PRICE REDUCTION! COME TRY WOOGA!!! Whoever is marketing this place needs to step up cause alot of people don't understand or know that it's actually two different style of dining inside of one. This restaurant is by Chodang Village and inside is two of their entities: Tofu House (korean entrees) and Wooga (Kbbq). They have separate menus so if you're doing Kbbq and you want to look at the tofu house entree menu you'll have to ask for it. Tofu House specializes in classic Korean homemade dishes, entree style that you can order and eat with your family without KBBQ. They are known for their soups. You can dine here for just regular korean food like seafood pancakes, stir fried and bibimbap. - Galbi, good thick pieces, very flavorful but missing the charcoal grill smell - Seafood tofu soup - good, can adjust your spice level, alot of good big pieces of seafood. Mostly clams and mussels. - mackerel - delicious, plump fish, lightly salted - Tebokki - okay, not my favorite but my nephew ate whole thing in one sitting - seafood pancake - delicious, good amount of seafood, great dipping sauce, it was crispy. I love it. Wooga KBBQ is the grilling part of the restaurant where you can either order sets or a la carte of meat and they will cook and serve you. There are a few entrees/appetizers you can order here as well. The meat quality is on the higher side so it's more expensive than regular kbbq places. THIS IS NOT AYCE. Service was great, I was happy our meats looked good. I've been viewing some photos on here and some of the brisket looked like it was all fat. We got a good cut. This is not AYCE: they cook it for you and you tell them how you want your meats. We did medium rare, they cook it fast... and they come back fast and change out the meat fast too so it feels a bit rushed. I wish it was a bit slower cause I am a slow eater and I hate cold meats. My favorite meats were the lightly seasoned short rib and the ribeye steak. The brisket even though we had a good cut, the waiter overcooked it and used a flamethrower on top.. which I do not think that was necessary. It ended up being burnt and dry. Watch your brisket. Side dishes was good, everything refillable except for the complimentary Egg, Cheese corn and Soybean soup. The cheese corn and soybean soup were super good!!! Probably the best soybean soul I ever had. Overall I give it a 8/10 for Wooga; will be back! Seems like the side dishes are inconsistent, it changes our daily and sometimes you'll receive 10 banchan sometimes only 6. Guess it depends on what they have for the day

If you enjoy premium meat with a strong emphasis on quality, this is the place to be. We had the small prime beef combo that includes brisket, boneless short ríbs, and ribeye - and the amount was perfect for my husband and I. Since it is quality meat, it is pricey compared to the typical AYCE Korean BBQ. As soon as we were seated, we had our drinks and banchan. The complimentary salad was on the spicy side. I think since they just opened, they could use some improvement on the service. The combos usually come with steamed rice, but we never had any brought out; not a big deal since we were more focused on the protein anyhow. They also brought out all the starter dishes like egg, stew, and corn-cheese dishes, but didn't bring us any plates to eat with. Besides that, service was fast and efficient. They cook the meat for you, so you don't have to worry about that while enjoying your meal. I don't think a lot of people know about this place yet, so we were seated immediately and there was plenty of room on a Saturday afternoon. They also have a big TV at the front of the restaurant; obviously a big hit since it's the World Cup final today. I will definitely be back in the future!

Second time in a week. The meat is fresh and perfectly marinated. The Korean side dishes are amazing. Great place to bring the family for dinner or lunch. Service is quick and friendly.

Brand new Korean bbq spot in Haltom City. Very nice inside and clean. Everyone seems to be wondering if it's AYCE...no it's not. It's à la carte. Keep in mind it's fairly expensive here but it's exceptional quality meat. The food is delicious! Give them a visit!

We stopped in for their first week open and were very impressed by the attentive service and yummy food. The bbq side of the restaurant was definitely busier but we were both craving bibimbap and definitely left satisfied and full. They didn't have the galbi yet but I was completely pleased with the bulgogi instead. Vibe is a little lively but nice. We'll definitely be back!

Only speaking for the tofu side there are two sides of this restaurant. Service was god awful and slow took them forever to seat us and take or order when they did it was very rude. Food is also not served authentic so if you're expecting an authentic experience you will not find it here.

Wasn't asked upon entry which side we preferred but fyi there's (2) different dining sections, a tofu house and kbbq side where you grill meats. There's even 2 different menus but wasn't offered which section we wanted. Anywho we were sat on the kbbq side in a private room with another larger group. Sat several minutes before someone gave us a menu. Once we finally ordered everything came out pretty quickly and fresh. I will say I prefer to cook my own meat as opposed to the waiters doing it there. He even brought a torch out to cook the pork belly. Throughout the night we experienced not so great service and had to ring the bell several times. Even just to get water or some napkins. The large set comes with 3 rice bowls, refill of banchans, 1 egg, 1 soup, 1 salad. Seafood pancake we ordered was delicious especially with sauce. The cooked Galbi was great too. Overall, I'd recommend this place to others but just beware of slow service. I think once things calm down in a few months service will be better. Enjoy!

I got the smoked turkey with green beans and the burnt in beans. They really are one of my favorite side dishes to eat. The two guys carving meat were funny, friendly, and helpful. They graciously gave me a taste of the turkey before I ordered it and I'm glad they did. I love the family style seating. This place is nice and comfortable. Unfortunately I always go during work so I never get a beer. They live up to their name, fully supporting this great country and the constitution that defends it So go, support local barbecue!

I ordered the most excellent BBQ Sundae that consisted of loaded mashed potatos and Mexicican style street corn topped with delicious chopped brisket and jalepeno cheddar sausage. The slicer graciously allowed me to substitute the black pepper sausage for the jalepeno cheddar and the combination was absolute dynamite, ya hear????? The service was kind and enthusiastic just like at many of the other reputable Texas BBQ joints. Barbecue folks=Good folks. My husband just had a side of the cowboy beans to enjoy for lunch. I thought the beans were excellent. I noticed too that they also have burnt end beans that are more like a baked bean dish. We chose a two meat brisket platter with brisket burnt ends, sliced brisket, the cowboy beans and Mexican street corn to take home. We paid a premium because our platter was essentially a double brisket platter. No problemo! Just give us that brisket goodness! We thought everything was fantastic and would definitely recommend as a great place in North Richland Hills for barbecue. I appreciate the patriotic theme of the restaurant and simply adore the name.

We got the Hells Half Acre at around $100 and it could easily feed 6 people. So much food and extremely delicious. There were 3 of us and we barely made a dent. Meats: they were out of the ribs and sausage :( but they substitute with anything but their brisket. We got a double order of their pulled pork and turkey. The meats alone were worth the trip. Sides: we got the Borracho beans and the cream corn. My daughter is a huge fan of their corn so we got 2 of them since the Hells Half Acre comes with 3 sides (and they are huge) Convenience: no 2 hours to wait in line before they open, just show up and order. Usually places like this are a step below but the taste was on point! Sauce: food doesn't need it but boy does that sauce hit. Cons: didn't come with bread and the counter service looked less than thrilled to take orders. Ranking: tied with Hutchins. For context I've been to Franklins, Goldees, LeRoy and Lewis, La Barbeque, Cattleack, Hard 8, Terrys, Pecan Lodge and others in Texas and from an overall experience they don't come close to Panther City. When you don't have to wait in line and the meat is just as good and the sides are better- no brainer!

I will go back the next time I am in Fort Worth and I urge you to go as well.
