Food, I tried 2 burgers and one of them was a meal, I had the inferno burger and the wester burger I was iffy about western with "HALAL" bacon and Bbq sauce but since my waiter recommended it I had to take him on his word and it was just amazing juicy and cooked to perfection!! the inferno was amazing as well spicy and delicious service, amazing friendly service you feel like your speaking with a friend or a buddy! and not only does one waiter help you if you need anything there was a waitress who would also check up on me for refills when my waiter was busy with other customers! Yesterday night i came here to have dinner with my family and it was packed busy! Now i wouldve assumed that, seeing how it is labor weekend but i doubt that was the problem i only saw 2 waiters running around, i felt bad for them because service and the food wasnt bad at all but it took them 30minutes just to help us and another 20minutes just to take our order. I asked the waiter how come theyre only 2 waiters he said that 2 of our coworkers are sick, im sorry but thats not an excuse for managment not to have more people helping them...i loved this place too much to leave a two star, but this isnt the first time i come and its like this. I can say that they have consistently good food and service. food: greasy but delicious service: attentive and accomodating place: clean and spacious price: reasonable (really good food) I've tried the halal bacon burger and Steak sub, so good! The food is good ok. BUT these owners that run this place are so cheap they don't hire enough staff to run this resteraunt. If a big family comes or they're little packed they get overwhelmed and ruin the food lessen the quantity and overall it's a bad experience for the customers. I came in and he told me once I sat down that the wait time was 1 hour and 30 min. That is beyond ridiculous. If they had more than one chef this wouldn't happen. The staff gets Rude many times and must understand that customers come hungry. I've been coming here for many years and they have never fixed this staff issue. Ridiculous. read more

Very slow service... If the place is busy, you should hire more people - not simply tell your customers that youre busy. I felt like the waiter hated me for ordering. My friend was a refused a refill, only to watch the waiter refill another customers drink right after he told my friend to hold on. The food was decent, but the restaurant experience requires both quality food and service. It's unbelievable to see how much potential this place has. This is my go-to spot for my Halal needs, by far the best grilled chicken burger ive had around. Ive come here so much, I feel like ive tried everything at least once lol. When I picked up my order, the meat was ground beef instead of asada. I was expecting actual asada strips or chopped-up asada, not ground beef. If I wanted ground beef, I would've ordered it that way. I just wish the order was made as described because that was the main reason I ordered it.

Generous protein portions heaped on top of hot rice and I believe they also make their own ranch dressing, addicting! But really order extra jalapeños if you love spicy!!! And just letting you know I only had about 30 people show up BUT EVERYTHING WAS EATEN. This just tells you how delicious the food is. Not only with adults but TODDLERS and KIDS ate it too which actually deserves an extra star. I did omit the avocados that usually come with the chicken bowls cause I had no control as to when my friends were coming and I didn't want them to brown. Even though some of my friends showed up later the food was still good! No reheating or anything on my end. Enjoy!
