I found my new Chinese restaurant to eat or order takeout. the service that the gentleman who I believe is the GM there is very nice. He's very hospitable and he's on point when you order your food. my wife and I ordered four chicken wings with fried rice combo I ordered mine with a dollar extra of roast pork, which makes a big difference. My Wife ordered hers with a dollar extra shrimp, but what kicks awesome is when you order on the side garlic sauce it replaces the need to put soy sauce or duck sauce on your fried rice, you need to try it , it tastes great. for what we ordered We had to bring food back because we almost ate a little bit more than half of our meal. These meals are very economical for $10 especially being the fact that they give you so much fried rice in that food. One thing I do recommend is ask them to cut the chicken wings in half before they fry them. They come out much better cooked and much better served on your to go platter. read more

Yummy not in the name but it's more yummy than the other Yumi or Yummy places around town. I love fried rice as it was my first introduction to Chinese cuisine as young boy over 10 years ago. And the Young-Chou Fried Rice was some of the best fried rice I've ever had. It wasn't very soy heavy, it was loaded with different proteins (pork, chicken, shrimp), and plenty of green onions. I ordered mine without peas/carrots and they nailed it. The container was also pretty big too. It seemed like more than other places are serving. Tried Wok N' Roll next door to Jersey Mike's for lunch and ate in restaurant which has a few tables. Egg drop soup excellent. Five star. Smooth and not too salty. The quality of the food has changed. I have been coming here for the pass 9 years. I' m not sure if there's new owner's, but the quality and the flavoring is so bad. I order through Uber eats and I must say, everything was still piping hot. However, overall it was not great. I ordered Mongolian beef (which came with white rice), house fried rice and 4 egg rolls. The Mongolian beef is advertised as sweet and spicy but it's more sweet than anything, only had a very slight after taste of spice. Also, seemed like there was 30 slices of onions to every thin sliced of meet. I love onions but...I ordered beef. Very misleading for portion size. The fried rice seems like it would be pretty decent fresh. My order tasted very dry, probably from earlier in the day even though the box was hot. The outside of the egg rolls were okay, maybe crispier before delivery. Which is understandable. But the filling was sooo mushy and all could taste was cabbage, no seasoning or meat (maybe a veggie one, meat was not in the description on Uber eats). It's edible but just not for me. I just cannot find a decent place in East Orlando for Chinese food. One of my favorite places to stop by when I want cheap Chinese food. They have a variety of options. My favorite item off the menu is sesame chicken or chicken with broccoli dinner combo plate. I think it is a great deal for how much they give. It comes with soup, an egg roll, your entrée, and fried rice (pork most of the time). The food always takes at most 15 minutes unless they are extremely busy. The business owner is also always friendly every time I order. I have only had one bad experience with them when my food came spoiled. It was just the soup but I figured that they had a less busy week and reused the soup from the day prior. Wok & Roll has been in this current location for quite awhile now and honestly, it was years since I had been here. There was a marked decline on both the food and customer service. I remember where they wanted to upcharge me something ridiculous for a wonton and egg drop soup mix (something very common not only in the northeast, but even down here). I get an upcharge, but for what their upcharge would have been, it would have been cheaper for me to get a pint of egg drop soup and a pint of wonton soup and mix them than to get a pint of the egg drop wonton mix soup. Anyway, it seemed to be a good time to try this place again. For the meals, we went with two of their dinner combination meals. We had a shrimp lo mein combination dinner and a hunan chicken combination dinner. Both came with both a soup and an egg roll and both were very large portions for a fair price. By the way, I had an egg drop wonton mix as my soup and no upcharge. The food was OK, nothing great and the fried rice was pretty terrible. My hunan chicken was a bit bland. The soup was good, but the egg roll was as bad as the fried rice. All I could taste was greasy cabbage. Service was nothing special, though the food came out pretty quickly. I guess that I will give it three stars. Nothing special and the rice and egg roll was pretty much subpar, but the portions were pretty good. read more

I drive miles for their fried rice which is great. Today I bought a seafood combo for 16.00 most expensive fish on the menu. Was suppose to be an assortment of crab shrimp lobster scallops. What I got was an entire container of broccoli 3 shrimp and one small piece of lobster. I'll stick to local from now on. Wings - pretty good, decent, not overly yellowish like some other restaurants and its tastes good. Beef broccoli - large portion for the combo and the fried rice that came with it was also good too. Hot and sour soup - HORRIBLE. Too much vinegar, too much dark soy sauce. It was really just vinegar and water with soy. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I understand this is a stressful time and people are over worked and under paid, however a simple smile or some form of acknowledgment takes absolutely no effort! Not only was I not greeted , the cashier seemed annoyed that she had to take my order. Secondly, when I asked for condiments for my meal the cashier argued with me regarding the number of packs of duck sauce and soy sauce I needed/wanted. To be clear I have no desire to stock my pantry with soy sauce or duck sauce but I would like enough for my meal ( 4 packs). If not for the fact I had pre ordered and paid I would have walked out immediately and never went back! We live in the area and have ordered from here many times. Recently something has changed. I think they are under new ownership and the quality of the food has gone down. The lo mien was over cooked and just tuned into mush when you tried to eat it. The Gen Tso chicken was all breading. Most of the few chunks where all breading, no chicken! We also ordered the Orange Beef which was the same thing, all breading. The sauce on our ordered came out gloppy. Even the steamed rice was dried out. So I recently order a large business order from this restaurant and the customer service is very horrendous. You would think that if you are getting a large order that you will be making a nice amount of money but this company doesn't care. The lady that rang up the order was very rude and didn't listen to anything I said. She was very confrontational versus trying to understand what I was calling about. We received the Oder and here is the opinion of items. Chicken fried rice was loaded with chicken. The rice was tender to bite and all veggies were cooked just right. Orange chicken was fantastic. I have to say they they really have the most flavorful orange chicken around. You can taste the orange and the chicken is fried just right with ample sauce. Chicken with mushrooms is kind of bland looking but I expected a brown sauce. It was a white sauce. But the chicken was tender and the flavor was great. Wonton soup was great as well.
