I phone in an order from their Mediterranean menu at least 3 times a month, and I always add an extra side of tabbouleh and hummus. My orders get a little pricey, but their combo plates are pretty big and I get to enjoy my left overs for a few days. Customer service is terrible. They used to have good staff back in the day, staff that was friendly and would acknowledge you and make you feel welcomed. Now they have a bunch of kids working the front that lack basic etiquette and usually seem like they are overwhelmed by the work they are doing. Food is good and it's HALAL and that is why people usually come to this joint but with their continuous bad customer service, it's only a matter of time before they start losing regular customers. I am a regular at this place but because of the poor customer service experience the last two times I have visited, I will not be returning for some time now. I think it's different managers and one of them is sloppy doesn't care that much. The chicken strips melt in your mouth and are piping hot. Cheese pie and zaatar is made fresh to order. Mushroom burger is on point! Fries are crunchy and hot. I was stuck between the steak wrap and the beef shawarma wrap, we decided to get both and share. Both were filling and the meat was juicy but not greasy! This place is my number one for this quarantined 2020. They never F up a Postmates order, EVER!!! On top of that, the food is delicious, their wedges taste just like shakeys pizza potatoes.
