkins are those rolls of brown paper towels without perforations. The hickory smoked wings were "okay/good enough" according to my boyfriend. The lemon pepper were seriously under seasoned. The female employees didn't smile at all. The males at least made eye contact and asked if I needed help. They have a fancy soda machine but it's pointless when all the regular options (not diet or water) are out. It took the staff over 30 minutes to change the syrups. A Wing Stop just opened near my work. I really enjoy boneless wings so I went to check it out especially with all the good things I have heard about Wing Stop. Wow! I sure regretted it! Between my friend and I we had tried four different flavors, bbq, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and Louisiana rub. 3 out of the 4 flavors were beyond salty. The lemon pepper tasted extremely artificial. The fries had so much salt on them I had to wipe my hands after eating each fry. The roll was too dry to even eat. The only thing I enjoyed were the carrots. I have no interest in ever going back here. I was going to give 1 star, but the customer service was decent. read more

Oh my what happen here, this place before had bad service but juicy fresh wings, now it has better service but the wings are dry and old. I had my fair share of wings in my life and you can tell when wings are dead or been sitting out for awhile with the inside the bone dark and dry. Important things to know: 1. They sell 50 cent boneless wings all day on Monday and Tuesday. 2. In terms of value, regularly priced menu items here are pricier than than Chipotle and The Habit Burger next door. The experience: The place was clean, but seating inside was limited and cold! I only ate 10 boneless hot wings here. The food was OK. I liked it because it was chicken, but I've had better tasting microwaved Tyson chicken tender strips. I was still hungry after I left because I woke up late for work and didn't eat any breakfast. So I went and grabbed a burger at In-N-Out before I headed back to work. Interesting fact: 1. I calculated the tax they charged me in my head and estimated they charged a 8.25% tax rate here, when I think it should have been 9.00%. I think it is an error because they just opened and the tax rate when they applied for a business license was probably 8.25% at the time. Value Ranking: 1. The Habit Burger 2. Chipotle 3. Wings are one of those foods that can be faked, cover chicken in Buffalo Sauce and Serve it With Ranch and Call it a Wing. No. A Wing should be Meaty, Well Fried and be Served with Blue Cheese Dressing and Celery Sticks. The Sauce can vary as long as it's Hot. It's a Chicken Wing ! This wing stop is fairly new so I've only been here twice but so far both visits have been good. Normally I don't write reviews for fast food places but I really appreciate this cashier's effort for keeping the place clean. As I was waiting for my wings it got pretty slow so he started wiping down the counter tops and even went outside on the patio to pick up trash off the floor. This is a big thumbs up for me bc I hate germs and litterbugs! Way to go. This guy is really doing his job well. I usually order thru my app and pick up my food real quick but still have to wait at least 10-45mins after the set time which is supposed to be roughly 30mins after the time you order. Today I decided to walk in and order. This place is usually unorganized. But what I really don't like is the service. You walk up to the counter, don't get acknowledged til about 3mins after they notice you and figure chatting it up with other coworkers is more important than taking the customers order. I work in busy, somewhat restaurant style environment and we make sure the customer knows we care and will have their order ready with satisfying service. I went there today to purchase 10 wings for lunch (Boneless Tuesdays 50 cents). I ordered 5 Lemon Pepper and 5 Mild. The wait for 10 wings was almost 30 minutes, which is very poor. They were busy since it was lunch hours, but it doesn't make sense to me. If they were busy during lunch hours, why would it take 30 minutes to prepare 10 wings? Most businesses know that Lunch hour are peak hours so they should PREPARE the wings BEFORE lunch rush hits. Other than that I was hastily getting back to work because we're permitted only half an hour, but this took half an hour to get ready.... Then when I arrived back at my office, There were ONLY EIGHT WINGS. They charged me for 10, but only gave me 8? I was actually surprised that the sauces were 0.80 each. The quality of the boneless were really salty and I had to gulp down 2 cups of water to process it. There were NO flavor on the Lemon Pepper and NO flavor on the Mild. It looked like it just got dyed Yellow and Red. So far, my knowledge of this place is new, so I'll give them leeway, but so far, I won't be returning anytime soon.
