It is unfortunate I have to give this place one star but the lack of customer service is appalling. I received a full set of nails that were pretty, but much thinner than I am used to. The second day I had them I was washing my hair and the thumb broke! Over the course of 5 days, 5 of my ten nails had broken or been cracked. I was very dissatisfied with this set of nails and when I came in to explain this to Jack he said he just repeated that he was not responsible for broken nails or nail fungus. I have had over 20 sets of nails and have broken my nail maybe once or twice. If you want your set of nails to last longer than five days I would recommend going elsewhere for your manicure. read more

I really enjoyed my first visit here. There were only three nail techs and they were pretty busy, having people walk in AND calling to make appointments. I was greeted by one of the male nail techs and was asked what I wanted to get done; I didn't get this name. I went for the spa pedi and mani and Linda was my nail tech. She speaks in an extemely low tone but she was really nice. The atmosphere between everyone was really nice and friendly. It took about an hour for my session to be done. I love this shop! Jack and Lana are very attentive and really care about their customers. They always remember your name and what you typically have done when you are there. I love that customer service is their top priority. I typically see Jack and he always asks if I like what he's done. The shop is very clean and comfortable. I hate to be one of those customers that come in so late and want so much to be done. I genuinely feel bad when I do. But I tried getting here as fast as I could after work and so I called in and asked if they had any availability. They said about 15-20 mins, I got there in probably 10? They sat me down in the pedicure seat and had me wait till they finished with the ladies they were working on. Although they were busy, they didn't make me feel like I was invisible. They acknowledged me and let me know they'll be with me in a moment, several times. Which I don't mind! I was on my phone. I asked for a basic mani/pedi with a removal of my previous gel work on my hands. Miley worked on my hands. Both Jenna and Miley did a wonderful job. I feel like I'm very particular with how I like my nails done and they both nailed it. No pun intended. But although it was late and getting close to closing time, they didn't make me feel rushed or unwelcome. Phillip is a wizard! My feet were awful! My heels needed serious help and he definitely had to put all his muscles in to sloughing my feet. The space is bright and welcoming. Color options were fine. There are six pedi stations and four ppl working when I went at 11 am on Monday. So I think this would be a perfect girlfriend's or mom-daughter spa day place. Very affordable. I do not typically get my nails done, so when I do it is quite a treat to myself. This was my first time here, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The reason why I am deducting a star is due to the wait time. I waited about an hour and a few minutes before it was my turn. I did come here with my sister and got my nails done once my sister was finished. The thing is that they had 2 people doing pedicures and 2 people doing manicures. On top of appointments, they offer walk-in appointments, you can see where this can back up the process and cause a longer wait; especially if you are under staffed. There are about 4-5 pedicure and manicure stations each, but I only saw 2 drying stations. My nails were done by Jack, seems like he is the owner as the other staff looked to him for direction. As others walked in after me I was overlooked by the other manicurist, making my wait time longer (not sure if they had appointments but they signed in just as I did). They were however regulars because Jack would call them by first name. I am also not sure if it was just customary for Jack to take new customers which may have been why I was overlooked. Jack was an easy going manicurist and joked around, which contributed to a pleasant experience. You can tell he paid attention to detail and wanted me to be happy with what I was paying for because he asked me a few times in between the process if I was happy with the way my nails looked. Jack was amazing! He had to fix a botched job done by another nail salon and my nails are now to perfection. He made sure to take his time and to keep checking that my nails were to my liking! Also, writing this review late but it's been exactly three weeks since I got them done and they haven't even started peeling or chipping. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. There was not much of a wait. We came in for the basic pedicure as we were short for time. It was really great, the seats had a massage option and it was super comfortable. They had soothing music on and it was really calm. We will be returning. The pedicure price is actually higher than other place but I dont really mind because the young lady did a good job. But when I get a gel manicure, the old lady with glasses did a horrible job, took her so long to do mine, she is also so rough and mean. I got my eyebrows wax here too, its crooked. omg. Even worst, they charge 1$ each service when you pay credit card. wth? they charge me 2$ extra for pedi and gel mani! wat? I pay 22$ for pedi, 25$ for gel mani and waxing 8$, total 55$ but I have to pay 57$ for horrible experience (2$ for credit card fee- Ridiculous). I came here for the first time today ever. Needed to get my nails done for a wedding I'm going to later this week & also a 3 week vacation, so I just wanted to treat myself so to speak. I scheduled an appointment but I called prior to other salons to get some price ranges. For those of you wondering, for this place the starting price for acrylics is 26$ and then it goes up. I got coffin nails done & I gave him a reference photo for the kind of nails I wanted. The coffin shape is an additional 5$ to the 26$. My nail technician today was Jack. He made small talk & I didn't feel uncomfortable when we were in silence because I wasn't in the mood to talk really. He was very thorough & asked me after he finished a step to see if I was satisfactory with the process of my nails. Which I really appreciated since I haven't gotten my nails done in a really long time. I usually do my own. I would have to say he was a little abrasive when it came to the shaping of my acrylic, but I didn't really mind it. I paid $49 for my nails today! Which isn't as expensive as I thought my nails were going to be. But I'm overall satisfied with the job & would specifically recommend Jack! Lily is great! I was searching around for a pedicure place with a massage chair and very hygienic service. This place was really inexpensive--$22 for basic pedicure (without tip). It's EXTREMELY friendly and the people really welcome you. They called me by my name the whole time and everyone said "Bye Alexa! Thank you!" when I left. It impressed me that Lily was very thorough with removing the dead skin on my feet rather than simply going through the process and getting it done like in other salons I've been to.
