We visited around 3 PM on a Sunday. I had the Dream Supply Tea, a mushroom-infused blend, and enjoyed the warmth in the cold weather. The interiors and ambiance were nice, and the staff was friendly. Street parking was free on Sunday.

Fabulous coffee spot! The vibes i side are great with a patio in the back and very cute decor. I love working from here for a couple hours, theres lots of tables and outlets. The coffee is great, too. Mushroom coffee is a must try! And the folks working the counter are really friendly and take the time to ask about your day and such.

Wunderground is a very pretty coffee shop that specializes in mushrooms added to coffee. The at and layout of the shop is very aesthetically pleasing, and it's super light and airy. I noticed a lot of people were in to work/be on laptops, so that gives you some idea of the atmosphere and noise range. I gave it a middling rating because I'm very skeptical of the "powers" of powdered mushroom. I didn't realize they had such good looking breakfast options! I'm sure I'll be back to try those, which look very good for a variety of dietary needs.

When I came here, the espresso machine was sadly out of order, but they had it back up and running quickly. The baristas were super friendly and kind, and I just got some work done in their space until the machine was back in order. The ambiance is great for working from for a few hours: there is ample table space and strong wifi. I had a latte, which was served in a mug since I was eating in. I wasn't blown away by it, but it was solid and served quickly. I also ordered an egg sandwich, which they happily put on sourdough rather than brioche for me. The egg patty was absolutely delicious! It was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

Really cool concept for a café, where all drinks are a little mushroom-infused. I think I really wanted to like it more than I did because it was cool, but in the end the mushroomy taste (which I love in most food) wasn't quite what I was looking for in my coffee. Small bites were excellent though! The shop is also a nice place to sit down and get some work done, with some ambient noise from being in a great location, while also not being too loud during the day.

    BRAIN WASH LATTE - 16oz - $6.50

WHEN: Tues @2pm I wish I knew of this place sooner to come and hangout and do some work. They actually have outdoor seating, it's just in the back, and it's super zen back there! This shop is so wunder-fully decorated it's so much fun. I'm such a sucker for nice package and branding so of course it's what drew me inside. Since this was my first time, the barista was kind to give me a low-down of their mushroom infused coffees. Check out their website to learn more. Samples were provided too! So I went with: BRAIN WASH LATTE - 16oz - $6.50 I'm no coffee connoisseur so I can't really tell you how these tasted. I thought it was a fine latte that tasted something slightly different than your average cup of joe, but now in a bad way! This cafe also serves food and sweets, and I can see how one would just come here for the full day to enjoy and get work done! Next time Seattle, next time.

I was Lowkey wired off of this coffee but it was delicious. I also don't drink coffee, and this was a great flavor. I got the cinnamon maple latte with mushroom extract. My drink came up to $9 which was a bit pricey in my opinion, but I thought it was tasty and was perfect in sweetness. The employees were really nice, I think we accidentally swapped a $1 and $20 but I didn't want the bad karma so I popped right back over to hand it back haha. They're really nice in helping you decide what is good or not. If I didn't get the cinnamon, I would've tried the lavendar. The coffee shop is very popular so it can be hard to find a seat, but it's worth a try once! Also taught me the nice effects and healthy influences that types of mushroom extracts can be for the brain!

Super cute cafe! I got the mushroom toast and blueberry matcha latte. The mushroom toast had crispy bread and a thin layer of hummus. I with there were more mushrooms on top but this made for a very nice light meal. The matcha latte was also pretty tasty.I'm not sure if I felt the mushroom boost effects but the latte had a good strong matcha flavor and was quite sweet.

The performance pick-me-up that was needed after a long Labor Day weekend was fueled by Wunderground Mushroom coffee + mushroom toast. A coffee shop crafted for intentionality and care of product is what I can always get behind. The orders are quick, it's as calm as the medicinal mushrooms that are fused into various menu items, and the team is friendly as can be.

Eccentric local cafe with delicious food and drinks! This place sets themself apart with their twist on classic coffee drinks that include medicinal mushrooms. Order the Brain Wash espresso drinks for the full experience - I personally can't taste the mushrooms myself. They also have a cute info brochure at the entrance with more information, and some products for purchase if you are looking to explore more at home. On the weekends, this place gets pretty crowded during late morning/early afternoon, but people will filter in and out. There are seats out in back patio for warmer days too! I love coming here to both catch up with friends and to relax.

Such a cute mushroom themed cafe! Has a variety of nootropic/adaptogen infused coffee and matcha, have yet to try the food! I always love working remotely here when I'm visiting Seattle - it's just the right amount of cafe ambiance/ quiet to get some work done! Nice workers, good drinks.

SEATTLE - In town for a family thing, missus and I noticed this mushroom/coffee joint down the street from where we're staying. Monday morning, 830, very quiet - we were only customers in the brightly lit, bright-decor joint. Clean, quick service, I like my 12 oz. Strange Magic Mocha ($7.75) - sweet but not cloyingly so, like a Starbucks speciality drink, a slight earthiness to the coffee; wife's Brain Wash Latte was smooth and not too bitter and nice presentation. We'd both return. It is a bit pricey, but for an occasional cuppa joe, I'd recommend.

Nice interior. There is a lot of seating. Great place to chat or do work. There really isn't anything special about this place. I got the matcha latte with oat milk and my friend got the cold brew. It wasn't too sweet, but it did taste a bit watered down. I wouldn't be dying to come back, but it was a nice place to sit in during a cold day out in the area.

Staff: 5/5 (nice) Sanitation: 5/5 (clean) Soft serve w/syrups (5/5) I've had most of the syrups that they offer with their vanilla soft serve. The soft serve itself is a really creamy and rich vanilla milk flavor. I would say it's closer to that Asian milk flavor if you know what I mean. I think the hojicha syrup is my favorite out of all the ones I've tried so far. It has a really nice roasty flavor and not something you can find at most other places. The matcha I would say is my second favorite. The flavor of the matcha syrup is definitely lighter compared to the hojicha but still is a nice compliment to the soft serve. The black sesame would be the lowest on my list out of the, all since I felt like the flavor was too nutty like it was a blend of sesame and potentially a nut. Highlights: - Miso Roasted White Chocolate Cronut: My favorite item in their current rotation. The cronut was a tad soggy, but the buttery texture inside is still satisfying and the miso white chocolate filling is lusciously smooth and perfectly balanced between savory and sweet. - Blackberry Corn Mousse Cake: Blueberry mousse is the perfect fluffy texture and the corn is very subtle. The sponge cake is light and perfectly contrasts against the bottom layer of crunchies to add a bit of variety. - Blueberry Corn Croissant: Pastry also held up quite well on this one with the outside still being quite crisp. The inner cream unlike the mousse cake is very corn forward with a bit of blueberry jam to balance it out. Skip: - Black Forest Cake: Found the cake to be a bit too firm with the cream filling to be a little bland and too firm as well. Just wanted this to be better than it was. Also, it looks totally different from the photo on their website heads up. - Tomato Basil Croissant: Just found this to be off ratio wise. The only tomato is the 3 small quarters of cherry tomato at the top and a light smear of basil cream. I can see this being very good, but current form factor isn't doing it any favors.
