There are two kids running this joint and they forgot the ranch like other people said because they are either careless or have too much on mind going on and a million stressors. Order by phone and they say 10- 15 minutes really means 1 hour. Ridiculously slow and bad service! So Let me add a bit more....I wrote the above review while waiting for my food. In the end they acknowledged the long wait.....although still did not apologize or admit to giving me the wrong wait time....it seems like they forgot my order. Pick-up order...and they forgot the sauce....without the sauce, they're essentially an overpriced version of chicken strips from McDonalds. You shouldn't have to double check your own order for accuracy...especially if it's for one person. I've never written a review for any restaurant because i think there's no need and it just doesn't feel right, but i couldn't bare it. The chicken was absolutely nasty. Easily the worst chicken i've ever eaten. Don't get me wrong, the employees are very nice and they're doing their job it's not their fault that they get horrible chicken shipped to their store, but it was truly disgusting. We usually get our wingstop fix in San Carlos, which is really well run, but we wanted to just pick up closer to home, and the store on Delaware was just down the street. Big mistake. Store does not have any leadership, workers do not have guidance. Order took 25 minutes to fulfill, most wingstops deliver order in 14 minutes. Soda machine did not have coke or sprite, most choices not available. Workers seemed to be comping their friends, bringing chicken to a table without ringing it up, order placed after me was fulfilled before me. Tip jar was out which I have not seen at other wingstops. Cashier was listed as Jason, but a woman was the cashier. No lemons or limes in hopper. Too many faults to list. Did not get soda cup until I asked for it after 15 minutes of waiting, go to Millbrae store, it was more professional than this store. And San Carlos store also much better the owners there actually work and supervise and it makes a big difference. read more

Four of us stopped here after playing music, to have dinner at 10:02PM. We were starving and had to hit the road to drive 2 hours afterwards. Here is our experience. Our order was taken on one tab (it was very confusing just to get our order in) and receipt stamped at 10:02PM. We went to get our sodas and there was almost nothing left. It smelled like body odor in there. There was a show about disease playing on the tv. We waited. I went over to check on what the workers were doing, and the whole floor behind the counters was completely sudsy, as if it was after closing. I don't know how anyone could prepare wings back there without risking a serious tumble. Also it stunk, really bad combo those heavy chemical smells and all the various wings flavors. 24 minutes later, we were ready to leave. So we went up to the counter to ask for a refund. We were going to have to sit outside in the cold and eat because of the smell, wasn't appealing. Anyway, they said it would only take 2 more minutes and asked if we wanted it to go. We obliged. We sat in our SUV with all our band gear crowding us, and stuffed in some wings before departing. We said if we ever suggest wing stop again, stop us. read more

Love wingstop but it's right in front of where we live and when the wind is blowing you can smell that deep fryer going and it's strong. And we're in a complex closer to the highschool! I could hardly imagine the people who live in the apartments that are directly behind it. Bad experience. I ordered a 30 wing deal with veggies. Was asked what wing sauce I wanted, so I said lemon-pepper, on the side. The employee asked me what dip for the veggies I wanted, I said blue cheese. 20 minutes I was told. I walked next door to Starbucks for a coffee, and looked at my Wingstop receipt... and saw it was wrong, they had charged me for something called "cheese fries". I went back to Wingstop and they gave me a puzzled look, said that's what you ordered... I said, "nope", and I didn't want to pay for them. My order was now ready, but it took the gal (manager) at the cash register 10 minutes to figure out how to give a cash refund... while my food got cold. I asked what was taking so long, and got attitude from her. Finally I was refunded, got in my car, drove the few miles home, and opened my now cold wings... and found they did now include the veggies nor the blue cheese dip we had discussed, and I had ordered and. THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had. Ordered and paid online for pick up. Said to come in at 6. So arrived at 6. They checked me in and had me verify my order which I did. They said it wasn't ready yet which is fine, not great but I don't mind waiting. So I wait 20 minutes and ask for an update. They say they don't have my name or my order, so I ask the person that checked me in. She said it doesn't appear in the system once she checks it in and can't pull it back up. At this point 2 other people, one waiting since 5:45 ask about their orders and they say they don't have them either. Who doesn't put peoples orders in the queue when they check in!?!? At this point I am fed up and ask for a refund. They say none of them are managers and can offer a refund. They call their manager (why there is no manager at the actual store I have no idea) who says to have them write my name down and they will call me back and my refund will take a few days. What a crock, like I'm gonna believe you will keep a random bit of paper with my name on it and call me back for a refund. Calling corporate to get a refund that way. What's a guy gotta do to get some wings. They could have offered to put my order in ASAP but instead I'm home, without my money and without wings. What a terrible business. read more

My gift card has still not been replaced. Im still out 47.50 I was told it came in May but nothing. I was to have my card replaced because the balance was transferred to a new card. It was done because my card wasn't working at a local wing stop it was assumed it was damaged or demagnetized, upon further inspection it was discovered that the local wingstop dosent accept wing stop gift cards and was given an apology and told I would be given an extra 15 for in inconvenience.
