Not to mention half broken appliances. At this high price point AC should be a minimum but we would have settled for a circulation fan and windows that open in all the bedrooms.... Instead the second bedroom window was broken (the only window in the room so also a safety hazard) and one of the three windows opened half way in the master. The other large window was jammed to the point we felt it would break if we forced it open. In the living room another window didn't open and was broken on the quieter side of the complex. The door of the dishwasher was broken and fell on my husbands foot bruising it badly and the microwave vent is broken off. For this price, stay somewhere else, you'll be much more comfortable. Management has been rude and dismissive since they have already charged for the room.

We had a very wonderful stay at one of their beautiful beach homes this past spring break. Everything was clean with the usual dull kitchen knives and only a few non working appliances. Here's the problem. I get an email a day later after checkout with a picture of a broken bathroom mirror stating her maintenance person found it. She said not to worry because I purchased damage insurance and she just needs a brief statement of what happened. I was absolutely floored as we are the most careful and responsible vacation home renters in the world. I mean I got different friends banking on my family and friends to stay at their own rentals all over the world to help pay for their rental mortgages. If something broke, we would have let them know right away, offered to pay for it and with a gift of sharp kitchen knives as a sorry. This is 2026 and these iPhones now have the greatest quality and I right away went to my "exit" video and photos. I always do an exit video at any stay for proof of locked doors and windows as well as quality of rental upon exit so everything is date stamped. The mirror wasn't broken on my video and the kicker was that there was a hand towel rack with a hand towel hanging on the wrong side of the mirror on their picture compared to mine with no hand towel. There was basically no evidence of a relocated hand towel rack either. Please be very weary and always take lots of "Exit" pictures and videos if you must stay at any of this insurance fraud creating company's homes.

I was called same day to collect a pet fee. I was under the impression it was all included in the numerous 500+ fees. I was never instructed to contact someone to pay ahead. When I got to the property a gate code was needed which was never provided, so I had to call to get. There's two different instructions for check out on in a book and one on the wall. Each had something different. When I arrived to the office there were three females at desk all on the phone and all held up a finger to me to wait a moment. I did, as I heard them banter about a broken garage door. Once that was over I was told I needed to fill out paperwork before getting keys. Overall it was a good stay but I don't know if I'd stay in a home hosted by this service.

Right off the estuary where we overlooked the many birds, gulls and herons landing throughout the day, we were also able to walk out on the peninsula to the ocean and take in all the fresh salt air, sites and sounds of the beach and gorgeous scenery! Town is within a five-minute walk. The condo is complete with everything from linens to kitchen supplies. Freshly painted, everything is clean and nice. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with, returns calls or emails promptly and we didn't hesitate to contact her if we needed anything. We'll definitely return to this wonderful location! Cons: Walls are extremely thin, you could hear every time someone from the neighboring units showered or used the toilet. So, if you wanted to sleep at 10, good luck as you'll hear the water for the next 4 hours. Dishes in the cabinet are dirty. They stuck to each other. If there's an event happening at the pier, you will hear every announcement. So, I got to hear 8 hours of the SLO surf open. Plug in Air fresheners are disgusting so make sure you unplug them if you're sensitive to smells. Garage: no garage door opener

They cited their three-step process for checking the condo after every guest and said nobody noticed it before we rented the condo. I understand they think their process for checking is flawless, but I am 100% sure we did not cause the damage and then cover it with tape to hide it. Clearly, whoever did was successful in hiding it until the tape started to fray after our visit. Poor business practice to sacrifice $1000s of dollars we have spent and would continue to spend over a false accusation. I highly recommend meticulously videotaping your unit upon arrival lest you be blamed for preexisting damage. Unbelievable.

The ease of renting was flawless. I always worry about leaving a $500 deposit but we had no issues at all getting our deposit back and I did not have to ask for it. It was automatic. The rental company was helpful, friendly and professional. I will be booking with them yearly moving forward. No issues at all. Do not pay attention to the poor reviews. It's honestly most likely bad renters.
